28/03/2026: The servers were incredibly unpleasant, coasters were tossed onto the table, and orders were taken in a rush… Customers shouldn't be able to tell if the staff are disgruntled. Hopefully, future customers will be treated better.

28/03/2026: We had a great time at this bar in Old Nice! We had a drink and everything was perfect: a friendly atmosphere, a unique setting, and above all, a truly warm welcome. Pleasant service, smiling staff—perfect for relaxing in the early evening.

06/05/2026: By far the best steak tartare in Nice! Absolutely divine… My husband ordered gnocchi, and frankly, they were exceptional! 100% homemade. The waiter, as always, was incredibly responsive and friendly. And we were able to chat with the chef, as he makes a point of speaking with his customers after their meal to get their feedback. As for dessert, I was disappointed because the strawberry tart was sold out due to its popularity… We'll have to try it next time… A must-try!

24/04/2026: The place is very pleasant for a meal with friends, unfortunately the service was deplorable; the waiter was overwhelmed and unfriendly. We waited an hour and a half before our first course arrived, and it was barely lukewarm.

13/05/2026: Very bad experience. I found the food bland, everything was poorly prepared, a very bad culinary experience, and on top of that, it was expensive.

11/05/2026: Sunday evening, the waiters shuffled listlessly around, the place was quiet. We only ordered one main course: filet de boeuf. The meat was very good, the vegetables completely overcooked, the potatoes still glassy. We skipped dessert and quickly left.

10/05/2026: Quick table service but they were out of sauces... I ordered a medium bacon burger and of course there was no bacon, so I asked for another one, obviously free, but again, no bacon... The dining room was a dump and the staff's friendliness leaves much to be desired! In short, avoid this place.

17/04/2026: I was refused entry to the establishment today because of an acquaintance who criticized the service. I wasn't even there when it happened, and it was the first time I'd been there with this acquaintance, last Saturday, April 10th. I often had my coffee on the terrace at the beginning of the year, and today I was all alone. They refused to seat me. I often had my coffee there, but I rarely ate there. I've been there several times with friends, apart from this acquaintance (a woman), and I've never had any problems. They lumped me in with them as soon as they saw me with this acquaintance for the first time last Saturday. Totally bizarre and unfair. I've never been refused entry to a restaurant on the French Riviera. I've been to the best restaurants in Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Menton, Saint-Tropez, and Italy. I've never had any problems with any of the restaurants I've been to.

15/04/2026: I really like Rossini. It's very close to my home. The daily specials are varied and good. The waiters are friendly and the wait isn't too long.

13/03/2026: A delight, as always. I've been going to this restaurant for almost 10 years; it's run by a lovely couple. The seafood is incredibly fresh, straight from the stall to the plate. The daily special is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant (special mention for the sauces), with unbeatable value for money. A winning combination of quality, longevity, and friendliness.
