10/04/2026: I have to say before reading this review it is a good place and I do believe that it would be a great place to go on less busy times. But now read this masterpiece of a review… I order the “le chicken burger” it was “alright” to say the most. It came with chips and was advertised to come with “homemade mayonnaise” I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Luckily it didn’t come with it which was lucky and also a little disappointing. I don’t know where the mayonnaise went. Now the burger itself was pretty good, I doubted the pine nuts but it turned out to be a pretty good combo, what let it down was the bun. The bun was what I first thought a lovely crispy delight. Oh how I was wrong. The bun had to be mushed down to fit in my pretty large mouth. When I say mushed, this took EFFORT. I ended up getting too annoyed and pulled it off and discarded it on the side of the plate. My friend ordered a Super Bowl which is salad with several other bits of food. She was very dissatisfied when there was no halloumi added to the bowl when it was said it would be. It’s a self service food place to she had to go get it, this wasn’t a massive problem as it added to the vibe but I think it could have been delivered. My friend’s burger came with chips, this is where things go very wrong. They came completely cold, as if they hadn’t been cooked at all. We would have thought they hadn’t been if they were rock hard, luckily they weren’t. Because the place to collect the food was so far he didn’t feel comfortable going and asking them to be heated up. I get the fact that things are busy on a Friday night but they have to at least be mildly warm, which they weren’t. Now, back to the buns. The buns were so crispy there were almost like breaded dry ice, no joke. It’s almost like someone had cut the frozen bun in half and slightly warmed it for no more than 30 seconds which could be what happened. Very disappointing as we thought we were going to get a great burger. Going back to the Super Bowl my friend is now in agony, she thinks the lentils weren’t cooked properly and is now getting shooting pains in her stomach.

17/04/2026: I came Friday morning; the employee managed the entire Waffle Factory single-handedly that day. It's remarkable, and the hot drinks are delicious: I had one, then a second. It wasn't very crowded that morning, so it was perfect for relaxing alone, which I love. Thank you for your work! <3

09/06/2026: If you're looking for a place where you'll be served by someone rude, unsmiling, and on the verge of insulting you when you ask for something, then you've come to the right place. Add to that a €20 salad made with low-quality ingredients, and you have the perfect recipe for a place you definitely shouldn't go. I'm not worried: given the attitude of the man who seems to be the owner (the other servers are perfectly fine), there will come a time when this unpleasant character will pay the price for his behavior, meaning fewer and fewer people will come. Since the location is good, business keeps moving, but honestly, if you can avoid giving money to someone disrespectful, contemptuous, and aggressive, all the better. Judging from the recent reviews, I'm far from alone. Finally, dear sir, after reading your response to my comment, your true colors are evident once again. I urge you to file a complaint; it would be a good way to expose your methods.

14/06/2026: We ate at this restaurant with our two young children. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff. One of them (Olivier, I think) didn't hesitate to help us with our youngest child's (2 and a half years old) somewhat difficult behavior. He was always very kind. So, thank you, sir. There's also a small area for children to draw, which is quite nice. The food is fairly simple.

17/11/2025: Hello, first order placed for a 4 Seasons MEGA pizza at €23 delivered. What a disappointment! No taste whatsoever! The pizza arrived slightly lukewarm, and while it was a generous size because it was a MEGA, it didn't taste like a pizza at all, contrary to what other reviews have mentioned. The crust was thick (5 to 7 mm) and soggy, making it impossible to get crispy. The tomato sauce was "plain" and had an acidic bitterness (uncooked), and the mushrooms (at my request) looked like they came straight from a can. The ham was cheap and tasteless, and the black olives tasted just like good olives. The artichokes were fine, but let's leave them; they came from a can, and that's obvious for several reasons. I'm leaving a negative review because there's a real quality problem. Making pizzas like this is unacceptable. For comparison, at Chez Pépé, the champions of Neapolitan pizza, the world champion pizza is sold for €20 and offers a true culinary experience (I tried it a month ago). What I mean is that for €23, using quality ingredients would have been easy. They need to improve. In short, I won't be going back and I don't recommend it. It's a shame.

16/11/2025: I was really looking forward to eating pizzas like I used to a few years ago, but what a disappointment! Canned mushrooms and a thin crust, whereas before it was thicker and nice and crispy. Disappointed 😔
