They forgot to have melted cheese. Avoid this place; the staff is slow. Extremely disappointed, a restaurant to avoid.

23/03/2026: What a welcome this morning. Appalling. A business like yours in a shopping center like Carré de Sénart? You might as well not open if you can't offer even a minimum level of service. The only place to get a hot drink or a pastry. No one to greet you despite all the open counters. A sign from afar. Not a single sign to provide information. More than a 15-minute wait for a coffee and a pain au chocolat. Please review your schedule.

30/03/2026: A profound disappointment for anyone who knew the Clos Bernard of yesteryear. The authentic Savoyard charm that was the heart and soul of this restaurant has given way to a flashy menu and outrageous prices—over €40 for a main course, which would be acceptable if the quality were there. But it wasn't. The pork chop, prepared by Grandpa Fernand, was a complete disaster, and I ended up with my head in the basement toilet. The side dishes, for their part, were a real letdown: the butternut squash gratin with Beaufort cheese, in particular, was bland and tasteless—a far cry from the hearty mountain cuisine one had a right to expect. The only thing that hasn't changed is the setting—still as beautiful as ever, which makes the decline in everything else all the more disheartening. A restaurant that has lost its soul.

28/03/2026: I just had a great time at Clos Bernard with Leo De Para Bourg. He's the guy with the sunglasses. Honestly, impeccable service from AZ. We had a wonderful meal and what an amazing wine list!

24/01/2026: Amazing snack bar!! The food is fantastic, the staff is warm and friendly, truly perfect, which makes you want to come back. My children loved the hamburgers, and we loved them even more. The difference is in the butcher's steak, not frozen. The ingredients are fresh, everything is made to order, and the fries are homemade. I highly recommend it!! I tried it with my family, and I have to say I'll definitely stick with this place. Plus, they deliver.

16/03/2026: We love coming here whenever we visit Paris. For us it is a classic. A romantic evening as a couple or with friends. We will always come back. This time we were surprised by the beef carpaccio, it was delicious… and You have to save room for the 5-layer chocolate cake.

11/03/2026: I recently had the opportunity to dine at Ralph’s restaurant in Paris, located in the courtyard of the Ralph Lauren store on Boulevard Saint-Germain. My opinion is rather mixed, which explains the 2 out of 5 stars I'm giving it. I'll start with the most obvious and successful aspect: the setting. It must be said that the place is absolutely magnificent. The paved courtyard, the walls covered in greenery, the soft lighting in the evening, and the elegant atmosphere create a truly unique ambiance. You almost feel like you're in a private garden hidden in the heart of Saint-Germain. For dinner, the place is very pleasant, even romantic, and the whole place is very well maintained. On this point, I have no complaints: 10/10 for the setting; it's clearly the restaurant's greatest strength. Unfortunately, once the initial charm of the decor wears off, the experience becomes much more ordinary. As for the food, it's decent but far from exceptional. The dishes are inspired by classic American cuisine: burgers, grilled meats, salads, and simple sides. The ingredients seem to be of good quality and the presentation is clean, but the flavors remain quite basic. For a dinner at a restaurant that positions itself as upscale, one might expect something more elaborate or memorable. Nothing is bad, but nothing truly stands out either. In the end, I would give the food a 6/10: adequate, but unsurprising. The aspect that disappointed me the most was the service. The welcome was rather cold, and the staff sometimes seemed distant. It felt as if some of them thought they were Americans in an ultra-exclusive restaurant, with a somewhat pretentious attitude. The service lacked warmth and attentiveness. At times, you almost felt ignored, even though the restaurant wasn't full. For an establishment with this reputation, and especially at this price point, it's clearly insufficient. For me, the service barely deserves a 4/10. But the real problem with this restaurant is the price. The prices are extremely high compared to what's on the plate and the service. You're clearly paying for the Ralph Lauren brand and the decor, much more than for the quality of the experience. For dinner, the bill adds up very quickly, and in the end, you're paying gourmet or even Michelin-starred prices for fairly simple cuisine and mediocre service. This is what leaves the biggest disappointment upon leaving. You really get the impression that the restaurant is far too expensive for what it actually offers. If the prices were more reasonable, the experience would probably be perceived differently (at least 30% cheaper). But at this price point, you naturally expect impeccable service and outstanding cuisine, which is unfortunately not the case here. In summary: Setting: 10/10 – magnificent and very pleasant for dinner. Food: 6/10 – decent but quite basic Service: 4/10 – cold and inattentive Price: 1/10 Therefore, I give it 2 stars. The location is superb, but the prices are far too high for the quality of the food and especially for the service offered. It feels like the establishment is relying primarily on its image and brand, with a somewhat pretentious air that doesn't really reflect the experience one expects at this price point.

19/02/2026: I’m not a fan of McDonald’s in general, regardless of the location. The Illkirch branch is standard and functional, nothing particularly special. For me, it would honestly be better if it didn’t exist at all, but that’s just a personal preference regarding fast food.
