11/12/2024: Passing through the area, I was able to try this restaurant for the first time, and I was not at all disappointed! The plates are generous, the meat very good, the porcini mushroom sauce was excellent, the fries arrived very hot and crispy, as well as the gratin. Considering that we were alone in the restaurant (it was a Sunday evening), the service was fast. Very good value for money as a bonus.

13/11/2024: Where shall I begin. They have three strikes against them in order of priority: very slow service, very bad fried calamari, deceptives selling. We waited 80 minutes for our food. During that time, two pizzas came out on one table and two plates came out on another table. That was it. So they were not busy. The fried calamari came from a frozen bag where they just dropped it in the oil, like french fries. It was 90% breading and 10% calamari. They sold us a bottle of bottle water for $8 instead of just giving us a ceraffe like they gave other tables around us, because we did not order drinks.

15/09/2024: We had already been to eat a few years ago, we had been very well received in a very good atmosphere. At the time there was a menu we had the choice, we ate inside, the meal was really excellent a very good foie gras accompanied by a fig confit then fish and to finish a very good dessert accompanied by a good wine. But that was at the time today September 14, 2024 same restaurant when we returned I was surprised I didn't recognize the owner a young man took us upstairs and then brought us a simple card he announced the à la carte dish to us I was really very surprised in fact there wasn't much on it anymore nothing to do with the menus other times I asked him if it had changed boss not very in the know my wife took cod fillet for 23€ to lighten the bill a little I took veal with fries and tomatoes for 21€ when I saw the dishes arrived I was really very disappointed with my married the fish correct portion against the garnish very very little, mine I had the impression that the meat came our defrosted and cooked immediately no sauce a little water in the plate no flavor the garnish there was a simple little half of tomatoes and a few fries I sometimes had difficulty being able to swallow the pieces of meat. little anecdote the meal was accompanied by a small bottle of very good 50 cl rosé wine at 15€. In a hurry to leave we did not have dessert which was like 8 € we went down to pay the bill which was I will round up to 60 € I had previously asked the waiter to keep the bottle which was half opened once the bill had to be paid I took the bottle the boss looked at me with a look of surprise we weren't even allowed a small bag to put it in and we walked around with the bottle to the hand people have not seen it pass by they must have wondered what was happening I look at the comments which are not very good at all and I do not understand how this restaurant can still be managed by such a boss and that he There are still people who still come to eat in this establishment, sorry to say, but we will never set foot again, not in Gourdon but in his restaurant

14/09/2024: There was no room on the terrace, so we sat inside on the first floor by the window. What a beautiful view to the sea. The restaurant has a very limited menu. The tasting plate with local specialties is highly recommended. Very friendly service. Price/quality ratio was excellent.

04/05/2025: We stopped for a drink after visiting the museum. The waitress was absolutely brilliant: smiling, attentive and very professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, our experience was a little disrupted by a rather heated argument between two people, obviously the bosses, in the middle of service. It’s a shame because it ruined the atmosphere a little. That said, the quality of the waitress’s service really deserves to be highlighted!

03/05/2025: It feels like being in a balieu... very dirty and dilapidated common areas. The people who frequent it seem disreputable. The swimming pool is currently unusable and very dirty. A shame because the apartment I rented is very nice, but everything else is pitiful. The positive sides are the view and proximity to the sea and services

02/09/2024: This restaurant only survives thanks to the fact that ALL the others are closed on Sunday evenings on Gourdon, even in August! So we had no choice and ordered two pizzas to take away. Bottom line: exorbitant prices (€15 for a basic pizza) for a pizza barely larger than a wide-open hand. I had never seen this! Although... in the end, so much the better, because she was disgusting...

03/11/2024: Bad experience, lack of advice and bad communication. I had to eat what I didn’t want to. Not crowdy so plenty of time to roll back and start the order again. Very bad advice from the waiter, I had to eat what I didn't want, even though the sandwich was not finished. He could have started the composition again. No people so plenty of time to do it again (Sunday) I would have liked more advice on ordering. Very average experience with subway. I won't come back.

29/08/2024: I took the "good mood" dish, so the signature dish of the restaurant of the same name I suppose... simple salad with 4 shrimps, basic smoked salmon and a "crab" tartar, rather surimi/industrial crab. The plate remained pretty with toast and tomatoes to accompany Very good salmon tartar on the other hand. Unpleasant service. Very beautiful view.

23/10/2024: Carte -Horaire - vie sympathique … Mais… Quelle honte … En fin de saison alors que nous avons pris l’apéritif, mangé… Nous demandons des transat…. —> Faut aller voir la responsable… et paf l’addition ! Si vous voulez appliquez des tarifs de 1ère catégorie…. Soyez au moins de vrais pros et ayez la classe … vous êtes de petits serveurs- petits restaurateurs sans aucune classe et me méritez en aucun cas de continuer à vous gaver sur le dos des touristes. Vous faite Honte à l’excellence de la gastronomie et du savoir vivre Française !

06/10/2024: Pedido gambas reales y ensalada Niçoise, recibió lingüina de salmón. Si lo hubiéramos devuelto, habríamos muerto de hambre cuando llegó la ensalada. La comida había estado sentada bajo una lámpara de calor durante veinte minutos antes de que la consiguiéramos, así que era prácticamente no comestible. Ninguna cantidad de sal podría añadir sabor a la salsa Dolmio. Para colmo el maldito camarero básicamente exigió propina. Tengo un consejo. Consigue un nuevo chef y personal de espera.

01/10/2024: People complain a lot but it's the only McDonald's in this city that's completely clueless and backward. Food hygiene is perfect, the only 'problem' is the smells but that doesn't come from the McDonald's, it comes from the street so there's nothing they can do about it. The only thing to complain about is that it opens quite early, it would be cool if it opened at 7 a.m. so you could have breakfast before classes
