03/09/2025: Coconut cake without coconut, exorbitant prices and soft and ugly pastries... but that's not the worst, sitting on the terrace a rat as big as a cat just passed by... normal! Run away!

21/08/2025: If you want flattened croissants that look like nothing, go for it. On the other hand, if you want a real puffy croissant, you'll have to pay €2.20 because it's made the old-fashioned way... a shameful process.

21/10/2024: A regular at Tropézienne since my childhood (birthday cake), I am very disappointed. The one we bought today wasn't fresh: dry biscuit... Not cool. I don't know when it was from but at this price it's outrageous....

30/08/2024: Very disappointed, bought the croissants for €1.40 and pain au chocolat. To have unacceptable things from the day before, the Seller has absolutely nothing to do with it

19/11/2025: Chicken bought this morning at the market. Very salty to mask a stale taste! Despite this, the taste of chicken, which must have been stored since yesterday or the day before, is still there! The potatoes are also very salty. I'm very disappointed!

03/09/2024: We understand why it is the worst rated establishment on the island… Icy welcome to drink a pepsi in a can for €4.50 (!!!) on a terrace which deserves a big refreshment. We will not come back.

01/11/2024: On the advice of the waitress, we ordered the dish of the day, flank steak with pepper accompanied by fries and vegetables. The meat, inedible, very tough and tasteless. Vegetables, like uncooked ratatouille... meh. The barely touched plates did not shock the waitress who cleared them without a word!!! Dessert, not bad but certainly not homemade A 1/2 L pitcher of rosé, ultimately billed at the same price as the bottle Bill for 2....98 euros, a canteen meal is expensive

10/09/2024: Personnel non professionnel . Placement de la table en plein milieu du passage du service et vue sur la sortie de cuisine. Après avoir exprimé un placement inadapté et en pleins courant d air (soirée mistral ) on m à répondu «  ah non je vais pas refaire une table! » ( une était faite et dispo à proximité et mieux placée ) je n avais pris qu un verre d eau et rien dérangé. Expérience désastreuse sur le service Attente. longue , même après réclamation d une bouteille d eau elle est arrivée 1h après, Les mises en bouches pas fraîches. À peine l entrée servie on a voulu nous la retirer ?.nous sommes arrivés à 20h25 le plat de résistance a été servi à 22h et seul un de nous 2 avait une entrée ..j épargne les commentaires du personnel qui ne se réfère pas au numéro de table mais a la tenue des clients ou à la coiffure pour servir la commande .. et aux divers remarques aussi sur le travail de untel ou untel de l équipe ..aucun maître de salle pour gérer l équipe .. je n ai jamais vu ça c était du grand n importe quoi! Inadmissible . J ai cru un gag ou une caméra cachée .. plus on avançait dans la soirée plus le service était déplorable . Cote gustatif , le Céleri rémoulade était pas frais donc écœurant , et la viande de bœuf nerveuse et dure.. le baba au rhum la chantilly était chaude .. dommage que cet endroit n embauche pas des gens professionnel .il s agit d un hôtel 4 étoiles .. et dans son « jus «  d époque en terme de décoration .rapport qualité /prix .. trop cher pour la prestation. La piscine et son personnel sont agréable . Seul l extérieur vaut le déplacement car l île est belle . Par contre si il pleut pas de solution de replie pour les clients , c est fort dommage . À bon entendeur ..

21/08/2024: Incredibly charming and unique experience on Porquerolles for our family of four. From the fun ride over on the water taxi, to the incredible flavours at dinner, the warm pool, the spacious room (fitting all of us comfortably), and the two beautiful beaches nearby - this hotel had it all. The idyllic setting and friendly service left nothing more to be desired. And the eclectic other guests who were all so friendly left the impression that this is a special place meant only for those “in the know”. I somewhat hope it stays that way.

19/09/2024: One more buffet.... decent food, decent choice but nothing more, pleasant staff and good value for money.
