17/08/2024: Easy parking, the exterior is bright, the interior is sober. The buffet is modest in size, which is not in itself a problem if the quality is there, but unfortunately this is not the case. The hot dishes are barely warm, the spring rolls are dry and I found a small dead spider in the chips. The sweets are ordinary. The welcome is simple. As for the positive points, I will mention the cocktails, the desserts including the chocolate donuts and the ice creams. I would instead recommend other all-you-can-eat buffets in the area that are slightly more expensive but much better quality (Buffet du Monde is my preference, Feel Sushi and Le Siècle d'Or). I have nothing else to add.

29/09/2024: Déjeuner pris vers 12h30. 18h30, douloureux maux de ventre pour ma femme et moi, diarrhée pendant 48 heures. Est-ce la viande ou les crevettes nous ne savons pas mais nous n'avions rien consommé avant ce repas. Buffet très appétissant mais j'ai des doutes quant à la fraîcheur des produits. C'est un avis objectif sans parti pris.

29/08/2024: Forgot my order and yet I arrived at the start of service in second place. Finally 35 minutes of waiting and around twenty people passing in front of me. My meal was served cold and no apologies for the enormous lack of organization. The music is way too loud inside. I wouldn't come back.

29/11/2024: Used for transit at Charles de Gaulle Airport. I received a set that included a sandwich, dessert, and drink for 11.85 euros. As expected, the lid of the drink is also made of paper. Japan still uses plastic, right? There were no shops at the boarding gate, so it was nice to be able to relax here. The sofa is very comfortable to sit on and will soothe your fatigue from a long journey. For some reason, I couldn't make card payments on my smartphone, and touch card payments also resulted in an error. Maybe it wasn't compatible with the card reader.

20/11/2024: Unfriendly staff seemingly determined to discourage customers. Our flight was delayed at 3:30 PM on a Saturday, leaving us as the only passengers in what appeared to be an otherwise empty terminal or section of the terminal. Armed with meal vouchers provided by the airline, we attempted to visit several restaurants and cafes. At each one — this location included — we were met with the same dismissive response: “We can’t heat anything; the oven is turned off.” Dozens, if not hundreds, of stranded passengers shuffled from one food spot to the next, only to encounter the same sour expressions, lackluster service, and excuses from employees explaining why we shouldn’t bother ordering certain items. You’d think that individuals working in entry-level positions, roles most of us held as teenagers or young adults, might feel fortunate to have steady employment. But apparently, this is the culture that entitlement societies breed. We were forced to choose a slightly less bad option after the employees here nearly ran us out by telling us every option was either still thawing or couldn’t be heated or “we’re closing in 5 minutes”, etc. Absolute circus.

15/06/2025: Reservation made and confirmed to celebrate my company's second anniversary. We traveled two hours to get there, but once we arrived, the reservation hadn't been processed, despite proof of confirmation. And yet, they didn't hesitate to make us wait for half an hour, before telling us they had no record of the reservation. So we weren't allowed in. A simply pitiful organization. Disrespectful and incompetent staff. It's not what it used to be. A haughty welcome from the owner, who thinks he's the Prime Minister. And when we tried to call them for an explanation—after the bouncers abruptly pushed me away—we got no response. So we turned to another club, which was able to accommodate us in a way that met our expectations and our budget. Club to avoid if you want to celebrate a professional event: nothing is guaranteed.

15/09/2024: totally unacceptable, Uber order arrived on time. The 280 burger, the sauces for the children's nuggets, a potato sauce, a happy meal dessert (apples) are missing. Not to mention that a drink was reversed with one of the children's menus... When you call the McDonald's directly, they basically can't do anything. Although they admit to having forgotten half. Complaint about Uber and nothing else. Finished for this McDonald's and Uber at the same time. I will come to check the order directly on site. When you don't know how to work properly, you stay at home.

09/10/2024: Franchement, je vais souvent y manger avec les enfants. Mais depuis la réouverture 2024 rien ne va. L'équipe ne suis pas. Trop long...Les managers crie et nous renvoie le stress. Moi qui voulais manger dans le calme...louper.Commande sur place incomplète, froide. Mon fils mange et pas ma fille. Rebelote pour les sauces. Moi on me sert 10 min après. Donc finalement personne n'as manger en même temps. Wrap sans tomates avec tomates. Verre de ICE tea qui pue avec traces...je redemande gentiment pour changer de verre. Il me garde le verre et change le ICE tea imbuvable on aurait cru....

23/09/2024: Order received after 45 minutes. All the sandwiches were cold and they told me that I had to be good because I asked for hot sandwiches, I found that just deplorable and that when they brought me my second sandwiches they were barely lukewarm. I think there is a big problem with management and incompetent and really bad faith staff. And to date, we are not the only ones; we have encountered several unhappy customers. I think they really need to review the way they work. And above all the definition of fast food!!!!

12/12/2025: While visiting the children at the Snowworld activity center, we went to the McDonald's drive-thru. The person who took our order clearly wasn't interested, didn't really answer our questions, and was very unpleasant; I even had to raise my voice. Of course, instead of ketchup, we got mayonnaise, and the hamburgers weren't hot.

08/12/2025: I'm giving it one star because it's impossible to give less. It's getting worse and worse. A month ago, I was disappointed; they even have my contact information. But wanting to give them another chance, I ordered again on Saturday night (€78 worth of food, mind you). One of the sandwiches arrived broken in two, the whole order was cold and disgusting, as if it had been eaten that morning, and on top of that, I ordered a dog toy, which was €3.50 extra, in addition to a Maxi Best Of meal. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the toy wasn't in my order! Furthermore, two sandwiches were missing, along with all the sauces. And when I order three large fries, I don't want kids' fries in a Maxi Best Of cone. Of course, I tried to contact them, but it was impossible. I'm really fed up. The entire order ended up in the trash.

29/09/2024: I order a maxi best off at the terminal. The photo of the double cheese potatoes makes you want it. When I received my order, I had 9 potatoes in my box even though I paid for a maximum. I'm reporting it. They do it again to me, specifying that there was an error. Ok it happens but people talk to me badly while blowing etc. A pseudo manager arrives and asks me what’s wrong. I explain to her and she replies that I have too many potatoes now and that she will be forced to “yell at her teammate because of me, because she put too many”. I hallucinated. She should already review her management. “We don’t yell. Brief. So in summary…. When we see the videos circulating on the networks denouncing their quantity scam. I just had proof of it. That and their zero friendliness

26/09/2024: Impeccable service, warm welcome by a nice dark-haired man. I stopped by in the evening after 10:30 p.m., no more ice cream but the surprise of having an extra sandwich when I opened my order! Thank you.

31/08/2024: I don't know if it's a restaurant or a fast food... I'm not talking about the food, but the extremely long waiting time. 30 minutes for 2 5-ball menus. And all this with only 2 terminals in service, I can't imagine if all 4 are available. I think it's time to recruit, there must be a serious understaffing there.

31/08/2024: 25 minutes of driving, 2 maxi Best of menus, 2 drinks and two desserts. Result arriving at home only 1 menu and an extra Chesseburger + drinks and dessert, no sauce or napkin. It really is a disaster...

01/09/2024: I order a small Maxi best of By asking for my fries hot and without salt I am given my order quickly even though it takes 3 minutes to cook To get some fresh ones I then got full at least 3-4 times And the good woman gives me the same fries and stipulates that Customers are not king And that she won't make me hot again And if I'm not happy it's up to me to come and do them Shit Restaurant
