30/04/2026: A very friendly and pleasant place. The tea room gets a bad rating because we ordered three drinks: two Schweppes citrus juices plus a half-pint of shandy, and three very good pastries offered to us on a tray by the owner. We did choose, but what shocked us afterward was that we weren't given a tea room menu to see the prices and selection. Surprise, surprise, the price, without even asking for a receipt, was €42. Well, perhaps that's fair, but ask for the menu when you go to the tea room in the afternoon to order a drink and a delicious pastry.

09/05/2026: Found this place on Google which said it was open until 5pm, arrived at 3pm and the doors were wide open so we walked in to order.. we were greeted in the most rudest manner 'why are you here' 'what do you want', I tried to expla the misunderstanding and that we'd driven 15 mins on purpose but the woman, who was clearly overwhelmed by the fact that we had even dared to walk in, showed us the a sign on the door and shouted 'were closed, obviously I do not serve food after 2pm'. Terrible attitude towards clients, quite shameful...

20/04/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. The meat was delicious, and we were all full by the end of the meal! Real kebab meat with great flavor! Impeccable service and very friendly staff! I highly recommend this place.

08/06/2026: Looking to try something new, I stumbled upon this restaurant and loved the experience. The dishes were delicious and very fresh. I ordered the fish tagine, which was excellent, and the dessert was too! 😮‍💨😮‍💨 I really liked the decor, the paintings, and the colors, which give the place a unique and elegant style. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is warm, welcoming, and truly friendly. A wonderful discovery! I'll gladly return! 😊

10/05/2026: The steak haché was tasteless, and the moules were oversalted and tasted like broth. The salad was dirty and not fresh. A real disappointment.

03/05/2026: A very good restaurant with very pleasant staff and affordable prices. I recommend it. The only two things I could potentially mention are that the service was a little slow, but that's normal since it was the busy period, so I won't dwell on it. The second thing is that I found the tables a bit close together, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have strollers, for example, unless you're seated at the edge of the restaurant so as not to obstruct the service or other customers.

19/09/2025: Laurent passed away this summer. It is with great sadness that we lost this unique man with a big heart. He will forever remain our beloved host in our pallet village of Le Tholonet. 23/05/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I was seated with someone who wears a headscarf. The waiter didn't even respond to my greeting and asked me to wait at the entrance, while the other waiter didn't speak to me. So I left immediately and I will never go back. I strongly advise against this establishment, which practices discrimination.

27/05/2026: Delicious meal. Fresh and creative salad, and what can I say about the dessert: beautiful to look at and absolutely delicious. The chestnut flour cake with whipped cream was superb! We were so lucky to be seated on the terrace with a gentle breeze. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you.

06/06/2026: Two cooks so incompetent they mixed up the orders. Then, to exchange the sandwiches, they started handling them with their bare hands right on my table. No hygiene, no professionalism. They speak very poor French. If you come to live here, at least respect the hygiene rules and customs of this country. And besides, if you have hygiene issues, adding excessive amounts of salt to the meat and fries doesn't make it any better or healthier.

31/05/2026: We ordered late at night, and only kebabs were available (nowhere did it say they stopped serving burgers, pizzas, etc. after a certain time). The screens were off, so we had to order blindly without knowing the cost (especially since the menu on Maps wasn't up to date). Then, the employee gave us a different meat than we'd ordered because they were out of stock, only telling us after we'd paid... Thanks anyway to the other employee who offered us a can of soda as a thank you. And, of course, the prices were exorbitant.

25/05/2026: Avoid this place. The owner is disrespectful and aggressive. I ordered a hot chocolate, the waiter took my order, and while serving my friends, informed me that they were out of hot chocolate. I wanted an herbal tea, but they were out too. When I expressed my disappointment, the owner came over and told me I should be grateful I was even there, while verbally abusing me in front of all the other customers. It's a tourist trap. Avoid it.

12/05/2026: We ordered pizzas that weren't bad, but disappointing. Too much tomato sauce and no flavor. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

25/01/2026: Very good!!! The tagines...Delicious!!! One small drawback: lots of tables, so it gets very crowded

17/12/2025: Mixed experience. Our waitress was smiling and very pleasant. The atmosphere in the dining room was unbearable: small tables, crammed together, and far too noisy. The food was decent, but the merguez sausages were much too greasy—I was still digesting them the next day—and the chicken was dry and overcooked.
