24/05/2026: Great restaurant, well located on the port! The owner is attentive, and the servers do everything they can to serve you well and quickly! We took a chance despite some negative reviews, and we'll definitely be back! 🤗

05/06/2026: Overall, the campsite is okay. There's plenty of greenery around each cottage, so everyone has a bit of privacy despite the proximity of the cottages. The restaurant is a bit small, and you need to book a table the day before. Washing machines cost 7 euros, and the grill is 8 euros for a 24-hour rental. Swimming trunks are required (swim shorts are not allowed). Flip-flops are not allowed in the pool. We were there before the season, and the pool was sometimes crowded, so in high season it can be even worse, with a shortage of available loungers. A major drawback is the one garbage can for dog waste on the entire campsite. The staff is friendly and helpful. We once had a wild boar on the terrace; it was a bit bigger than in the photos provided by the campsite.

04/06/2026: This campsite is magnificent, our second year here and we're already planning a third for our next holiday! The entertainment team is fantastic, lively and the atmosphere is great. One small drawback: the pool floor is becoming dangerously slippery.

18/05/2026: Friendly welcome, average setting. At the table: salmon tartare full of water, poorly defrosted, tasteless, and odorless; industrial fries, tasteless and barely lukewarm. The crème brûlée was made with industrial powder, sprinkled with brown sugar and torched on top; the portion in the ramekin was truly minuscule and unremarkable. To top it off, the kitchen and restrooms reeked of hygiene. Well, like many seaside restaurants, really not great.

04/06/2026: This establishment is remarkable! We came during a rather difficult time, and both the new and former owners made our visit exceptional! I called them at the last minute to come with 15 people, and they did everything they could to ensure we were received in the best possible conditions. The desserts were delicious. Thank you to them, and best of luck to the new owner! (I don't understand the negative reviews about the poor service when, for our part, they were incredibly kind, understanding, and adaptable—a real pleasure to see!) I highly recommend it!!

02/04/2026: Every time I place an order, something is always missing: either the bread, the drink, or the sauce. It's systematic and unacceptable.

11/06/2026: Disastrous! One of the worst! I spend €200 a month on my McDonald's card. After 31 minutes trying to order at the kiosk, they told me it was normal that it wasn't working. I finally ate after waiting over 35 minutes at a dirty table, my food was cold, and my drinks were in chewed-up glasses. No compensation or apology whatsoever. Bravo! McDonald's is taking us for fools through franchisees like this one, making us clear our tables into inappropriate and dirty bins where we risk getting dirty at any moment. And remember, service is supposed to be included, I believe.

When it came time to order, the waiter steered us towards quick-to-prepare dishes, which suggested he was primarily interested in us finishing our meal before closing time. Throughout the service, he was rather unpleasant and spoke very softly, to the point that we regularly had to ask him to repeat himself. Finally, we weren't offered any dessert or coffee, and we clearly felt that he was more concerned with closing the restaurant than with the quality of the welcome and service. It's a shame, because a restaurant isn't just about its food: the customer experience and hospitality are just as important. We left feeling rushed rather than truly welcomed. 05/06/2026: Lunar experience!!! The service was rushed; the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM on Fridays. The main course was served quickly. There was no option to order dessert. The only offer was a coffee, and then the bill arrived quickly.

01/06/2026: We tried the restaurant, which I recommend for its excellent value for money. I had booked for my husband's birthday and was a little disappointed with the table location... but the welcome was good and the service was adequate.

02/05/2026: When I read some of the reviews, I wonder what they're after... I live in Sanary and for several years now, whenever I pass by Chez Pitchou, I stock up on brioches, olive oil bread, fougasse, and other bread... because I haven't found anything comparable anywhere else (in terms of quality and price). It may not be very busy, but it's a truly authentic, old-fashioned bakery with a real baker. As for the service, the people behind the counter, whether employees or the owner, are always very pleasant and friendly.

26/03/2026: The bread is very good, but the service definitely needs improvement. Not a smile, the person is cold, doesn't guide you, and doesn't explain how things work. I really feel like I'm bothering them every time. Despite that, the bread is very good and keeps better than a mass-produced baguette.
