18/04/2026: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at this excellent restaurant; the food was delicious. The duck breast was wonderful, and the homemade tarte tatin was divine! If you're not looking for anything flashy, if you want to avoid tourist traps, and if you appreciate cuisine made with high-quality, flavorful ingredients, Carnival is the place for you. Everything was perfect, the service impeccable and very friendly. In short, an excellent experience that we highly recommend.

The pizza isn't too oily, which makes it easier to digest.

16/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Méditerranée restaurant. It's very well located, with a large, pleasant dining room and a lovely outdoor area perfect for al fresco dining.
There were six of us, from children to adults, and everyone was delighted. The setting is beautiful and very welcoming. The meals were perfect: whether it was fish or beef, all our choices were excellent and well-prepared.
The service was quick, efficient, and always with a smile. Special mention to the owner, who truly listens to his customers and is attentive to every detail.
Thank you again for this wonderful experience; we will gladly return!

I regularly return for my off-market real estate and Business Partners Club meetings. The desserts are also a highlight! I highly recommend it; come and try it for yourself.

09/06/2026: I used to be a regular customer at this restaurant, as I live right next door and came often. Unfortunately, my experience has deteriorated significantly over time.
The service has become very slow, and the quality of the food is no longer what it was when the restaurant first opened.
Furthermore, orders are frequently mixed up. On several occasions, the staff has made mistakes with our orders, even after confirming and repeating them with us several times. For an establishment that prides itself on quality, this lack of attention is hard to understand.
But what disappointed me most was the staff's behavior towards customers.
On a previous visit, I was dining at the restaurant with my dog. While I was eating, my dog started barking. An employee approached me and said, "Calm your dog down and take him for a walk." I was in the middle of my meal, though. I found this way of speaking to a customer extremely inappropriate and disrespectful.
After this incident, I decided never to return. However, last Saturday, I came back for dinner with some friends. After the meal, we were simply waiting for our taxi. I sat down for a few moments on the edge of my friend's chair. An employee then came up to me and said, "You're not at your grandmother's house on your sofa."
This remark shocked not only me, but also my friends who were there and witnessed the scene. I found it particularly humiliating to receive this kind of comment in front of other people. If the restaurant has certain rules, they can be reiterated to customers politely, professionally, and respectfully.
In both situations, it's not just what was requested that's the problem, but especially the way customers were spoken to. Not a word of apology, not a single word of consideration, even though I was a regular customer.
Today, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, the slow service, the repeated errors in my orders, and the disrespect I experienced. I will not be returning to this establishment and unfortunately cannot recommend it.
09/06/2026: Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a negative review for this restaurant, of which I have been a regular customer for a long time.
Since its opening, the quality of service has deteriorated considerably. It feels as though the staff completely lacks attention to customers. Servers may take the same order multiple times, yet still make mistakes.
On several occasions, we received meat cooked differently than requested. When we pointed this out and asked for the error to be corrected, the plate was brought back to us a few minutes later cooked exactly the same way. We felt that customer feedback was simply ignored.
The mistakes also extend to drinks. For example, a server confused a Kir Royal with a regular Kir, even though they are two very different cocktails. A Kir Royal is made with champagne, while a Kir is made with white wine. For an establishment that prides itself on quality, this type of error is hardly acceptable.
Even the simplest requests seem complicated to fulfill. Sometimes you have to ask for an ashtray several times and wait 10 to 15 minutes before getting one, even when the restaurant isn't particularly busy.
I also want to highlight the staff's attitude towards customers. Instead of the friendliness and attentiveness one has the right to expect, there's often a certain arrogance and a complete lack of consideration. This is especially unpleasant when you're trying to enjoy a quiet evening with friends.
Furthermore, the restaurant doesn't feel like a comfortable or reassuring place for women dining with friends. It regularly happens that unfamiliar men sit nearby or insistently try to impose their presence and attention, which detracts from the comfort of the female customers. In these situations, the staff doesn't seem to intervene.
It's truly regrettable to see an establishment I once appreciated and frequented so regularly decline so drastically in terms of service and consideration for its loyal customers.
Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this restaurant and I highly doubt I will ever return.
