The place is a victim of its own popularity on Saturday nights, but solutions are in place to facilitate lane rotation. An arcade area with a pinball machine, foosball, and air hockey makes the wait more comfortable. We had a wonderful time there as a family (with a 5-year-old) and will gladly return.

10/03/2026: Unfortunately, I find the quality has declined significantly in recent years. And yet, I love this place. The beer wasn't very cold. The guacamole was rather small and bland. The burrito wasn't very tasty and was bland, despite requesting "very spicy." The key lime pie was too sweet and bland. Please revamp the menu! But as it stands, I won't be returning. I'm very sad.

No problem related to hygiene, very well presented dish. I recommend and for my part it is the best Big Fernand I have eaten in so far!! I recommend 💯 percent! I will definitely come back 😊

26/01/2025: I was a regular customer of this restaurant and often had the Smash Burger formula for 10 euros. But this time I was extremely disappointed. As I flipped my burger, I noticed a black bit embedded in the bun, looking like dirt or something abnormal. I immediately reported the problem to the waitress, who offered to replace it. However, when the new burger arrived, I noticed those same suspicious spots on the bun again. When asking for an explanation, the waitress simply replied that she didn't know what it was. Faced with this total lack of seriousness in terms of hygiene, I preferred to leave my burger and leave, without even asking for a refund as the service seemed outdated and disinterested. It is obvious that hygiene is not a priority here, and this gives the impression of a purely food operation, with no concern for quality. Good thing I didn't eat that burger, because that kind of carelessness is why you can easily get sick eating out. To top it off, the can that came with the menu was lukewarm, I took it anyway, telling myself that I would refrigerate it at home. In short, I lost 10 euros, but at least I can warn others: eating here could be risky for your health. It was my last visit

04/12/2025: An absolutely exceptional experience! We were greeted by Madame Hadja herself, the manager of M Burger in Évron—what can I say… an incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional woman. You immediately feel the passion and love she puts into her establishment. It's difficult to describe her other than as a presence that truly lights up the room. As for the meal… a pure culinary masterpiece. The hamburgers are simply exquisite, with a rare finesse and generosity. Each bite is a veritable explosion of flavors. The potatoes pair perfectly with the burger, and the tender, flavorful meat literally melts in your mouth. I almost felt like I was enjoying a fine dining experience worthy of a top restaurant, while still experiencing the authenticity of a burger made with passion. Thank you, Madame Hadja, for this exceptional moment. A must-try, which I recommend without hesitation! Thank you again, and see you soon! 👋

02/03/2026: After a lovely stroll through the Saint-Cyprien district, along the Garonne River 🌿, we were looking for a place to have a snack and stumbled upon Carson City (4.1 on Google). We thought, why not? First positive point 👍: the employee outside serving ice cream was absolutely fantastic. Smiling, pleasant, nothing to complain about 👌 We sat down… and that's when things got seriously complicated 😕 The owner inside seemed tired and overwhelmed, even though the place wasn't full. The atmosphere was strange. The staff were friendly with the customers, but they were making snide remarks to each other… it created a real awkwardness 😬 As for cleanliness, we had serious doubts 🤨 The cutlery, the carafes, the glasses… we got the impression they hadn't been washed properly. It didn't inspire confidence. The wait? Endless ⏳ Takeaway customers were served before those already seated inside. The result: an enormous wait for waffles, crepes, and a simple ice cream cone. Frankly, it was worth the wait for so little… very disappointing. Honestly, the 4.1 rating seems vastly overrated considering our experience, which was only for afternoon tea. We can't comment on the lunchtime service since we didn't try it. And to top it all off: the restrooms 🚽… catastrophic. Poorly laid, unglued tiles, general disarray. Clearly not up to restaurant standards. Our afternoon ended on a sour note 😞 If we had read a review like this before going, we would have saved €35 ​​and chosen a different place. It's a shame, because the neighborhood is really nice and the walk along the Garonne was great 🌿

07/12/2025: Took me by surprise, one of the best burger i have eaten. You got to choose the type of meat, temperature, cheese and toppings. I ordered medium beef burger with blue cheese and extra champignon. Everything was perfect. Brioche were very good with buttery smell. Beef is juicy and perfectly cooked. Blue cheese and champignon helped elevating the umami flavors.
