13/01/2026: The only positive point was the location. Our couple's anniversary was ruined, what a shame! The place is run-down, dirty, damp, and moldy. We emailed the hotel. Their response: "We hope you'll be satisfied next time!" I didn't think hotel stars could be bought on Temu! And speaking of the spa, there are missing tiles everywhere, and picture frames have fallen off the wall. And for our anniversary, we were hoping to get a massage, but there wasn't even a single staff member in the spa. It was impossible to book a massage.

07/01/2026: Very disappointed with our rather expensive stay considering the poor upkeep and lack of cleanliness. The room was very spacious, but the shower wasn't maintained, the armchair was covered in dog hair, and the sofa was unusable. The bedding was good, but the duvet and duvet cover were crumpled up in the closet, unwashed. The spa was fine, especially the hammam, but the pool had several missing tiles. The evening meal was good. However, the breakfast table wasn't clean, and the food warmer was broken while we were serving scrambled eggs and sausages! It's a shame because the hotel is well located and the building is lovely, but it's expensive for what it offers.

30/08/2024: An extraordinary moment! The staff is wonderful, smiling, kind, an accent that transports us ❤️ really there was nothing missing 🫶 Thank you because serving like that is becoming so rare. We ate like kings, the brick was terribly good! Our couscous and tagines are a treat. The meat is very well cooked and tender. Our 2 and a half year old daughter ate very well and she was very comfortable, she was able to eat what she wanted between meat, vegetables and semolina. Really thank you for everything and I hope to see you soon!

15/09/2024: I went to eat with my daughter and my partner, the reception was mediocre, the dishes were extremely expensive (you'll find better elsewhere and cheaper) and the exploitation of the servers is clearly visible. the little pseudo-Portuguese gentleman who we imagine to be the very haughty manager, his way of speaking makes you think you are in the 40s despite his young age. not to go ladies and gentlemen

31/08/2024: We reserved a table for dinner. We warned the waiter that we would be a little late and he replied that there was no problem. Once we arrived, we were informed that we had to wait because our table had been given to someone else. 20 minutes later we went to see them because there was no news, just to tell us that there was nothing left in the fridges. This is unacceptable!

My only wish would be for a slightly more extensive, and more interesting wine list, in additon to the good value selection now on the menu.

03/09/2024: Went there on a 50% off deal from The Fork. Incredible food, I had the lentil and prawn salad for stater and the duck for main and I would recommend both. The owner is very sweet and a great waitress. The atmosphere is perfect - couldn't recommend this place enough.
