10/10/2026: The wood-fired ribeye steak is exceptional and simply incredible! The cooking was perfectly executed. A restaurant not to be missed, and the tiramisu is, I think, the best in Nice.

25/10/2026: The service needs improvement. When you ask to pay the bill a certain way and are shown the door within two minutes with a cardboard cup to finish your drink outside, it's very poor service for a bar in a tourist area on a Saturday night. I won't even mention the waitress's obvious attitude; she was clearly drunk. I've rarely seen anything like it in Nice.

18/10/2026: Ordered a glass of infused rum, surprise, dead midges at the bottom of the glass....it was only refilled after being filtered to remove the dead ones....No gesture of goodwill and no apology from the manager....a lovely waitress to compensate, but very disappointed, I did not want any extra protein in the glass.

21/08/2026: I had a superb pizza for lunch today. Perfectly cooked and the service was perfect, nothing to complain about! I'll definitely be back, and I'll be sure to bring my card. All the best.

24/05/2026: A small bar with a PMU (Private Management Unit) that stands out from the crowd and is a real surprise! Very well run, and the gentleman who manages it is truly charming: polite, respectful, and clearly a true expert in the hospitality industry with undeniable know-how. The atmosphere is perfect: the people who frequent it are very relaxed and you can tell they're from the neighborhood. Beautiful decor, impeccable service and expertise. Plus, spotless cleanliness. I was alone, on a Sunday during a long weekend, and I felt not only welcome but also completely safe. A great find right in the city center that I highly recommend. Thank you for that wonderful moment of calm and cool air on a hot day.

23/10/2026: We popped in here for a coffee, the service was nice and fast, the coffee was good, but they didn't serve water with the espresso

23/10/2026: I ordered the fish dish of the day and was very disappointed. The fish didn't taste good, and it was overcooked. The side dish was quite ordinary, and the salad was bitter! I definitely don't recommend this restaurant.

08/09/2026: Mediocre food and worse service. Carbonara was watered down and flavorless. Waitresses made us wait fifteen minutes to pay despite having few other customers.

08/09/2026: This restaurant was recommended to me and is well worth a visit to discover Niçoise specialties, which I wasn't familiar with 🙂 The food is excellent, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the service is very good. It's advisable to book ahead as it gets very busy.

27/08/2026: The receptionist was out of place and unpleasant. I asked her to seat me at a table, and she replied that it was reserved. I stayed until closing time, and no one came. The waiter was unfriendly. I asked him for bread, and he replied, "I've already served you twice." And to top it all off, he asked me how much I should tip—10% or more?

18/06/2026: The staff member, who seemed to be the manager, was surprisingly rude and acted in a way that felt unnecessarily childish. We were seated at a neighbouring bar in what is clearly a shared communal space, and their TV happened to be directly in our line of sight. Instead of simply letting us watch, he deliberately tried to block the screen, making it difficult for us to see. In an open area like this, the behaviour was both petty and unreasonable. We will not be returning.

17/06/2026: Awful service and an egotistic sexist waiter. Words can not describe the rudest of our waiter. I will not return and you should not either. Worst experience ever. Do not bother waiting your euros or your dollar.

23/07/2026: I love this chain, having been to many Joe and the Juice locations in Paris and London. I've been to this one three times in the last three days, and as someone who works in sales, I don't understand how it's possible to treat customers like that, with such insane nonchalance. Out of three orders and several different employees, only one was kind and welcoming (unfortunately, I don't have her name, but thank you to her). The others were awful for no reason. The sandwiches are great, the drinks too, but paying to feel unwelcome is insane. It's a real shame because it's a fantastic chain, but the staff reflects the brand image, and being served haphazardly, asking for cardboard to pack your sandwiches and getting a dirty look in response is just unacceptable. I sincerely understand that working in sales is hard, especially in the summer and when it's busy, so I completely understand that you can't be smiling and cheerful all the time, that's perfectly fine. But being rude to polite people, I don't understand that.

14/09/2026: A Major Fail We wanted to take a French couple to a special restaurant in Vence recommended to us. We phoned to make our booking and arrived on time at 7.30pm to an empty restaurant and a frazzled owner who said our reservation was not noted on her book. She had 4 bookings and said she couldn't accept us as she was too busy and did not believe we had phoned. We left confused and annoyed and have since checked our phone and found we had called as stated. A major fail on her part. We went on to Cassoulet in the centre of the village and had a superb meal with a very busy owner competently serving all the tables. Recommend you avoid the stress and don't bother with Farigoule

17/07/2026: At first, I thought there was a mistake regarding the opening hours, as it stated they were open from 12 pm to 1 pm, which was surprising in the middle of summer in our region. But in fact, not at all; the restaurant is indeed closed at 1 pm. I think they don't need lunchtime customers, and I encourage you to eat elsewhere in Vence where you'll find other restaurants that will be delighted to welcome you.

21/06/2026: Ladies, instead of wasting your energy openly criticizing your coworker (a charming young man, no less) in front of your customers, make sure you're perfect in serving them instead of making them wait for you to finish your criticisms before serving them… Saturday, May 23rd, in the morning. So, to answer your message, you describe yourselves as a family business, well, excuse me, but when I see this young man carrying heavy loads to fill the refrigerators, and the saleswoman says to the owner, "I don't think I'll be able to stand him much longer," and the owner replies with a smile, "No kidding," all this in front of the customers, I don't think it's very professional or very family-oriented! But hey, if you're the boss and you defend this kind of behavior, it must be awful working in your family! I'm sure you notice that the cockroaches crawling on your counter are also part of the family…
