24/12/2025: Very good homemade couscous with lots of flavor

18/12/2025: Avoid at all costs... The dishes served didn't match the menu at all... The Moroccan salad (tomatoes, grilled peppers, red onions, and cilantro) was just a simple salad of tomatoes and cucumbers... The shakshuka became a vulgar tomato sauce with two pieces of pepper, and the "thousand-hole" crepe was replaced by a disgusting, undercooked Western-style crepe. The bread was soggy from being defrosted. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he openly mocked us and responded provocatively. I've rarely been so tempted to leave without paying! Nothing was right: not the recipes, not the quality of the food, not the service. It's a shame for a table of 10, because none of us will be returning or recommending this restaurant.

31/12/2025: Ah, how long ago it seems that this restaurant was truly worth the detour… Certainly, the setting remains magnificent with its breathtaking view of the Gruissan salt marshes, but alas, the flavor of the dishes seems to have evaporated. Let's start with the positive: the sea bream, cooked to perfection, was a real delight. The seafood platter, accompanied by its aioli sauce, was also excellent. Now for the less-than-savory part: the duck breast in a salt crust. Dry as a desert and as difficult to eat as shoe leather, our dogs, however, devoured it. At least someone was happy! As for the side dishes, the tricolor rice was very good, but the mashed potatoes with olives were sorely lacking in flavor. And the children's menu, with its oily pasta, didn't exactly contribute to our family's satisfaction. Back to the positives with the desserts: the ice cream was delicious, but our enthusiasm quickly waned when they forgot to serve us the dessert from the children's menu. A child without dessert is a bit like a clown without a red nose. The low point of our experience? The cashier, more engrossed in her voicemail messages than in our pain. Perhaps she was expecting culinary advice over the phone? In conclusion, this restaurant is no longer worth the trip.

30/10/2024: Accueil déplorable , on a l’impression de déranger … Arrivée a 13h un mercredi pendant les vacances de Toussaint , on nous installe au bout de 10 minutes d attentes puis on attend de nouveau 10-15 minutes avant de prendre commande , on nous refuse une assiette de frite alors que la suggestion du jour est une entrecôte frites … puis on nous annonce qu’il n’y a finalement plus d entrecôte … un bol de soupe de poisson pour 10€ , 3 misérables pequillos pour 10€ … on est parti sur le champ et avons trouvé notre bonheur dans les rues alentours !!! Une honte , déplorable , je n’ai jamais vu ça , passez votre chemin !!

22/09/2024: Endroit magique, location de transat et parasol. Tenu par une équipe de jeunes super sympa. On y mange super bien, l'agneau de noel est incroyable ! Les prix sont tout à fait corrects pour l'emplacement.

25/09/2024: Amazing hole in the wall close to St Michel Fountain. Ordered Samak which is fish wrap. We should have just eaten here rather than the fancy cafe a few steps away. The wrap is really filling and tasty. We spent about 8 Euros to share a wrap. They offer different kinds of wraps and Lebanese desserts. Service is excellent. A lot of people stop by for take out from local kids to experienced tourists. You can see them assemble the wraps in front of you. They have limited seating options inside the shop.

07/09/2025: We had a wonderful week at this campsite. The managers are super friendly and always attentive. The mobile home was new and very comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. One small drawback regarding the pool: the rules aren't enforced the same way for everyone. For example, Nathalie told us that jumping or playing with a ball wasn't allowed. My daughter kept hers in her bag, but one morning, while a group of children were already playing with a ball in the pool, she wanted to take hers out. She was then asked to put it away. This made her and other children feel unfair, which was a shame.

29/08/2024: Restaurant enjoying a very pleasant setting in the center of Ax les Thermes. Unfortunately, despite the good reception and the good humor of the waiters (including a very very handsome one nonetheless), the quality of the 8 dishes ordered was really not there, without any exception...

23/08/2024: The meal schedule is very bad for tourists. At 2 p.m., kitchens closed We arrived at 2:10 p.m., and in a very rude manner they told us to leave, that they were not attending to us.

09/11/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The owner was very kind in welcoming us! The couscous was magnificent! The meat was very good! We will be back.

31/10/2025: The people (customers and staff) have no respect for the neighborhood and blast music and yell into the night, using any football match or event as an excuse. When you try to ask them nicely to lower the volume, as is legally required, they insult and threaten you.

03/07/2025: Reduce the noise of your noisy customers because I'm alerting them! Sound emission limits. The noise level perceived by others must not exceed 5 dB(A) during the day and 3 dB(A) at night, to which a corrective term is added depending on the duration (Article R. 1336-7 of the Public Health Code). In the event of non-compliance, offenders are liable to a fine and may have the object that caused the violation confiscated (Articles R. 1336-14 to R. 1336-16 of the Public Health Code).

10/06/2025: After an afternoon under the sun at Père Lachaise Cemetery, it's safe to say that the burger buns had also been somewhat overcooked, unfortunately... Despite this, the fries were very good, and the food looked tempting, and the service was very pleasant! As for the burger brioche, it's safe to say that appearances don't make the man. Fortunately, the rest was quite good, despite the mozzarella perhaps a little too accustomed to sunbathing among the Sahara dunes.

01/11/2025: Very disappointed. I used to come here regularly, but the quality of the food has really gone downhill. There was practically nothing on my plate. I ordered cuttlefish (supions), and I had to search for the few pieces I could find, along with two small potatoes cut into quarters and a sour tomato sauce. Not great. For dessert, I had a tiramisu. Meh! Runny and tasteless. It's a shame, it used to be very good. I won't be going back.
