We know Sunday evenings are packed, but after a while, if you don't know how to manage a nearly full room and terrace, you'll have to remove seats. A big thank you to this appalling lack of management. The same mistakes every Sunday: think about increasing the number of people, turning people away, or closing the drive-thru at this stage, like any good manager.

24/01/2026: Superb restaurant with tasteful decor. The food is primarily beef, but they also offer some quality meats. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Prices are reasonable. The only downside is they don't offer dark chocolate mousse. (Sniff)

24/01/2026: I'm giving this place one star. The waiter was extremely unpleasant and arrogant. I will absolutely never set foot in this place again.

22/01/2026: Great find! The sweet potato fries are exquisite. Perfectly crispy and seasoned. The burger is delicious. My only regret is that the only vegetarian option is the "happyvore" steak, which is clearly pre-packaged. The breaded mushroom steak was out of stock. And consequently, no other burger options. The menus I found online that listed steaks with halloumi or potato and vegetable patties are apparently outdated.

07/12/2025: Extremely disappointed. This is the second time we've ordered Pickles to go, and the second time the burgers just aren't good. And yet, every time we've eaten in, it's been absolutely amazing! What's going on with the takeout orders? 😐

12/11/2025: I'm somewhat familiar with the franchise; I've been to the one in Saint-Étienne and the one in Cherbourg, which were quite decent. This was my second visit to the Coutances location on Monday, November 10th, for lunch, and I must admit I was disappointed, unlike my first visit. The staff is friendly, no complaints there. While the starter and dessert were acceptable, the same cannot be said for the main course: a tiny chicken burger with very greasy breading. The fries were overcooked and had a very pronounced greasy taste. The portions were also relatively small, the wait was quite long, and the waiter was very rough. He spilled some of the fries on my wife when he brought them to our table and cleared the table, including my beer, even though we had barely finished eating. A meal that should have been quite enjoyable ended up irritating me. It's a shame, and I don't think I'll be going back. Unfortunately, I was so annoyed by the meal that I didn't even bother paying at the register. It would be good to discuss this with the boss; it would help improve these points because the franchise is nice.

28/09/2024: We ordered the Black Angus Beef Brisket. The brisket was super tented and the food was very tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing outstanding service that made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

17/12/2024: I went there twice. The 2nd time the chicken thighs were not cooked rare and all pink. Yuck. I haven't eaten there since. Impossible to go back. It disgusts me just thinking about it.

12/12/2024: Once again, it's not the first, ordered takeaway, once you arrive, you realize that you paid for an XL menu and you end up with a normal... the service time at the drive, a disaster...

21/01/2026: Best burger restaurant, without a doubt. Everything is homemade, the atmosphere is like Happy Days, and the welcome is warm. In short, nothing to say except go without hesitation. Top-notch!

We left with full stomachs—nothing like McDonald's, where, for the same price, we would have already been hungry an hour later. And what's more, the owner is super nice; it really makes a difference. We'll definitely be back!

12/09/2025: For the price I paid I was expecting a decent meat quality, the meat quality was very disappinting though. Everything else was great. The cooking of such a bad steak partly made up for it.

21/11/2025: If you like pre-made burgers that you microwave for two minutes, you'll get the same thing here. I didn't even eat my burger, small as it was. The rubbery, sinewy meat paired with tasteless fries was a real disappointment. You'd have to have a very delicate palate to enjoy eating here. Plus, there's always a big, bearded guy with a sour face, creating a truly awful atmosphere... This is a downward spiral; it's definitely not a foodie event here. 🧑‍🍳
