La Cigale
Chamalieres
18/08/2026: The dirtiest place in Chamalières, no waitress with her kids at the bar, rude... A shady, sulky, and loud-mouthed proprietor. Avoid it.
17/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The dish was generous and very good.

Le relais d auvergne
Saint-Gervais-D'Auvergne
07/03/2026: Reading the description of the restaurant on the website, I nearly died laughing.
"Prawn salad with mandarins" as a local discovery! 😁😁 Under "local specialties," they also list risotto!! It's probably due to the movement of tectonic plates, which must have shifted and brought Italy closer to the Combrailles region... I'd also like to know which river the prawns come from and (despite global warming), where the Auvergne mandarins come from...
09/12/2025: Excellent service and what delicious food at the restaurant! 👌👏👏 Thank you
