10/05/2026: As long-time customers of Domaine de Bellevue, we have unfortunately noticed a decline over time, both in service and in the quality of the facilities. We feel that the commercial aspect is now taking precedence over the quality of the welcome and the customer experience. The spa was quite dirty: the bin hadn't been emptied after the previous guests, the toilets were dirty, and the floor was covered in hair (photos available). Furthermore, we spent over €500 for our visit as a family of three. Since afternoon tea wasn't served until 6:00 PM, we asked if it would be possible to each have a small cookie with our glass of champagne while we waited. The brunch cookies were still on the table, the plate was full, and there were no other guests, but we were refused. We found this particularly unprofessional and quite disappointing. Also, during our afternoon tea, the hot chocolate was actually just flavorless hot milk, and we were refused a cappuccino because the waitress didn't know how to make one… The massages, however, were very good. It's a shame, because we've always enjoyed coming to this establishment, but this experience unfortunately no longer reflects the standard and quality of service we were used to.

The staff are kind, professional, attentive, and generous, not to mention the creativity and talent of the chefs in both the kitchen and pastry shop... A feast for the eyes and the palate... an address not to be missed, whether for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or for seminars and corporate events. I highly recommend Domaine de Bellevue!

Our party of thirteen guests, spanning all generations (children and the elderly), was transported by a five-hour experience, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, in an atmosphere of rare distinction. The service was, in every respect, exemplary. The staff, exquisitely courteous and ever-attentive, met our every expectation with effortless elegance. The residence impresses with its splendor: its generous proportions allow for lavish receptions while offering the refined comfort necessary for an intimate tête-à-tête. The true highlight of the evening lay in the cuisine. One should entrust the culinary creations with absolute confidence to Chef Giliams, who possesses the art of elevating every moment through highly technical cuisine. I have an unforgettable memory of that lemony taste, whose unique flavor and aromatic complexity seemed to suspend time (was there an Asian influence?). The generous portions will dispel any doubts even for those who might fear the austerity of haute cuisine; here, satiety is combined with the very essence of taste. Ultimately, this prestigious establishment owes its renown solely to the word-of-mouth recommendations of its patrons, which is the surest guarantee of its excellence. While the restaurant's discreet location might leave passersby indifferent, the treasures of refinement hidden within demand a closer look. All the ingredients are fresh, reflecting a genuine commitment to quality, and everything is expertly prepared and balanced by Thomas in the kitchen, who will show you how to work with passion. Nico, the owner, will be sure to take care of you, whether with his carefully selected wines, freshly grated Parmesan, or his infectious good humor. A former customer in his younger days, he became an employee, then an apprentice, before finally becoming the owner. Nicolas (or Nico, as regulars call him) will be delighted to share his passion for his restaurant, his recipes, his staff's culinary discoveries, and the wonderful atmosphere he brings to his establishment. It was a long process, but this place truly deserves all its accolades. You'll enjoy sublime and fascinating dishes at a very reasonable price. The gamble has paid off, and Luna Rossa is easily among the best restaurants in Seine-et-Marne, the Île-de-France region, and indeed the world.

The upstairs room, both inviting and cozy, offers a beautiful view of the garden, making the setting truly delightful. The meal was exquisite from start to finish. The chef took the time to present each dish, sharing its story and composition, which was greatly appreciated. The service was impeccable: efficient, professional, and always friendly.
