22/09/2024: More and more disappointed, I clarified that it was an Uber Eat order. Restaurant open at 7 p.m. and order placed at 7:10 p.m. to be delivered at 8 p.m. Otherwise in terms of burgers and fries, the fries were not cooked (white) and the quantity also decreased and the cold burgers had to be reheated, the one of the month was good. I took some extra nuggets, they are very good but I find they are getting smaller and smaller.

15/11/2024: We went there at the end of October and were very disappointed on certain points. Nothing to complain about the welcome, the service and the cuisine. On the other hand, when we arrived there was a strong smell of fuel oil which was unpleasant for the meal. Then, no heating. We were with our 4 year old daughter and had to eat with our coat on. Impossible to light because the boss was absent. Despite the efforts of the staff to put us on electric heating, no luck, the sockets did not work... In short, very disappointed! Although the meal and service were perfect, the rest left something to be desired…

30/07/2024: Frankly, it's one of the best restaurants in Pontault. I moved to Pontault a year ago now, and so far I have never been disappointed with the quality of the meals. Truly unbelievable ! Plus, the little lady and the young man at the checkout are super cute.

13/07/2024: En tant que client régulier de Pontault Sushi, je suis vraiment déçu. La dernière fois, il manquait déjà des choses dans ma commande (pas de baguettes, pas de gingembre, etc...). Malgré ces erreurs, j'ai voulu leur donner une autre chance. Hier, j'ai refait une commande à emporter d'environ 50€. Quand j'ai voulu payer le complément par carte, ils ont refusé parce que c'était en dessous de 15€. Pour un client fidèle qui dépense autant, et surtout après les erreurs de ma précédente commande, c'est vraiment pas commercial. De plus, les prix sont plus élevés que chez les concurrents. Je rejoins les autres avis : le succès leur monte à la tête et le manque de professionnalisme se fait sentir. C'était ma dernière commande chez eux.

12/12/2025: I ordered a meal and fries, waited an hour before receiving the order which was cold, the portions were for a baby, frankly unacceptable, I do not recommend at all, avoid it, run away.

Waited for about 10mins before rudely being told the premises was closing I ask why as it was 10pm to just get a response of would you like to see the manager. With that we left and had drinks at the sports bar opposite treated nicely by kind staff. Avoid Royal bar

03/12/2025: Extremely disappointing experience. After paying for a decaf coffee, I simply asked where to pick up my drink. The employee—a young, slim, blonde woman with her hair tied back—responded in a curt and haughty tone, almost as if to say, "You have to move to the side, yes, it happens." A truly unpleasant and completely inappropriate attitude. The worst part was the atmosphere: We could hear the staff talking very loudly to each other, hurling insults like "shut up," "shut the f*** up," and speaking in an extremely disrespectful manner. The music was too loud, giving the impression of being in a bar or nightclub rather than a restaurant meant to welcome customers in a calm environment. Unprofessional, disrespectful behavior, unworthy of an establishment located in La Vallée Village. I will not be returning.

31/05/2025: A new discovery, very very friendly and helpful owners. Good welcome for children. Varied menu with fresh products, served generously, we will even come back from Montpellier. Thank you.

30/05/2025: We went there twice to try different dishes and menus. Very warm welcome. And very good cuisine with fresh, seasonal produce and beautiful presentation. We will return in June with our hiking group of 55 people.
