17/05/2026: Very disappointed with my stay at the hotel. I wasn't informed that part of the hotel had been reserved for a party. I would have appreciated it, as I certainly wouldn't have booked otherwise, since I was looking for peace and relaxation. - Upon arrival, I noticed that one of the hotel's green spaces had been taken over for an outdoor activity with the children from the party. Children's jackets were draped over the signs, and an entertainer was shouting very loudly. It would have been more respectful to individual guests not to hold this type of activity in the common areas. - The spa was very dirty and in a state of near-chaotic disarray; I've never seen anything like it. More than a dozen children were present and had clearly taken over the space, with no supervision or consideration for the other guests: towels and belongings were scattered on the floor, and there was water everywhere. What was supposed to be a relaxing moment turned into a struggle to get a spot in the jacuzzi or even just to swim in peace. - The in-room breakfast is not up to 4-star standards; it's neither substantial enough nor of high quality. I won't be returning. I felt like I was staying in a holiday resort, not a 4-star hotel. It's a shame, because the room has been tastefully renovated and the hotel's lush green surroundings are very pleasant.

18/05/2026: Superb setting, a very beautiful and charming hotel. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. Special mention for the spa, truly excellent.

21/04/2026: I wish to express my incomprehension and profound dissatisfaction regarding the 5-star rating given to this establishment. For €500 per night, the service provided is far from adequate and in no way justifies this price. The problems encountered are numerous: Persistent musty smell and damp patches on the ceiling; Very inadequate cleaning: dust and fingerprints on the bathroom mirror; Toilet paper already used, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard; Lack of bathrobes and basic towels, unworthy of a 5-star hotel; Completely damaged bedroom door and deteriorated mosquito net, no longer functioning properly; Poorly maintained common areas, revealing a general lack of upkeep; A bottle of water was "forgotten" in the evening, which is a basic courtesy in this type of establishment; Non-existent soundproofing: you can clearly hear the neighboring rooms; The noise from the blower/machine directly into our room is particularly disturbing in the evening and incompatible with a relaxing stay. As for the restaurant, the food is decent but nothing exceptional, certainly not up to the expected standard of a supposedly upscale establishment. While one can understand the desire to offer an "authentic" or "Camargue" style, this in no way excuses such a level of carelessness. The gap between the advertised standard and the reality is far too wide. If you are looking for a truly high-end experience, it's best to avoid this establishment. The surrounding area is pleasant, but this in no way compensates for the disappointing quality of the accommodation and services.

12/06/2026: Interesting street, unfortunately I wasn't hungry yet, but the fish shop with restaurant looked good.

16/05/2026: Friendly, straightforward, and very efficient staff. Good selection of oysters. Excellent sardines.

15/06/2026: Not even one star! He didn't want to display the prices like that, so when you pay he'll steal your money. It's a real rip-off. A skewer for three euros, merguez sausages for four euros. A muesli salad for four euros. For six skewers on a plate of chips, it comes to €37. It's outrageous! As if we'd eaten, we'd be on the menu with starter, main course, and dessert.

06/06/2026: Very good restaurant, very welcoming, responsible, and respectful and fast service. Excellent restaurant!

30/05/2026: Everything was fine until the security guard got overzealous... A nice bar where they take cards, but as soon as you step a meter away from the sidewalk they yell at you. What a great attitude!

19/04/2026: A pint that wasn't 50cl, the explanation given was that there's no set rule for the quantity of a pint... in short, no discussion possible with the bartender, except that I don't know anything about it... yet some of their glasses clearly have the 50cl mark. And when I showed him the "best before" date on the sausage I bought, which I found dry, he took the label back... It's mid-April and it was from early March... this reaction is disappointing considering the bar's previous ratings. I'll simply go somewhere else next time.

21/07/2026: The friendly and attentive staff provided excellent service so I could fully enjoy a few drinks and the fantastic view of the port.

27/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My girlfriend and I couldn't digest the crepe. I vomited in the middle of the night, which never happens to me. The place was unhygienic and disrespectful. I found a hair in the crepe, the waiter removed it by hand, and then had the nerve to tell me there was nothing wrong. After fiddling with the crepe, he gave it back to me. I was finally served another crepe after I insisted.

25/07/2026: Very good, it's delicious, the waiters are welcoming and helpful.

23/07/2026: Apparently, there's only one bread basket for all the tables. It's placed on the service cart without the bread being refreshed and is returned unchanged to each table with every new order. The baguette inside was dry, and I don't want to know how many hands had touched it today. The mussels were uncleaned and most of them completely broken. The lack of hygiene is pervasive throughout the entire brasserie. Avoid needing to use the restroom!

23/07/2026: The mussels were small and uncleaned. The fries were dry and the bread smelled stale. The wine came from a skinless bottle. I already had a bad feeling when we sat down, and it was completely confirmed...no thanks. The basic principles of gastronomy, hygiene and freshness, are disregarded here. You can see that even when you walk through the dining area to the restroom 😵‍💫 The only positive thing about the restaurant visit was that I was able to completely empty my bowels.

11/07/2026: While in Marseille, we were looking for a bar to watch the French national team's World Cup match. Since Les Halles was full, we ended up here. I ordered a pizza, generously topped as the photo shows, but the crust was unfortunately disappointing and lacked quality. I then had a glass of red wine, which was served warm despite the high temperatures. Furthermore, it wasn't possible to choose the grape variety or type of wine, as only one red wine was offered by the glass, without any information about its origin or characteristics. The atmosphere was pleasant for watching the match, but a few improvements to the quality of the food and drinks service would make the experience much more enjoyable.

09/07/2026: A great place to eat, excellent value for money. The food was delicious and the service was very good. We've been back a couple of times. Very happy with the service. The risotto was amazing, the fish was fantastic, and the mussels were incredible.

02/10/2025: It's not what it used to be, which was very disappointing.

11/07/2026: I have to give it 1 star because they don't serve tap water; it's illegal here, you know. The panisses were at least two days old. The service wasn't very friendly, and you could tell the staff didn't enjoy their jobs, except for the DJ.

08/07/2026: Magical location and view by the sea. Worth the trip for that alone...but the restaurant owner makes you pay for it and only charges (a lot) for that because what's on the plate is worthy of a bad canteen, both in terms of the quality of the products, the cooking and the portions.

08/07/2026: One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. An elderly woman entered the restaurant and asked to use the restroom, as an exception. The manager curtly replied, "Only if you order something."... The complete opposite of Lebanese hospitality: Rushed, rather irritable, tiny portions, I was practically scolded for asking for a bag... Never again.

08/11/2025: Shameful! I made a reservation for my birthday, it was confirmed, so I arrived on time and on the day I booked, only to find the restaurant closed. There were no signs, no posts on their Instagram mentioning the closure, especially since the reservation had been confirmed by email and text message. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

27/10/2025: I had reserved a table via the website. Reservation confirmed. We showed up on Sunday, October 26th, and what a surprise. It said "closed." I don't know if it's permanently closed. We had to find another solution. And to top it all off, this morning I received a message asking how my meal went. It's better to laugh about it...

11/03/2026: Mixed experience... The couscous was good and plentiful, however, the pastries, clearly not made on-site, were expensive for their mass-produced, cardboard-like quality... The dining room was uncomfortable due to poor ventilation; condensation streamed from the windows, making it stiflingly hot. The welcome was warm and the service attentive.

08/11/2025: Terrible service. There was an Asian hornet on our table. The menu is way overpriced.

22/09/2025: I have two unpaid bills from a year ago. When I eat at a restaurant, I pay the bill. Please sort them out as soon as possible.
