A special thank you to the bespectacled waiter for his empathy and help with my injured wirehaired dachshund. I highly recommend this establishment.

08/06/2026: The staff are not at all friendly and very unkind; their responses are curt and there's no smile.
It's a shame there's no breakfast option in such a busy location, right next to the Leroy Merlin store. Even the croissant is bad and overpriced at €1.80 – pathetic! The muffin is very dry.
Avoid at all costs.

29/05/2026: A centrally located hotel, overall not bad. The rooms we booked were really small, and for two, it felt cramped. The lobby was also very narrow and unwelcoming. The restaurant where we dined every evening was good, but the menu was a bit monotonous. The staff, what can I say? Friendly, but not very efficient. Overall, not bad, but I've stayed better in other hotels here in Menton.
27/05/2026: Hotel very well located (3-minute walk to the beach in the city center)
Very clean (both the rooms and common areas)
Friendly and helpful reception staff
Great rooftop terrace
Only problem: the terrible soundproofing of the windows (Menton is a really noisy city)

08/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome from Sabine, who was always smiling and radiant. The pan bagnat, pissaladière, quiches, pizzas, and pastries were truly delicious. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't yet been.

Wine was horrible
Bread was not fresh. The focaccia wasn’t in the oven enough Time and the sauce felt like Mutti tube was poured on top. Plain lettuce salad undressed!!! Shame !!! Yak!!!

31/08/2026: During 2+ wonderful weeks traipsing around côte d’azure & corse, one of our most magical moments happened during an impromptu afternoon visit to la grande cave in villefranche-sur-mer. Leslie & co welcomed us warmly to a charming little nook for some cheese and amazing wine. My wife’s expression says it all! This is a perfect spot to capture the joy of this wonderful little seaside village.

27/09/2026: Twice, with the same employee, at 5:30 pm we were told that the coffee machine was no longer working when the restaurant was supposed to close at 7 pm. What a shame.
23/09/2026: Very rude service. Despite the breakfast option including pastries, juice, and a hot drink, they immediately rudely insist on asking what you'd like when you order. They also mix up the hot and cold drinks, risking customers ordering only one. More calm and organized, please.
