06/07/2025: Papy Joe in Lorient: a huge disappointment, even as a takeout. I had fond memories of this restaurant, but this takeout order really put me off. The burger was bland, uninteresting, a far cry from the delicious recipes of yesteryear. The fries? Reheated leftovers, hard as cardboard, despite a cheddar sauce meant to enhance the flavor. The most regrettable thing is to see how much the quality has declined. Before, there was more choice, burgers crafted with original flavors. Today, we're far from that. Result: 2 burgers, 2 portions of fries, 1 brownie, and €43 for a frankly mediocre experience. Avoid, even for a quick order.

01/07/2025: I ordered via Uber Eats, having fond memories of Papy Joe's, they've obviously changed their menu and the quality as well. Burgers are much less tasty than before and the "cheddar fries" are soggy and without any cheddar in reality, they taste like a low-end cheddar sauce...

10/12/2025: It was very quiet when we called in for a puzza so we got excellent service. Our pizzas were freshly cooked, hot & delicious. The wine was good too.

05/12/2025: Never order from there; you'll never get the right order. They don't care about their customers and never answer the phone. Don't expect anything from them, just walk away. The staff is mediocre with no management whatsoever. I shudder to think what the sanitary conditions must be like. RESPONSE: Let me be a little more specific. I called at closing time, so I don't think there were many customers present when the kitchen was being cleaned. I've been to your establishment several times, and I maintain that it's not the cleanest place in Besançon. We ordered simply because we couldn't get out; there's no need to make up excuses. However, what would be truly important is to at least read and follow the orders properly. My wife is allergic to dairy products, so she couldn't eat her meal because one of your employees didn't follow the instructions and prepared the order without taking them into account.

22/01/2026: The order was still incomplete, with a croque monsieur stuck to the paper. I had to cut it all off with a knife or eat it with paper. Disappointing, whether it's the drive-thru or inside, it's always the same thing.

30/01/2026: A unique experience in this superb restaurant nestled in the forest. The staff was incredibly attentive. The cuisine was delicious and elegantly served. We were delighted with this discovery.

30/01/2026: A restaurant on the outskirts of town, but popular with guests of the 3 Valleys ski resort thanks to its magical location. However, I was very disappointed by the food, service, and welcome. Upon arrival, I hoped to be able to eat comfortably by removing my ski boots and replacing them with slippers provided by the restaurant, as is the case in some restaurants of this caliber in the resort. The response was that you could buy them for €19. They don't lend them out. Nice when you're spending at least €70 per person. When ordering wine, the waiters were completely lost with the wine list. The local trout on the menu was replaced with tuna (not local). The €39 forest pasta was served with button mushrooms! And pumpkin. Overcooked! A few chanterelles (which were in the fondue) would have been a nice touch. The gourmet coffees were excellent. The waiters looked very tired... lots of mistakes. Fortunately, the setting is magical and perhaps justifies the prices. But since it's often fully booked thanks to the instructors, you might as well take advantage of it.

20/01/2026: A really good restaurant, with a great atmosphere and a fantastic decor. The food is good, however, I noticed two problems: First, last year, during the Christmas season, I ordered a foie gras burger. What wasn't specified on the menu was that it was a burger with FOIE GRAS MOUSSE, not whole foie gras. The second problem is that some burgers are listed in the ingredients as containing bacon chips. When I read "bacon chips," I expect small pieces of bacon fried in oil, not actual puffed bacon-flavored chips, like the kind you eat as an appetizer. Because once in the burger, these chips get soggy and it's really disgusting.

20/11/2025: Honestly, it was very good, burgers just like homemade, great atmosphere with lots of vintage items from the US – you almost feel like you're in another world :) The atmosphere is great and the manager takes the time to chat; he was very nice. I recommend it. The Righetti team ;)

09/07/2025: The prices are way too high for what they are. It's almost becoming a luxury to go to a fast food restaurant. It's worth noting the constant presence of flies in this restaurant year-round, which is very unpleasant.

06/07/2025: Dirty, very dirty. Restaurant with greasy, slippery floors, poorly maintained, as are the greasy ordering stations. Unusual restrooms, you have to run away, unbearable smell!!!!!! Burnted muffins, bent in a mess. Windows, doors, everything leaves something to be desired. Bad image for McDonald's

13/01/2026: I'd forgotten I shouldn't go to McDonald's anymore! €12.10 for a McBacon and water!!! Still as unpalatable as ever. After six years without going, now I KNOW NEVER AGAIN MCDONALD'S! I notice there are almost no positive reviews, and I can confirm the cold, the deplorable service, the employees who go straight to the kitchen in their street clothes... the end of McDonald's is near, especially this one!!!

11/01/2026: The McSmart price increase at McDonald's is over for me, big boycott. Plus, they forgot the sauces at the drive-thru even though we paid 24 euros.

12/11/2025: Incredibly rude, the calzone was watery, and they tried to tell me it was the egg white when the egg in question was completely cooked instead of runny. Besides, egg white is thick... Instead of apologizing, or acknowledging that an ingredient must have released a lot of water—like the impressive number of whole olives on the pizza, or the ham if it was frozen—they preferred to talk down to people, claiming they don't deliberately put water in pizzas and that runny, uncooked egg white happens all the time... Well, in that case, learn to control your cooking! Anyway, there are ways to speak to customers. I wanted to give you a chance despite the Google rating, which is clearly deserved.

11/11/2025: The pizzas are pretty good, the service is generally quite fast, nothing to complain about, very good for lunch 👍

07/02/2026: Deliveroo order of 32 hot wings, received 14 hot wings, simply pathetic.
