10/09/2026: We celebrated our wedding on September 5, 2026, at this venue. First, we would like to say that, despite some initial setbacks, we had a wonderful wedding day and cherish the memories of this special moment with our loved ones. However, we would like to share our experience regarding the handling of our reservation by the venue manager. We met with the manager in March 2026 to plan our wedding. During this meeting, we agreed on an outdoor cocktail reception and a meal in the indoor dining room. She also informed us that, beyond a certain number of guests, the restaurant would be reserved exclusively for our event. We therefore made a bank transfer to reserve the venue. However, just three weeks before our wedding, the manager informed us that she had "forgotten" that another reservation had been made in February 2026, several months earlier. We learned very late in the process that the restaurant would not be reserved exclusively for us and that we would have to hold our entire reception outside. With only three weeks until the wedding, finding an alternative was obviously very difficult. We were simply told that if this didn't suit us, we could look for another venue. We were eventually given a €195 discount on the cost of our reception. We had also been assured that those who had booked the room would remain exclusively inside. However, on the wedding day, during our cocktail hour, these same people were also outside. We particularly regret the lack of communication and professionalism in the handling of our reservation, as well as the fact that we were informed so late of a situation that should have been known and anticipated well before our wedding. On the day itself, we were also disappointed by the manager's attitude towards us. She neither greeted us upon arrival nor upon departure. She was present for part of the meal, notably to serve the hot dishes, before leaving without saying goodbye. At a wedding, which is a particularly important and symbolic event for the couple, we would have appreciated more attention and consideration. Even in the smallest details, we wanted to create an atmosphere consistent with our bohemian chic theme. The waitress had made a real effort with her attire to match our theme, which we greatly appreciated. Conversely, the manager was dressed entirely in black, with no particular attention paid to the ambiance or theme of our wedding. This is obviously not a matter of imposed dress, but simply the feeling of a lack of personal involvement in an event that meant so much to us. We would nevertheless like to sincerely emphasize the professionalism of Corinne, the waitress, and Olivier, the chef, who were courteous, pleasant, and available from beginning to end. We thank them for their work and attitude, which contributed to making our day go perfectly. In short, we had a beautiful wedding and a lovely evening, and we are happy to have been able to share this moment with our loved ones. However, our experience with the venue manager unfortunately left a bitter taste. We hope this feedback will allow the venue to improve its communication, booking management, and customer service, so that other couples don't find themselves in a similar situation just a few weeks before their wedding.

22/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. There were five of us, and we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our meals, with overcooked meat and sometimes very small portions. Despite this, no compensation was offered. Then, when we went to the bar, we were asked for €10 plus one drink per person to enter, even though we had just spent €270 at the establishment. When we explained that we had just come from the restaurant, the bouncer curtly replied, "Okay, yeah, have a good holiday." It's a shame, because the location is beautiful, but the experience and especially the service were really lacking. We won't be returning.

10/09/2026: The mussels were okay, but the lasagne was awful and not cooked at all, just tasted like canned tomato sauce, they won't see me again.

10/09/2026: Nice in September, not too crowded. The set menu included salmon steak, a starter of 4 calamari fritters, 2 accras (cod fritters), a tempura, and 2 mozzarella bites, for around €23. The mussels with Roquefort cheese were a good value at €16.50. The view was next to the fountains in the square, with the sea in the distance. Pleasant, reasonably priced for a lunchtime stroll.

28/07/2026: A discovery made after a road closure due to a fire led us to the Hôtel du Pont d'Or in Barjols, a family-run establishment spanning three generations. The welcome makes you feel like you're arriving at a family gathering. The staff, and especially the owner, are very kind and always smiling; it's very pleasant. We slept, and slept well. The hotel was recently renovated. The breakfast is very generous 😋😋 and we had dinner at the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the menu caters to various budgets. I think this establishment will become an annual stop on our refreshing trip to the Alpes de Haute Provence!

30/08/2026: I've rarely eaten in such a disgusting restaurant. Between the hairs in the spring rolls, which were far from homemade, and in fact, I think everything was frozen! The table next to us had a piece of plastic in their plate—a disgrace to the restaurant industry! It should be banned; I was so disappointed. The health inspectors should pay it a visit!!!

30/08/2026: In short... a disgrace! Bland and objectively very bad food. Having had lunch there last year, we won't be returning, or they should simply change the kitchen staff!

22/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome with a smile and in a cheerful atmosphere!! I want to thank the waiter (I regret not asking his name, otherwise I would have gladly mentioned it!) who was lovely to us, but especially to my son, who is the reason for this review. Keep this waiter, he's a gem!! The crepes and coffees are delicious 🔟/🔟!! We recommend it a thousand times over ☺️🫶

07/08/2026: I come here every lunchtime; it's superb (sensational homemade tiramisu with the salad set menu and several choices...) and quick, and they are very friendly.

06/08/2026: Fast, efficient service. No complaints about the food; the pizza dough is excellent (I recommend the chicken panuzzo), and they even deliver when you want a delivery. Overall, a great pizzeria, good team, and the work is quick and efficient.

02/09/2026: Order placed at the drive-thru. The young woman didn't understand everything, so I didn't receive everything. It's my daughter's birthday today, I asked for a small gift, and they refused. Frankly, that's outrageous.

15/08/2026: Hello. I've had two problems with parcels at this pickup point several times, and I haven't been able to collect them. This is the only time this problem has persisted. The bar leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and the way they talk amongst themselves, from what little I saw. They should take children who don't want to do their schoolwork there to warn them about how they can end up doing it; it'll scare them!
