Nous avons choisi la suggestion du jour tagliatelles au homard et ce fut excellent bravo au chef pour cette sauce généreuse et goûteuse . Pour finir en beauté et en calories la brioche au caramel un régal . La carte est séduisante on aurait voulu tout choisir la prochaine fois je testerai le Burger 😋. Une adresse à partager face à la gare de Eze pour des prix très justes et raisonnables ( suggestion du jour à 26€) Bravo

26/11/2024: A true culinary gem by the water What a great discovery the Bistrot du Port de Vallauris is! Coming alone one lunchtime, I was amazed by the chef's art of enhancing fish with combinations of flavors that were both bold and harmonious. Who would have thought that cocoa and squid ink could create such alchemy? Every bite was a revelation. The decoration, sober and elegant, pays homage to the marine world without ever falling into cliché. I was also charmed by the tableware, unique and refined, which highlights each dish with a touch of sophistication. I opted for the discovery menu, copious but very refined. Each plate was a painting, generous but never heavy, a perfect balance that left me satisfied and enchanted. I'm already looking forward to going back before the end of the year for their bouillabaisse, a specialty here that seems to restore this dish to its former glory. However, I am saddened to know that this gem will soon close... What a shame to lose such a gastronomic setting. If you have the opportunity to go, go for it without hesitation! An unforgettable culinary experience worth living.

24/10/2024: Este restaurante es uno de los mejores de Cannes, un propietario cocina, el otro sirve. El amor que recibes como cliente y el amor que va en la comida es inmenso. Es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en Europa. Esta noche tomé sopa de girola seguida de pato, pero a todo el grupo le encantó su comida. La carta de vinos está muy bien de precio y es posible beber vino a todos los precios.

29/11/2024: I would like to congratulate the members of the staff of the Ibis Styles Nice Cap3000 Aéroport hotel for this warm and kind welcome as well as their availability. They are very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and functional. The breakfast was very generous and very good. They are helpful and listen to their customers. I came for training next door, which was very practical, also to park our vehicle there. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return if necessary during a future training. THANKS ! 28/11/2024: Parking spaces, well-appointed rooms, full breakfast and very well located hotel. On the other hand, the welcome is cold, no polite words from the bartender, the receptionist and one of the young receptionists. We no longer have the impression of disturbing. Very expensive for the few services offered and the little quality offered.

06/09/2024: First time at Sirana last night and nothing but positive!! Welcoming and attentive staff (just like the boss) the dishes are delicious and plentiful and the homemade desserts are just killer!! Thank you for your welcome, it was not easy to have 32 people almost at short notice, you assured us 👍👍👍

20/08/2024: I recommend this restaurant for two reasons: 1) I like the sincere and warm welcome from the owner and his team, 2) the dishes are prepared and cooked "home" with fresh products, nothing adulterated, but on the contrary a excellent family cooking. This type of restaurant is becoming increasingly rare, so don't miss it!

03/12/2024: The smell of Indian spices wafting on a drizzly night in Nice drew a friend and myself into a charming restaurant and a wonderful meal. Even though it was too early by French standards to eat dinner, the owner welcomed us and gave us a little history. The building dates from the mid 1700's and was originally an overnight stop for mail horses. Drinking troughs still line the walls and a sleeping platform for drivers still exists. It's perhaps bigger than it looks as it has an upstairs dining area but the downstairs is small and cozy. The food was lovely and the proprietor, a second generation owner, was attentive and generous. If you crave Indian food, it's a must. They also do takeout and delivery.

09/09/2024: Family restaurant, mother and child serve together, the chef is the husband. Delicious food, Monaco beer is beer with pomegranate syrup so it's delicious and sweet. Raw baby beef mixed into a salad to eat with french fries and salad is called Tartare. Young beef steak is also very delicious and tender. Gourmand or cappuccino coffee is also quite good.

17/12/2024: I came with the intention of having a good time, but my experience was ruined by a lack of professionalism behind the bar. I ordered a passion fruit mojito, which turned out to be far too sweet and chemical. So I politely asked to exchange it for a classic mojito. Rather than rectifying the situation in a professional manner, the barmaid obviously chose to make fun of me by serving me a sugar-free mojito, completely unbalanced, even though I had not asked for anything extraordinary. The lack of respect for customers and the contempt displayed in this attitude are unacceptable. This type of behavior harms the image of the establishment and makes you lose any desire to return. A little professionalism and respect for customers wouldn't go amiss.
