Les meilleurs restaurantsde cuisine japonaise

28/04/2024: Arrivé 19h30, juste 2 tables de 2 en plus de nous , servi à 20h45 pour juste une commande de ramen et une entrée ( salade d'algue industrielle prefaite qu'il suffisait de transvaser du pot à l'assiette ...). Est ce que l'attente en valait le coup ? Malheureusement non . Le bouillon qui est l'élément essentiel est trop salé et mon bol est arrivé tiède/froid , les topping proposés sont sans intérêt et tous issus de produits sous vide / conserves qu'on trouve facilement dans n'importe quelle magasin d'alimentation chinois/asiat. Le cuistot est chinois et pas japonais mais ça c'est pas très grave , 99% des restaurants japonais en France , surtout en province , sont tenus par la communauté chinoise. Bref , on espérait un repas original ou au moins a défaut des bons ramens chaud et manger rapidement ( principe même des ramen au Japon ) , les deux attentes ont été déçues. Au point même que ,au bout d'une heure après avoir commandé, en voyant le restaurant à moitié vide en plus , nous avons sérieusement pensé à partir sans attendre , chose que nous n'avions jamais envisagé de notre vie

04/08/2024: CHANGED STAFF! In the rush of the train, I take a sushi box, price displayed €8, price paid: €17.90 I ask the waitress for explanations, she tells me that "the price of €8 is not displayed anywhere" then she gets out of her cash register, goes to the shelf and removes the €8 label in front of me and replaces it as if nothing happened. I ask him for a gesture, a contact or a refund. She tells me that I paid by card and that "it's too late" then she allows herself to chip me several times. Unspeakable disrespect, big lack of professionalism. Because of her, you lost a client!!

30/05/2024: I bought 2boxs, due to lack of time before getting on the train. Overall I found it to be fresh and good. The service was pleasant and very fast. I didn't pay attention but I would have appreciated having ginger and wasabi, which were not in the boxes, which is a shame. This small point has improved for the rest it is really very correct, same price level compared to the competition.

10/07/2024: Great place with very friendly service! We went for an evening meal of gyozas and sushi and both were excellent. We don't speak French but the staff had a very good and very helpful English speaking waitress, which was immensely helpful. We didn't wait long for the food and it was absolutely an enjoyable experience... We will come back again!

11/04/2024: Dans ce restaurant quand vous demandez à savoir qui est le patron, les employés ont reçu instruction de ne pas le dire. Si vous souhaitez manger sans prendre le risque de vous empoisonner allez voir ailleurs. This local should not be named restaurant. Go there at your own risk.

23/05/2024: Endroit calme, très bonne cuisine Les plats sont savoureux, belle présentation. Les plats sont copieux, le thé au jasmin est excellent

11/10/2024: Un très bon restaurant asiatique ! Les plats sont très bons et abordables. Le seul endroit où les ramens ne sont pas trop salées, sont bien garnies et ont un bouillon savoureux. J'adore le principe de commander sur une tablette, ça nous laisse le temps de réfléchir et de faire le tour de la carte. Un avantage aussi pour ceux qui ont du mal à s'adresser aux autres. Je recommande !
