14/05/2026: Great experience at this KFC! The chicken was piping hot, crispy, and delicious, true to the chain's reputation for quality. The service was quick and the staff welcoming (especially Rihanna and Hilma 😊). The restaurant is clean and pleasant for eating in! I recommend it!!

The woman in charge was unpleasant and unprofessional, refusing to admit her mistake despite the facts. This attitude made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable, and does not reflect the level of service expected in this type of establishment. I do not recommend it!! Avoid it

15/04/2026: Honestly, I'm very disappointed. The food wasn't good at all, and on top of that, the staff were rude to customers, which is completely unacceptable. The worst part is that I've even found hair in my food... the hygiene is appalling. I definitely don't recommend it.

12/04/2026: The cashier was really nice. I only gave the ambiance three stars because it's quite cramped if you want to eat there. The food itself was good, but I expected a slightly larger portion for the price, especially since it also appeared larger on the screen.

21/05/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at Ralph’s in Paris on May 2026. The restaurant is located behind the small Ralph’s coffee shop by their official Boulevard Saint‑Germain store and offers a charming mix of classic elegance and modern comfort. The historic building and beautifully maintained terrace create a wonderful atmosphere. The food was excellent - we enjoyed the tuna tartare and carpaccio as starters, and grilled salmon and filet mignon as main corse, paired with glases of Vouvray and Volnay. Everything was perfectly cooked and prepared. However, the highlight of the evening was the service. Every staff member we met was warm, professional and genuinely attentive. You can feel they truly care about making your visit memorable. You can make a reservation two months ahead, but it fills up verry fast. If it is fully booked, try several days later again, it’s absolutely worth the effort. We will definitely return.
