15/06/2025: When we arrived, the restaurant was empty. As I write this review, I'm sitting in front of my plate and I understand why it was empty. I've never seen anything like it in my life! Don't waste your time; eat at home, it's better.

14/06/2025: Avoid too expensive for something so disgusting too salty no choice in addition it seems that the food was not properly preserved excessively on it never again first and last time even the cocktail was badly measured I made the misfortune of trying the vegetable and shrimp wok and well the shrimp was rotten a horrible taste I understand why it was empty very few customers

20/01/2026: I went twice; the first time I let it go, but I noticed an impressive slowness, even for so-called quick orders (ice cream, fries, etc.). There are four of them (not including the kitchen staff), but they just stand there talking instead of greeting customers and speeding things up. You might as well eat in a restaurant, not a fast-food place.

21/06/2025: This is a great place for coffee and for breakfast omelet lovers. It's a simple and beautiful place, a real one with a friendly and efficient team. I recommend it!

22/08/2025: I expected better, considering they're supposedly artisanal ice creams. The other reviews are right about the quality, which I think isn't there anymore. Tasted pistachio and rum raisin. €3.20 a scoop, not crazy.

25/01/2026: No matter the time, there's always a huge wait. One Saturday evening, they told me outright that they weren't taking any more orders after 9:45 PM because they couldn't keep up with demand. The drive-thru is poorly managed. The one in Ecuelles is better. When you order sauces at the drive-thru, they don't tell you they're out of stock until you receive your order. They don't indicate on the website that they're out of stock. In short, avoid it. To top it all off, the drinks weren't even what we ordered. Perfect.

16/01/2026: I just ate there at noon, rush hour, and yet my order was received at the table in less than 10 minutes. It was very funny; it was the first time I've seen a waiter in a suit who was so smiling and friendly. For once, my order was perfect.

11/12/2025: Disney magic? It's not credit card magic. 50 bucks for 3 meals with fries, drinks, and 1 chicken burger... with half-cold fries. A tasteless burger. Avoid at all costs.

25/11/2025: I saw a very nice show inside this place. Unfortunately, they should increase the gluten-free options. However, it has a nice atmosphere and very clean bathrooms.

12/06/2025: I'm quite mixed. Overall, it's okay. There are occasional oversights and delays, but I'm not a pain. However, the "receptionist" doesn't make me want to order again; she's really unpleasant on the phone!! 12/06/25 A month later... This is the third time there's been a delay: at first 15/20 minutes, then more than half an hour, and today, an hour... each time, without any kind gesture. I know the rush, so it can happen, but this time, sorry, it's a bit much. It's over for me!

29/05/2025: Plantain bananas are a disgrace to market. The oil is black and the bananas are way too ripe to fry. What a shame.

18/01/2026: A toilet cleaning wouldn't be superfluous, it reflects the cleanliness in which your restaurant is maintained, namely filthy.

12/10/2025: SHAMEFUL! I literally pass by this tobacconist's all the time to do my shopping. I actually went there a few days ago, and today, when I was taking the train and just needed to quickly go to the restroom, I was refused access unless I was using a product (even though I didn't even have time to consume anything FOR ONCE anyway). So I won't be going back, especially given the tone in which I was told; it was a really unpleasant woman in her fifties. So you've clearly lost a regular customer and her entourage, and for your information, in 2025, refusing access to the restroom (to a woman, no less) is shameful.

04/09/2024: So much turnover. Never the same staff. These people have a lot of trouble keeping their employees given the treatment inflicted on them (depending on the management in place) and the low salaries... My wife worked for 2 years for this channel, so “I speak” with full knowledge of the facts. Fortunately this does not yet impact their products.

03/09/2024: Very dirty table, personal who makes the face!!!! we call you, knowing that we are eating upstairs to come and get the rest. Deplorable!!!!!!!

22/11/2025: The service was appalling, incredibly slow, I had to wait 40 minutes, and to top it off, one of the employees was picking up cream puffs with her fingers and was the one talking about hygiene regarding the missing front glass of the display case... What a joke!

14/11/2025: A minor hygiene issue: the saleswoman was alone while another colleague cleaned, even though there was a queue stretching outside. But the saleswoman served customers, took cash, and then refilled the order without tongs, using her hands, which had just been handling cash.
