22/06/2026: It's 6 PM on a weekday. There are three customers here, but every table and the floor are dirty with fries and grease. Apparently, the tables are only cleaned once a day.

18/06/2026: A truly disappointing experience We were deeply disappointed with this McDonald's. The cleanliness left much to be desired: paper napkins and sauce packets were literally littering the floor, and the overall hygiene of the dining area was far below what one would expect. Even worse, we noticed several flies buzzing around the tables and trays, which is simply unacceptable in a food establishment. To top it all off, our fries arrived completely cold. No effort seemed to be made to serve the food hot, as it should be.

14/01/2026: It says it's open at 8am, but at 8:10am there's still no one there—unacceptable!

15/07/2026: Delivery order. I was really disappointed with the products I received. The bread had an unpleasant, dense texture. The bagel arrived dry and hard... The fillings were mediocre; I didn't like the combinations. I won't be ordering again.

02/07/2026: I would never go back there again. I recommend you avoid it and go to YAAFA, which isn't far away and where the staff are very welcoming.

26/06/2026: The bakery is absolutely filthy and the staff are incredibly negligent towards customers. They smoke outside the bakery instead of serving them, and I even saw someone come in and serve customers without washing their hands. I find this unacceptable.

26/06/2026: I went to get bread, a sandwich, and a slice of pizza today. I waited my turn, and the cashier let two people go ahead of me. I was with my two-year-old daughter, who was hungry and thirsty. I told the cashier, who was wearing a white t-shirt and a duvet, and she said okay, then let someone else go ahead of me. Honestly, this is unacceptable. They have absolutely no customer service skills. I bought food for my daughter, but I went to a nearby bakery to buy my own food, where the staff were much friendlier. I will never go back to this bakery. They have no sense of business.

26/06/2026: Honestly, forget it. It says "halal," but they also sell beer and alcohol... Go figure. Besides, they're not very polite. We'd like a new owner, someone more welcoming, friendlier, and who keeps the place clean. I really don't understand why the previous owner left. If you want this to be a Google review, you can also end with: It was much better with the previous owner. What a shame.

24/06/2026: Very disappointed, I ordered the Lyonnaise salad and it was industrially prepared: the bacon was just fat, there were three dried-out frisée leaves and two cherry tomatoes.

04/06/2026: Disappointed. I ordered a club sandwich for €12.50 expecting quality, but the bread was dry and stale, and the salad was limp and clearly not fresh. I went there precisely to avoid the usual chains where the quality is often mediocre… At that price, it's really unacceptable. If the sandwiches were from the day before, they should at least warn customers. I won't be going back.

25/04/2026: The Too Good To Go order didn't match the description; the picture showed sandwiches, but we received mashed lentils and chicken. The cashier even tried to charge us for the bags to take our order home…

21/03/2026: The place is welcoming and the service is very pleasant, but the coffee comes from an automatic machine (the kind you find in a corporate office) rather than a professional espresso machine. For an establishment with the word 'Coffee' in its name, I expected much better quality. The difference in taste is striking, especially since the price is the same as for a high-quality barista coffee just around the corner. It's quite disappointing.

15/04/2026: The Shamrock is a really welcoming bar with a great atmosphere. The servers are super friendly, especially Lolita, who is incredibly kind to customers who are a bit indecisive, like me. I highly recommend it!!! 🔥🔥

She runs the bar like no one else, always smiling, always in a good mood, even when things get crazy busy. Her cocktails? Amazing. Her service? Impeccable. Her vibe? Unbeatable. Seriously, Lolita is the GOAT, a true powerhouse, a monster in her field. If you're lucky enough to have her, your night is already a success. 💯

31/12/2025: The food was served cold, then sent back to the kitchen and brought out again on the same plate after we had already eaten—probably just reheated in the microwave. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant with this reputation. In addition to being unacceptable in terms of quality, this raises a serious hygiene issue. Judging by the numerous negative reviews, I see that I am unfortunately not the only one who was disappointed.

31/12/2025: If you're looking for a good culinary experience, look elsewhere. It's really nothing special.

30/06/2026: Having been there yesterday, it was a disaster!! The manager was incredibly unpleasant, and what's more, she was assaulted, but speaking so rudely to customers and employees is unacceptable. I think she should find another job. The toilets were filthy, the burgers were cold, the ice cream was cold as soon as it was served, and she refused to remake it. In short, it was terrible.

24/06/2026: Quiet on a Monday evening, air conditioning OK in the heatwave, the iced coffee was good.

30/06/2026: Arrived at the end of the rush... Slow service, unmotivated staff... Order error... Unwelcoming dining room (dirty floor, okay for the end, but the table sponges need changing more often)... Toilet out of order... Luckily the air conditioning was still working...

30/06/2026: I went to McDonald's specifically to use the restroom. I waited 10 minutes outside the door, and when I didn't see anyone come out, a man told me to ask at the information desk because they often close! I went to ask, and they told me it was closed for the day! And there wasn't even a sign to warn me! The outside is absolutely filthy, there's no other word for it! The air conditioning upstairs is incredibly strong, and there was no bacon in my Big Tasty? In short, I'm very disappointed with this McDonald's; I won't be going back.
