05/04/2026: My boyfriend and I order from this restaurant frequently. The pizza is delicious; however, the reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the flavor isn't consistent. Sometimes it's the best pizza ever, and other times it's just average. Despite this, I like it quite a lot. The staff is friendly, and it's admirable that the owner prepares all the food himself.

02/05/2026: The service was slower than usual. I waited 30 minutes to order because the man was taking his time serving the two people before me. Furthermore, it's apparently the only Subway in France that doesn't offer a student menu and charges an extra 50 cents for drinks from the fridge.

31/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Extremely noisy, and the service was incredibly slow, even though the waiters were everywhere, but the kitchen couldn't keep up. Was it understaffed? The food was a huge disappointment: salmon tartare with mustard (or rather, mustard with tartar sauce), overcooked, dry chicken served with a ratatouille that lacked any Mediterranean flavor (the olive oil had clearly been replaced with sunflower oil), and barely golden fries. We didn't even bother trying the desserts. You can sometimes eat better on the motorway.

21/04/2026: Impressed by the quality of the ramen and the extremely good taste, very happy to have this in a small town, delicious, I will go back. Just remember to order in advance to get the quantity you want, it's very popular, but I recommend it, it's a delight for the taste buds.

Perfect foam, a delicious and balanced flavor, and warm service that makes you want to come back. 30/05/2026: Very disappointed with the so-called "pistachio" éclairs. Apart from the pistachio pieces on top and the coloring in the icing, I'm still looking for the flavor. The éclairs are filled with vanilla pastry cream?!

26/05/2026: Excellent pastry shop, delicious macarons, canelés and éclairs, the best bakery in Fontainebleau without a doubt, but the friendliness could be improved depending on the person who serves you.

10/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The starters, main courses, desserts, and wine were all delicious. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend it. A charming country setting with a beautiful fireplace.

10/05/2026: We arrived unexpectedly after a short hike nearby and were able to warm up by the fireplace. The traditional cuisine is homemade and very good! We were with our baby and they lent us a high chair. The manager also came to see us to prepare our desserts in advance so we wouldn't have to wait, as the baby was getting impatient. It was raining, but there's a small slide outside and a rocking horse inside! Thank you
