14/08/2024: Beautiful hotel, pleasant and accommodating staff, careful maid (congratulations on the cleanliness of the place). The swimming pool is a nice addition and the breakfast is quality! I recommend this hotel which also has air conditioning in the rooms 👍

08/12/2024: This Vietnamese restaurant also offers Thai dishes… why not
We opted for Vietnamese soups like Pho but they are cooked with too much glutamate!
At this level it’s a real shame not to know how to moderate this ingredient
The lok lak dish came out 20 minutes after our soups, we didn't understand the reason even though it's quite a simple dish
In summary, almost all Asian restaurants overuse glutamate to improve the taste of their dishes, a certainty

L eau en carafe chaude, même avec des glaçons c est inacceptable.
Et même si le vin possède un bouchon en plastique, la proposition de le goûter ne doit pas être commentée par la serveuse.
Certain plats sont arrivés tièdes.
16/08/2024: Le service tenu par la personne en chef est exécrable. Très désagréable et agressive, sa compétence est de faire fuir le clients.
Ce qu elle réussit parfaitement bien. Malheureusement en 48 h je n ai pas eu le droit d examiner la carte ou même f un accueil professionnel.
Cette dame, devrait changer de profession, ses capacités sont celles d une gardienne de prison ( sans vouloir les insulter).
A bon entendeur salut

Menu map lacks clarity. It was enough to specify on the card that there are 3 choices to make, with a brace on the side.
Children's menu a little expensive for the little they eat.
A little lack of choice in the buffet starters.

06/08/2024: It's a shame to lose customers by wanting to charge for plates of semolina at €5 when I had expressly chosen a whole couscous at €18 to eat with my child.
It's not the final bill that bothered me... it's more the commercial side... losing customers for wanting to earn 5€ because as the person told me "since you don't take anything for "I'm charging you for the plate of semolina that I give him" while I could very well have given him a little from my plate that wouldn't have bothered me but I couldn't even have the choice.. very Shame.
And yes everything went well I did not criticize your service. But once again your ego is playing tricks on you. The best thing to do is to say sorry or say nothing, rather than responding as if you were in a ring with customers. I am a trader myself and if a customer criticizes me for something I listen to them and I don't need to criticize them for not being honest because I don't know them personally. Personal judgments because your ego is affected have nothing to do with an answer
