The beef cheek and burgers...top-notch...perfect...the accompanying gratin dauphinois...I'm still dreaming about it ❤️ and the burger fries...I think it's hard to beat. In short, simple, delicious, and above all, perfectly executed cuisine. A wonderful place and charming people.

03/04/2026: My delivery order was extremely disappointing. One dish was missing, which is already a problem, but the worst part was the customer service. The person I spoke to on the phone was completely uninterested and unprofessional, as if the situation didn't concern them at all. I called back 40 minutes later, and was told that the delivery driver hadn't even left with the missing order yet… This is unacceptable for a simple oversight. No compensation was offered for the mistake, which shows a real lack of consideration for customers. A minimum of professionalism and respect is truly necessary. I do not recommend them.

07/02/2026: We've already had the pleasure of dining at Les Prémices twice. Bold cuisine, expertly cooked dishes, and local, seasonal produce, all served with the team's kindness and the chef's generosity. A lovely wine list. But our greatest joy was when the chef agreed to treat our 100 wedding guests to a chicken with morels and a cocktail reception featuring exceptional ingredients: lobster, foie gras, truffles, scallops… all served with impeccable service. A huge thank you to the entire team at Les Prémices who made our wedding dinner a resounding success and a true delight!

29/11/2025: Pleasantly surprised by the deviled eggs served on a bed of mashed potatoes, I then eagerly awaited the shrimp rougail, but the dish arrived with a musty smell. All I could see were unpeeled shrimp, bland, tasteless rice swimming in a broth they called rougail. After asking for a container for the shrimp scraps, I noticed a mealy taste. I left the dish and asked for the bill. The restaurant owner didn't question anything and gave me a discount on the menu because I hadn't ordered the cheese.

25/06/2025: Very noisy in the dining room. It's expensive for what's on offer... And way too salty, which is a shame (the gizzard tatin as a starter, like the duck confit...). Furthermore, the chocolate mousse is grainy.

19/06/2025: We spent a few days in a nearby vacation rental and ate at Les Halles de l'Aveyron several times. We were impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. The menu offered us a wide selection, and we had a very good meal there. A great place!

The quality of the ingredients, the quantity too, the service is superb—friendly, warm, almost familial (like the small family who run the restaurant, actually). I really don't find the prices exorbitant (far from it). For me, it's the best couscous. A small semolina bread would be a nice touch, but it's already fantastic.

14/02/2026: There were three of us for a delightful lunch at this inn, which has managed to preserve all its authentic charm. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the service throughout the meal reflected the simple and genuine conviviality that we so love to find in the countryside. For starters, we enjoyed a cabbage, ham, and Comté cheese salad and a trout terrine with almonds—truly delightful appetizers that set the tone for the rest of the meal. The main course was just as successful: duck confit with a potato and broccoli purée, and skate wing with chive cream, perfectly cooked and flavorful. Here, the cuisine is prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and it shows in every bite. With a glass of wine and a coffee, the bill remains very reasonable—around €20 per person. A wonderful culinary escape, full of generosity and deliciousness. A must-try! 🍷✨

24/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise for my husband and me! The portions were more than enough, and you could tell the fish was FRESH. We had the bridge dish for €55, and frankly, it was very good; even the shrimp was tasty. The only downside was the service... We waited a very long time (at the restaurant) because they had takeout and delivery orders. But it was worth the wait because the chef prepared the dish beautifully and with care. We will definitely be back to try other dishes and highly recommend it!
