15/01/2026: We came as a group of four for a midweek meal with friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed everything we were served, from the cocktails to the dessert, not forgetting the wine. There was nothing to criticize; everything was excellent. Despite the diverse choices, the cooking was perfect, and the sauces, side dishes, and all the other dishes were harmonious. The setting is pleasant and beautifully decorated. We were able to chat quietly while enjoying our meals, which is exactly what we wanted. The service was efficient and friendly, and the courses arrived one after another without excessive waiting. Of course, the price is high, but the quality is undeniable. We will be back.

02/05/2026: The service was slower than usual. I waited 30 minutes to order because the man was taking his time serving the two people before me. Furthermore, it's apparently the only Subway in France that doesn't offer a student menu and charges an extra 50 cents for drinks from the fridge.

12/07/2026: The food was actually pretty good. However, the service was disappointing. One of the dishes I ordered never arrived, even though I waited for a long time. Later, I wanted to order dessert, but when I asked a waiter, I was told to wait. Unfortunately, no one came back, so I ended up leaving without dessert. Overall, the food was nice, but the service needs significant improvement.

16/05/2026: It's after 9am, it's 2026, and there is NOTHING vegan to eat. They have a veggie burger on the menu which might be vegan, but they refuse to serve it at this time. Most unimpressed.

When it's us, it suddenly becomes forbidden. We left with a profound sense of injustice and discrimination. If you're looking for a place where all customers are treated equally, look elsewhere.

I called at 8:14 PM to order pizzas, taking advantage of the senior citizen offer of €8.50, a promotion advertised absolutely everywhere and sent via notifications. At all other Pizza Time locations, there was no problem. Here, I was told that the price wasn't the same over the phone and that the offer didn't apply. Incomprehensible logic. The worst part was the customer service: the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely unpleasant, insolent, and haughty. She made no effort to explain or find a solution, just rudeness. Advertising an offer displayed everywhere and sent via notifications, then refusing to apply it over the phone without a clear explanation, is tantamount to false advertising. Add to that an unpleasant and insolent welcome, and you have a deplorable customer experience. I will never set foot in this Pizza Time again.

03/07/2026: Honestly, it's outrageous, over 40 minutes of waiting. The waitress wasn't smiling at all, she didn't even look at us. This time we went hoping the service would be better, but unfortunately she preferred to serve customers with takeout orders even though our order had been ready for over 20 minutes. The restaurant has potential, they just need to choose their staff properly.

31/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Extremely noisy, and the service was incredibly slow, even though the waiters were everywhere, but the kitchen couldn't keep up. Was it understaffed? The food was a huge disappointment: salmon tartare with mustard (or rather, mustard with tartar sauce), overcooked, dry chicken served with a ratatouille that lacked any Mediterranean flavor (the olive oil had clearly been replaced with sunflower oil), and barely golden fries. We didn't even bother trying the desserts. You can sometimes eat better on the motorway.
