08/09/2026: A fantastic find! A warm and welcoming atmosphere, with special attention paid to assisting us, as I was accompanied by someone using a cane. A friendly, family atmosphere where you can't help but feel at ease. I really enjoyed the self-service concept, with the main course served directly by the chef: slow-cooked, generous, and delicious. The value for money, the lovely terrace overlooking the Place d'Armes, and the charming interior are real pluses. Everything makes you want to come back! 😊 Thank you to the whole team!

09/10/2026: Appalling service. I ordered a cookie, but I was served an undercooked and inedible one. When I went back to the counter to ask for a properly baked cookie, the staff flatly refused to take it back or exchange it. This is unacceptable. Serving raw flour is irresponsible: it poses a real risk of food poisoning (E. coli bacteria) and is toxic to digestion. This kind of product shouldn't even be sold in that state.

01/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've now eaten at Marcel's Simbacher Mühle twice – once on a Friday evening and most recently at the Caribbean Night last Saturday – and both times we were absolutely thrilled! The Caribbean Night was truly special: a beautiful, festive setting, great music, and a wonderful atmosphere. The Colombian and Dominican food was outstanding, prepared with so much love. My personal highlight was definitely the plantain lasagna – absolutely amazing! 🤩 The value for money is also excellent. You can tell that Marcel puts his heart and soul into what he does and wants to give his guests a special evening. Thank you so much, dear Marcel, for the two wonderful evenings and your fantastic hospitality! We felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

12/10/2026: A wonderful experience! We chose this restaurant randomly on a Sunday evening, and the sharing platter was very generous! The beautiful, tender sirloin steak was cooked perfectly and served with vegetables and fries. The wines were reasonably priced. The service, provided by young trainees, was impeccable—attentive, respectful, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. We would gladly return for the themed evenings, and for other occasions too!

27/09/2026: Food poisoning after a family visit on Saturday, September 26th. I ordered the sashimi set menu with salmon, tuna, sea bream, octopus, etc.: I'm sure some of the fish was frozen! The octopus, without a doubt: it was awful. I'd like to try and find some positives, but I think my health condition speaks for itself. I eat sushi very often and have never had a problem before. Overall, the quality is poor and the prices are high. Avoid this place; there are plenty of good restaurants to avoid.

16/09/2026: This was our second time ordering online, and it was delicious! We'd been trying out different Japanese restaurants in Metz for months without finding the right one (we'd almost given up), before finally ordering from Ayako Actisud after a family meal at Muse for one last try, which turned out to be a great experience. We've found our go-to spot ;)
