04/11/2024: A restaurant in a very beautiful location, in Beget, a beautiful town in Alta Garrotxa. The food was correct, they have delicious sausages. The rest of the dishes, rabbit and lamb, were quite good. The Catalan cream could improve, the coffee and Baileys flan, quite successful.

03/11/2024: The restaurant offers a €27 all-inclusive menu which is very good. Lots of variety of dishes. They also offer it on weekends. You can bring your dog since they have a very nice terrace and you can eat there in a very calm atmosphere. It's worth it. We will repeat for sure!

22/10/2024: A very nice establishment with competent staff and two excellent owners.

29/09/2024: I can only give 5 stars. Arriving at 5pm after a day on the motorbike, recharged with a nice cold beer and set off with the tent via a @Puttanone Ligure track, obviously the already damaged motorbike couldn't hold up. We got out and the owner was the only one in town with a welder which allowed me to repair the motorbike and go home. I thank the gentleman and the girl at the bar who made themselves very helpful. 19/12/2024: Excellent French onion soup with sweet onions. One of the best French onion soup that I’ve tried. The gnocchi was nice and soft. Beef cubes melted . Lovely place

15/12/2024: At 8 p.m., already no more starters, rare meat requested served very cooked, the choice of vegetables and starchy foods catastrophic! All this is not worth the increase in prices! Too bad it was so much better before.

15/09/2024: We spent a month in Villefranche this summer and were frequent guests of the wine bar at the Welcome Hotel, although we did not stay at the hotel. There is no better place in Villefranche to stop by for a glass of wine or a cocktail before dinner or anytime with beautiful views of the harbor and the waterfront. Good wines were available by the glass or bottle and they serve a killer gin and tonic with Monkey 47 gin in a large bowl glass at a reasonable price. We can’t wait to get back there!

09/09/2024: Nice lil wine bar inside of a hotel. Staff were lovely and attentive, and was nice to look out onto the sea / harbour.

01/12/2024: I tried the restaurant’s Thanksgiving meal this afternoon with friends. . The food was absolutely wonderful. I truly cannot say enough about the service. My friend was developing symptoms of a bad cold, and the server took exemplary care of her to ensure she had a good meal. We’ll be back!

15/09/2024: On a attendu 30 min mais rien personne est venu prendre ne serait-ce que la commande des boissons! Très déçue nous ne reviendrons pas c dommage

08/09/2024: Quelle déception ! Déjà on arrive on demande une table le serveur nous demande d'attendre dehors le temps quil dresse la table, chose qu'il na pas fait, il est parti et ne reviens jamais nous voir. Heureusement un de ces collègues très pro nous a installé et dressé la table. Concernanr les pizzas, rien à voir avec les pizzas d'avant. Ont ils changés le fromage ou.autre chose ? Pizza insipide, fromage dur sur la reine, avant le fromage etait coulant, la il etait figé et tout levgras ressortait sur la pizza comme si de l'huile avait etait rajouté. Je suis déçu. Dommage de perdre des clients locaux. J'espère que le patron prendra conscience des messages et que ça redeviendra les meilleurs pizzas

07/09/2024: Good restaurant, be careful from the outside it may seem closed but it is open. The dishes are quite good, the barbecue nice. The meats are really carpaccio but it was sufficient in terms of quantity. On the other hand, a little light on the quantities of accompaniments. I will definitely come back.

04/09/2024: Overpriced for the services offered. For several months, the owners have taken over the management of the establishment but they are not in the profession. Prices have been increased while quality has greatly declined. We paid 180€ per night for the “deluxe” room which simply contains an additional terrace, which itself had neither chair nor table. The bedding also left something to be desired. However, the minimum rating is due to half-board meals. 55€ per person per day for canteen dishes (see the frozen ravioli with canned tomato sauce, I'm still looking for the basil) and a buffet with nothing homemade in the morning. For the price we clearly didn't expect that, especially when we look at the photos on the internet... Good luck to the staff of this declining establishment, and travelers move on..
