13/07/2026: What a surprise! We came to eat, sat down at a table, and were moved because the table was reserved for VIPs. We had a drink and went to eat elsewhere. You need to put up a sign indicating that you only serve your clients, not walk-ins.

10/07/2026: What a wonderful discovery! The new owners are local farmers who cook with their own vegetables. Everything is homemade, the produce is incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the difference. We're hooked! We're also looking forward to their weekend vegetable sale. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this place!

20/05/2026: Hello, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the reception and behavior of the manager at your pickup point when I came to collect a package. After traveling several kilometers to collect my package, I arrived at your establishment around 1 p.m. Despite the very small number of customers present (a few people on the terrace and inside), the person there categorically refused to give me my package, claiming that pickups only began at 2 p.m. I calmly explained my situation and the trip I had made specifically for this purpose. His response was particularly unpleasant, unfriendly, and completely lacking in customer service. He simply told me that he wouldn't give me the package and that I could come back since the store was open until 10 p.m. Subsequently, I contacted him again by phone to find a solution for transferring the package to a pickup point closer to my home, and he gave me explanations that were both implausible and contradictory. I fully understand that a business has opening hours and a set schedule to follow. However, when business allows, a little flexibility, courtesy, and consideration for customers would be appreciated. Unfortunately, this behavior gives a very poor impression of your establishment and the service you offer. It is regrettable that a simple gesture of goodwill was refused with such ill will, especially since a satisfied customer is more likely to recommend a business, while a bad experience leaves a lasting negative impression. 21/07/2026: I came to pick up a package at this store and the experience was very disappointing, even appalling! Upon arrival, I noticed a strong smell of cannabis. I also saw people smoking inside, even though the establishment is supposed to be smoke-free. When I asked to collect my package, the manager or server told me he couldn't take care of it immediately because he was busy. However, there was no particular wait. I felt like my request wasn't being taken seriously. Later, he couldn't properly use the package collection terminal and told me that neither my package nor my name appeared in the system. So I left without being able to collect my package, which was supposedly delivered by DPD. Beyond this incident, I found the reception unprofessional and the customer service inadequate. Better organization and more attention to customers are, in my opinion, necessary. Sir, if for you working and being overwhelmed means serving Ricard to two regulars at the bar without taking other customers into consideration, then you should definitely change professions...

07/06/2026: One of the best places I know to pick up a package. Staff are always available and even insistent on helping me carry them to the car if they seem heavy (I'm not very young anymore), always friendly, even if the bar requires their attention, the wait is very short.

You could put up a TV with the order numbers instead of having them waste time calling them out repeatedly; other McDonald's restaurants have this feature. The atmosphere among the employees is tense, which is understandable given the working conditions. The McDonald's is dirty, both in the restrooms and in the dining area. There's a lot of work to be done. And above all, think of your employees who are doing their best.

23/07/2026: We arrived at the restaurant and were warmly greeted by the waiter, who showed us to our table. So, the beginning went well. We ordered our drinks and food, requesting that the drinks be served with our food, but they were only brought out 30 seconds after we asked. Then, we waited over 30 minutes for our food, even though it was 1 p.m. and there were only three tables in the restaurant. I ordered tagliatelle carbonara for €14. I found the price high for the portion size. I had also asked for the dish without an egg, but the egg was still on the plate. I ate it anyway to avoid throwing it away. When it came time for dessert, I chose the "tart of the day" listed on the menu. The waiter simply told me they didn't have it. It would be more professional to inform customers about unavailable desserts before taking their order, especially after they've had several minutes to decide. This only reinforces the fact that you're not listening to customer requests. So I ordered a tiramisu for €10. Unfortunately, it wasn't up to par: the sponge cake was dry, the portion was small, and the value for money was very disappointing. I've had better tiramisu for less. Finally, we overheard conversations coming from the till that were inappropriate for a restaurant with customers inside. In the end, we were very disappointed: unprofessional service, expensive dishes for the quality, and an unpleasant atmosphere. I do not recommend this establishment.
