07/08/2026: A truly fantastic restaurant, with excellent food quality and reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive service. If it's busy, be prepared to wait a bit – but if you don't have that kind of time, you're probably better off going to a fast-food restaurant anyway. I'd gladly come back anytime!

13/09/2026: I bought a goat cheese taco, got home, and it wasn't topped with cheese. I couldn't be bothered going back, especially since I live 20 minutes away. But at €2.20 for the topping, it's a rip-off, especially since I waited 40 minutes! The service is appalling! The kitchen staff don't even have their hair covered, the wait is endless... and the young woman at the counter keeps touching her hair and doesn't know how to do her job... they really need to overhaul everything!

13/09/2026: Avoid at all costs! Tacos with no meat, just fries. Very dirty place. Disgusting staff. Atmosphere needs improvement.

26/08/2026: First of all, thank you for your warm welcome.... Your availability, smiles, and attentiveness (especially from the lady with the braids 😉) were much appreciated. A delicious ribeye steak with homemade carrot purée.... Everything we love 😍 Excellent value for money. We'll be back....

26/08/2026: Nice restaurant. Simple but good, generous portions. Impeccable service. 5 stars. Returned after the change of ownership. Ordered the set menu with Greek salad, which lacked tomato, cucumber, etc. Lots of green salad, very disappointing. Greek in name only. The meat was fine, but the panna cotta was a failure, runny. 3 stars.

21/05/2026: The service is attentive and quick. The food is creative and generous. There's enough space so you're not crowded. Fast, efficient, and delicious.

07/04/2026: It leaves much to be desired. I came to this restaurant over three years ago and it was fantastic. I went back recently, and frankly, it's become pathetic. I ordered a pierrade and they brought me a sticky tray; 50% of the meat ended up in the bin. What a waste! I'll never go back.

07/04/2026: A huge disappointment. I went there a few years ago and had fond memories, but I was let down on Saturday night. I ordered a chicken escalope in cream sauce (the only halal meat option, unlike before). The escalope was dry, and the new potatoes were rather bland. I also ordered a chicken flammekueche, which was nothing special, and a "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts with coffee) that I won't soon forget... only the coffee was good. A waitress with curly hair wasn't very friendly. She took our order, and I told her to start the flammekueche first and bring the rest later. The result... she had forgotten about us! I waited an hour for the rest of my order because I had to flag down another waitress. Between the excessively long wait and the unsatisfactory taste, it was a complete disaster for me.

07/08/2026: 17 euros for a 17-minute terrace permit, harassment from the kitchen staff, to leave when there were no customers except around elsewhere and it was already 8 PM, time to see the early August sunset....

01/08/2026: Incredible homemade spring rolls, the best in Metz (at least!) Pad Thai is worth the trip, as are all the other freshly made, homemade dishes.

05/09/2026: A wonderful discovery, the food was just like home cooking and the service was very friendly.

06/09/2026: Really enjoyed the atmosphere. A bit hidden, very unique Interieur, that gave a feeling of personality to the room. Service was a bit mixed: The waiter was absolutely friendly and helpful, but one person was just not enough to keep up. Therefore waiting times, especially towards payment, were too long. Enjoyed the menu. It was mostly fairly simplistic, but convinced with fresh and tasty ingredients. What tipped the scale to good rather than very good was the meat quality in the main course and the slightly unimaginative desert. Yet: All critics on a high level. Pricing was very fair. To me derrière is more a 4,5, but just not exceptional enough for 5.

05/09/2026: Returning a year later. The setting, thankfully, remains unchanged. There's still the constant flow of people between the two kitchens across the central room. The library is preferable. Significant progress has been made in the dishes. The ingredients are still exceptional, treated with creativity and mastery. The blending has evolved, achieving perfect balance. A minor criticism of the tapenade amuse-bouche; it was overpowering, a shame given the otherwise exquisite flavors. Three wines by the glass: the first an excellent Moselle, the second forgotten, the third an exceptional Syrah from the Ardèche paired with veal tenderloin. This was changed to a Bourgogne Ropitot, excellent, but still too powerful for the dish. The finesse and freshness of a Moselle Pinot Noir would have been more appropriate. The vanilla-strawberry dessert was excellent, perfectly timed for mirabelle plum season. The third wine, again the same sweet Côtes de Gascogne, was uninteresting. A late-harvest Moselle would have been wonderful. Excellent value for money. A curious lack of interest in deserving Moselle winemakers. Until next time.
