01/08/2026: I booked a table with The Fork, which offered a 40% discount. The restaurant sent me a message confirming my reservation. When we got there, we sat down and chose our course from the very limited menu. When it came time to pay, the waitress informed me that The Fork's discount was only valid for desserts. I disputed the situation, so I opened my phone to show her and noticed my reservation had been rejected. Disappointed, I paid and left. Very rude behavior! Avoid this restaurant.

30/07/2026: I had to cancel my reservation shortly after making the booking (1.5 hours). The response I received from the restaurant was: “Why do you block a table for cancel after? Are you a child?”. I found this rude and unprofessional. I understand cancellations can be frustrating, but there’s no need to speak to anyone this way.

01/05/2026: Delicious homemade pizza. Tried the napolitaine (anchovy/olive), the capricieuse (ham/olive), and Caesar salad. Cute small local place. Owner doesn’t speak English but delivered perfectly on the food and cold beer.

30/04/2026: Absolutely adore this place. We happened across it by chance but came back to eat 3 times. The food is SO GOOD. Fresh, delicious, just on point homestyle cooking. Warm and filling without feeling heavy, and flavors were incredible. I think this is the peak of French cooking. Would really recommend the local dishes here. We tried multiple things over the three times we came, and everything we got was amazing. Also the owner is so kind and patient even with our lack of French. No other restaurant (including the fine dining) we tried here lived up to the standard set by D’Aqui d’Aia. We were joking that we were going to call the Michelin guide people. Truly this place is a gem. We will be coming back any time we are in Nice.

03/08/2026: A truly delightful restaurant, a pleasant surprise, with fresh ingredients and a selection of local products showcased. A great find while strolling through Biot, with a friendly and welcoming team. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the whole team.

30/07/2026: A huge disappointment. The meat was far too overcooked, and the tuna tataki was uninteresting. The service was amateurish, with an interminable wait between courses, especially 30 to 45 minutes for dessert. Once it was finally served, we were almost immediately asked to pay the bill because service was ending. A very clumsy approach that made us feel like we were being bothered. Absolutely not up to the prestige of the Negresco. A very pretentious restaurant, typical of the French Riviera, where you're mainly paying for the image. Avoid this place: you'll eat better, receive better service, and pay less elsewhere.

01/07/2026: Incredibly good value, seemed like the only good value place in town and all the clientele seemed to be local people for that reason. It was also really nice, simple and unpretentious and a bit of a throwback but that's charming and what makes it good.

08/07/2026: For my lunch break, I had some very good fish and chips. The service was very quick and efficient, and the waitress and owner were very welcoming. I recommend this little restaurant with its cool, shaded terrace and excellent daily specials and à la carte menu.

03/07/2026: For a first visit, it was flawless! We weren't used to such a welcoming atmosphere, but the lovely little terrace and the Caesar salad were very generous and delicious. In short, I highly recommend it!

14/05/2026: Never use The Originals Hotels' online booking system. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed us that there were two reservations under the same name for the same dates and room type. We did not make a second reservation and never received any email, text message, or notification from the hotel or The Originals Hotels platform regarding this alleged double booking. The concrete consequences of this error: our neighbor, who wanted to join us, was refused a room due to lack of availability, even though the system had registered a phantom reservation. Despite the obvious malfunction of the booking system (and not any error on our part), the hotel forced us to pay for the second reservation, which resulted solely from a technical failure of the platform and not from a double booking.

19/07/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our entire order: chicken spring rolls, spicy beef noodle soup, and spicy beef rice were all delicious. Everything is homemade; I think it's the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. The service is quick, and the food is traditional. A big thank you, I highly recommend it! 😉

03/07/2026: Normally I avoid Asian food when traveling Europe but tried this place during my time at Nice it holds up compared to the Chinese food I’ve eaten back into Australia. We ordered the Szechuan Pork Noodles and Pork Dumplings in Soup. Both were full of flavour and the sauce options on the side were delicious too

23/07/2026: An extraordinary place, a breathtaking sea view! The entire restaurant staff is fantastic, everyone is so attentive... a buffet with an incredible selection of homemade products and especially the desserts, mmmmmm... I'll definitely be back without hesitation...
