20/08/2026: Comment Honestly, a truly disgusting experience. I saw the employees preparing the dough and handling the cheese with their bare hands, without gloves, in the heat and right next to the oven. With the heat, their hands must have been drenched in sweat… 🤢 Honestly, it completely kills my appetite. And the worst part: I saw an employee come out of the restroom and go straight back to work, without any way to see if he had washed his hands. Hygiene and food safety are not trivial matters. When preparing food for customers, a minimum level of cleanliness and adherence to health regulations should be the bare minimum.

10/09/2026: Whether you're dining with family or your loved one, it's always a real pleasure! The staff and the owner are extremely welcoming, very professional, and always attentive. As for the food, it's impeccable: delicious, with a wide selection and beautifully presented dishes. The portions are generous, and the ingredients are high-quality and always fresh. It's truly excellent value for money. I recommend it without hesitation!

09/08/2026: We were warmly welcomed (we, the trike riders from Verdun and Nancy who weren't supposed to leave Google reviews) by a cheerful, friendly, and welcoming owner, as was her waiter. The food was generous. A lunch just the way we like it.

10/06/2026: We came with 57 people on June 9, 2026. We were very well received. The menu was impeccable. Crudités and charcuterie for starters. Chicken in mushroom sauce with Brussels sprouts and Duchess potatoes as a side dish, and to finish, a lovely slice of apple tart. The service was prompt and efficient. Very friendly staff. Top-notch! I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: It was a real pleasure to stumble upon this restaurant on the way back from Gérardmer. A warm welcome, everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. They even gave our 6-year-old son a little something extra. Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it.

01/08/2026: Not for a drink (avoid it). We went there before a theater performance and had a 30-minute wait. The weather was nice, let's go for a drink. I've lived in Paris for 25 years. I know that the Montorgueil district is one of the most touristy areas of Paris, especially at the end of July. I avoid cafes where the waiters wear the official, postcard-perfect Parisian attire. I sat down with my two teenagers on the terrace of this cafe, which seemed more authentic to me. There were three tables taken; it was 5 p.m. My teenagers are tall enough to take two small tables together (sitting face-to-face is impossible, the rows are so close). The waitress didn't say anything until she learned that my son would only be having a glass of water. I ordered a cocktail (tasteless except for the numerous ice cubes that give it volume), and my daughter had a small fruit juice. And the waitress refused to serve my son a glass of water; he had to "order." In France, it's still acceptable to ask for tap water. I pretended to leave (which I should have), but the owner agreed to a glass of water on the condition that we squeeze around a single table to make room for those who would come to eat. It was 5:10 PM. The terrace was still completely empty. The bill? Over 16 euros. A rip-off? Definitely. If I had to get fleeced, I would have gone to a touristy café. For a drink, this really isn't the place.

26/07/2026: Amazing pizza! We got the stracciatella, pistachio pesto, mortadella and it was phenomenal. It’s a Neapolitan style pizza place and they did it really well! We also got the lasagna and it was really good. It’s located on a lively street “Rue du Montegruil” so it was nice to sit outside under umbrellas front with amazing food and people watch.

29/08/2026: The food was good... but the music was too loud... we asked them to turn it down, which they did... but 5 minutes later the music was too loud again... we had to shout to be heard... a lemon Coke... without lemon, shredded beef without any preparation
