03/11/2024: 9 personnes qui avons dû se répartir sur 2 tables malheureusement l'une derrière l'autre à l'étage, ce qui est différent d'une table à côté d'une autre annoncè à notre arrivée de ce restaurant. Cet étage est sombre, etriquè, avec une chaleur suffoquente. Une climatisation présente mais qui semble t'il ne fonctionnait pas?!!... Les plats, hamburgers, viande, salade insipides, pas conséquents du tout, pour le prix, et même pour certains non représentatifs des photos des menus. Les frites étaient froides, pas appétissantes. Les glaces étaient bonnes,les churros trop gras. Nous sommes très decus. Nous ne reviendrons pas. À éviter si vous ne voulez pas en plus une "Facture salée" pour ce que cela représente. La seule chose positive, les serveuses agréables.

03/11/2024: Le décor est super mais le rapport qualité prix est mauvais. Le burger est correct sans plus. Mes frites n'étaient pas assez cuites. Nous avons été pressés par la serveuse qui est venue nous voir 5 fois le temps que je lise la carte. Je n'y retournerai pas.

06/12/2024: We are in the heart of Paris and its history. A garden which unfolds along the stage and in this triumphal axis which leads from the Concorde to the Champs Elysées. Unavoidable.

05/02/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely and cozy. The owner is incredibly friendly and you can even speak German with him. It's a bit out of the way, but absolutely worth a visit.

02/02/2026: Fantastic restaurant where we were all able to celebrate a birthday together. The food was excellent: a truly authentic steak tartare and a delicious crème brûlée. The waiters and trainees were lovely, always smiling, and that makes all the difference. Can't wait to go back! ☺️

No problem related to hygiene, very well presented dish. I recommend and for my part it is the best Big Fernand I have eaten in so far!! I recommend 💯 percent! I will definitely come back 😊

26/01/2025: I was a regular customer of this restaurant and often had the Smash Burger formula for 10 euros. But this time I was extremely disappointed. As I flipped my burger, I noticed a black bit embedded in the bun, looking like dirt or something abnormal. I immediately reported the problem to the waitress, who offered to replace it. However, when the new burger arrived, I noticed those same suspicious spots on the bun again. When asking for an explanation, the waitress simply replied that she didn't know what it was. Faced with this total lack of seriousness in terms of hygiene, I preferred to leave my burger and leave, without even asking for a refund as the service seemed outdated and disinterested. It is obvious that hygiene is not a priority here, and this gives the impression of a purely food operation, with no concern for quality. Good thing I didn't eat that burger, because that kind of carelessness is why you can easily get sick eating out. To top it off, the can that came with the menu was lukewarm, I took it anyway, telling myself that I would refrigerate it at home. In short, I lost 10 euros, but at least I can warn others: eating here could be risky for your health. It was my last visit

24/01/2026: Great place! The food is always delicious and the portions are generous. I often get the Crazy Memphis with unlimited drinks and I've never been disappointed. It's true that the price is a bit high, but the quality is excellent and the service is incredibly fast, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend it! 👍

23/01/2026: Horrible! Kids screaming and running everywhere, and parents/staff letting it all go on amidst the general chaos... and 300kg of salt on the plate, yuck!

12/12/2025: Good restaurant, but it's not what it used to be. The welcome salad 🥗 is better, but there are fewer meat dishes than before, and the quality has declined.

08/12/2025: A fantastic burger experience in a casual yet stylish restaurant. Real wooden tables, burgers served on black stone slabs, and warm lighting create a lovely, inviting atmosphere. The burgers and fries are top-notch, with a homemade quality. An interesting and creative burger selection as well. And not at all heavy like most burger and fries meals. Definitely a return visit.
