01/03/2026: The plate I ordered was okay... but poorly presented. The salad wasn't a salad, it was just parsley, three pieces of meat that looked like they were dueling, a tablespoon of chickpea puree, and a handful of rice. The Coke glass that came straight from the machine—they put ice cubes in it while it was still warm, lol. Five bucks for a Coke, and it wasn't even a glass, it was a can, lol. Run the glass under cold water or put it in the fridge. And inside, they tell you they're expecting 40 people, so you eat outside and you don't see the 40 people arrive. I was with friends. If it had been me, I would have refused to eat there. You wouldn't have lied about the 40 phantom people, I wouldn't have left a comment even though the food was small considering the prices.

28/02/2026: I came to eat with my family, including my one-year-old baby. I took out my son's food to feed him—salmon with rice—and a man approached me in an extremely aggressive manner. He told me that the food was "impure," that I had no right to put it on the table, and demanded that I put it away immediately. I was completely shocked by his aggressive attitude. I explained that it was simply my baby's food, but he replied that only kosher food was allowed in that establishment, that everything else was forbidden and should absolutely not be placed on the table. I couldn't believe that someone could be so lacking in understanding and humanity. I told him that my child was hungry and that I had to feed him. He then told me I couldn't feed him at the table, that I had to go outside to do so or leave my baby in the stroller. I was completely shocked. I understand that everyone has their religious beliefs, but we are in France, a free and secular country. It was simply a basic meal for a one-year-old. The intolerance I experienced in this restaurant is unacceptable. It was a very, very unpleasant and deeply shocking experience.

01/03/2026: Homemade food and excellent service.

01/03/2026: We had a wonderful time as a couple. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the staff, the presentation, and the meal. The Grandmothers' Day menu was excellent, from the fish casserole to the chicken supreme. Given the weather, we preferred to eat inside rather than on the terrace. A great place to remember.

12/03/2026: It was very crowded, we were packed in like sardines. It needs work to be completely renovated because it's too small, but the food was good, the couscous was good, with a little more smile it would be perfect.

10/01/2026: A delightful time at the Riad, warm welcome and excellent tagine! Filled with oriental flavors, a guaranteed change of scenery. I highly recommend this restaurant.

20/02/2026: The couscous may be just a humble dish but the rich flavour of the vegetable source is so comforting especially in winter time. The chilly source plus the raisin surprisingly added more layers to the flavour. The mint tea is made from fresh leaves and they are refillable. The place is cozy like a cottage and the owners are two old couples who are friendly just like a family

18/11/2025: The couscous is delicious. You will leave Pré Vert happy and full, believe me, and don't be put off by the owner's somewhat abrupt behavior; she is forgiven everything with dishes of such flavor.

07/02/2026: The food was truly mediocre. Lebanese cuisine wasn't respected; it was really quite bland. Hygiene also seemed to be lacking. The display case was dirty and the tongs were moldy. A little tip: wash the laminated menus occasionally; they're all sticky 🤢 It's a real shame because the waitress/owner was lovely and very welcoming, but given the quality of the meal, we won't be returning.

02/04/2025: Lovely restaurant in Tourcoing, we had a fantastic evening, the welcome and service were perfect. The discovery of the dish, "The Weeping Tiger," was excellent, incredibly tender, and we finished with the complimentary tea, which was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

08/02/2026: Update 3 years later: I didn't understand why it had been so many months since my parents had suggested we eat there... And today they explained that the last time we went, my mother found a bug (which she said looked like a cockroach) in her couscous... I'm shocked. She preferred not to say anything because my mother is very private, but I find this unacceptable. We won't be going back! Original message: The couscous is excellent, that's undeniable, and the staff are friendly, but we had to wait over an hour at lunchtime to be served in a restaurant where we were practically on top of each other... Quite a few people left before being served. It's a shame... And €3.50 for a grenadine (listed as fruit juice on the receipt) and tap water in a pitcher is outrageous!
