The salad (too few leaves and other bits) and the ribs were perfect. As for the fries, the portion size should be reduced. Otherwise, the band was great and the staff were pleasant.

04/12/2025: An absolutely exceptional experience! We were greeted by Madame Hadja herself, the manager of M Burger in Évron—what can I say… an incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional woman. You immediately feel the passion and love she puts into her establishment. It's difficult to describe her other than as a presence that truly lights up the room. As for the meal… a pure culinary masterpiece. The hamburgers are simply exquisite, with a rare finesse and generosity. Each bite is a veritable explosion of flavors. The potatoes pair perfectly with the burger, and the tender, flavorful meat literally melts in your mouth. I almost felt like I was enjoying a fine dining experience worthy of a top restaurant, while still experiencing the authenticity of a burger made with passion. Thank you, Madame Hadja, for this exceptional moment. A must-try, which I recommend without hesitation! Thank you again, and see you soon! 👋

12/06/2026: We are regular customers of this Burger King restaurant and, until now, our experiences had always been very positive. That's precisely why we come here so often. Unfortunately, our last visit was extremely disappointing. We placed our order around 7:30 pm and weren't served until around 8:00 pm. During that time, we noticed that our order had been sitting on the counter for quite a while before being handed to us, which probably explains why the food arrived cold. We reported the problem and asked for replacements. A new order was brought to us, but it didn't match what we had ordered. One of the sandwiches was incorrect and didn't contain the expected items. So we had to send it back a second time. After another wait, a third version of the order was brought to us. Unfortunately, there was still an error on one of the sandwiches. At this point, we had already been there for almost an hour, experiencing a series of order preparation errors and returns. Faced with this accumulation of problems, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. I fully understand that mistakes can happen, but when the same order is repeatedly mishandled and the wait becomes excessive, it's normal for a customer to ask for an explanation. The most regrettable aspect of this experience, however, remains the attitude of an employee who openly mocked me with some colleagues, in front of other customers, while I was simply trying to explain the situation, even though patience has its limits. I found this behavior particularly disrespectful and completely inappropriate in a professional setting. This review is not intended to harm the establishment, as we have always been satisfied during our previous visits. However, I believe it's important to report this experience so that measures can be taken to improve order management and, above all, the respect due to customers when a problem arises. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident and that the quality of service that always made us want to return will once again become the norm.
