20/12/2024: Repas du midi, saumon frais et 3 purées avec crème d'aneth, le tout excellent, petit café et prix très raisonnable, équipe sympathique et belle déco, je recommande !

21/08/2024: Arrivés à 13h avec le train le restaurant plein on nous a trouvé une table dans la salle du bar,et tant mieux ,entre les plats dignes de la vraie cuisine de l'arrière pays à quoi on a le droit de s'attendre dans la région (c'est de plus en plus rarement le cas) et un accueil adorable, nous ne pouvions que revenir le lendemain, profiter cette fois de la terrasse. Aussi bon que la veille, même accueil. A recommander si vous passez à Sospel. De plus le village est superbe, la place de la cathédrale est à couper le souffle, un décor de cinéma.

21/08/2024: Depuis 2 jours nous déjeunons ici au Bar de Rome....quel accueil formidable...ça devient tellement rare...de plus les plats sont du coin, et tous vraiment excellents.. Une tres bonne adresse àne pas louper si vous venez à Sospel....

09/09/2024: To my greatest surprise last night with My Son and a friend of his. We left to eat at this restaurant. And the bingo, the hostess, looks at us and she does to her colleague. The restaurant is full while inside there was practically no one pretending to look at their notebooks saying "sorry it's not possible I noticed that the page was not up to date we were asked if we wanted to eat at the other restaurant next door Knowing that it belongs to the same owner, when I looked at some people, how they were dressed, basketball shorts T-shirt of course My Son was dressed the same, but I didn't understand the refusal from them? But what is amazing for an ordinary restaurant, the hostess should have dressed properly. I find that it leaves something to be desired in terms of the clientele but you have to know we are people like everyone else the hostess a little haughty, as if she worked in a luxury restaurant but that is not the case and yet I've done it in restaurants but it's the first time I've seen that even but not when I go to Monaco I've never seen that you have to ask yourself the right questions but you want to hear the finale I called this restaurant the same evening for two people and there they answer me. Yes I have amazing space no to avoid flee as much as possible. It's a shame we can't put 0

07/09/2024: I came on September 7, 2024 around 7:45 p.m. Accompanied by my mother and a friend, I was refused because supposedly there was no place and no reservation. But once I arrived at another restaurant I decided to call and reserve a table which was taken into account. The truth is that I was refused because I was dressed in a sporty way and that doesn't fit with the image that this restaurant thinks it has. Very disappointed! Never rely on a person's image because they may turn out to be more interesting than you think. An empty restaurant inside and out, for me is not that complete. What a shame that certain mentalities have not evolved.

08/12/2024: Very good time spent in this restaurant. We were served by Romain, who gave very good advice and always had a laugh. A great atmosphere! As for the cuisine, it’s fresh, very good and very well done. The whole team is great, I recommend and we will come back more often.

10/09/2024: Our last day in vence, and we decided to extend our drive up north to this little town, Tourette Sur Loop. It’s another village for your morning walkabout. We chance upon this restaurant called Clovis, and glad that they were open. It was a Monday and most of the Restaurants were closed. The food, service and ambience were top! I recommend this place.

11/08/2024: Three choices of components (vegetarian, fish, meat), each as starter or main plus delicious desserts… combine as you like. We. Had tomatoes tartar and tuna, tuna and beef, and beef and strawberry rhubarb crumble with a great recommendation for Rose champagne and wine … add to that attentive (if at times a little lengthy) service and a gorgeous outdoor terrace and it makes for a wonderful evening. Thank you! 🙏
