02/11/2025: Too bad, we went back on 2/11 at 12:30 and the door was closed without warning. Initial review: We regularly stop at this establishment when passing through Vierzon, but on our last visit we received a poor experience: - cold main course - cold side dish - bad burger served - required phone number when paying - wet toilets In a setting typical of an American diner, you'll find a full menu of US specialties: burgers, hot dogs, wings, and the traditional Mac & Cheese.

08/12/2025: Tonight they refused to serve tea. If you don't order anything, the toilet is inaccessible. I've never seen anything like it! Shame on this shopkeeper. Hot chocolate was €3.80, not a drop of milk! There were two of us! I was barely allowed to sit down. I come from Franche-Comté; I'll remember the hospitality of Lyon.

03/06/2026: Dinner this Sunday evening for Mother's Day, I won't forget it! We agreed to wait 15 minutes for a table, and the welcome was friendly and welcoming. It was very crowded, very noisy, and it took a very long time to take our order and get the complimentary salad. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our main course. All the customers in our aisle were getting impatient, children were crying nearby, and the atmosphere was very tense, noisy, and unpleasant. Some people were leaving without ordering dessert. Growing impatient, I got up after 1 hour and 10 minutes to pay for our drinks and leave (9:30 PM). No one came to the bar. Then I saw our plates arrive. I went back to my table and explained that I was about to pay and leave. The waiter wasn't to blame, of course. Why? It was crowded. The grill was broken. What would we have appreciated? - If the waitress had warned us there was an hour's wait for our order to be seated, we wouldn't have stayed. - If the manager had come to inform us of the problem in real time, informing customers is the bare minimum; everyone then decides whether to leave the restaurant or not. When it came time to pay the bill: the manager was very closed off, no smile, no empathy, no message. We were expecting a gesture of goodwill, an apology, a smile... nothing. We then asked for a gesture of goodwill as compensation. We received it without a smile, without any attempt to "win over" the customer! "Is this alright with you?" he asked, handing us the new receipt! No explanation, no words, no emotion, nothing. Wow!!! In the end: 2 desserts and a free bottle of water. THANKS! By the way, the portions have become meager! The menu will soon be geared towards children 🙄. And let's highlight the good taste of the burgers for those who ordered à la carte. We'll have a very hard time coming back, that's for sure!

31/05/2026: We had a meal for Mother's Day and were rather disappointed. My husband ordered a steak and eggs cooked rare, but it arrived well-done with cold fries. We asked for bread but never received it. The wait for our main courses was very long. My steak was rare, but my fries were cold. The other man in the family had ordered the same thing as my husband, but it was also overcooked. He sent his plate back, and the dish that came back was slightly better. To give you an idea, we were very, very disappointed for Mother's Day 😞.

01/06/2026: A huge thank you to Wendy, Mélanie, Selma, and Iman for their consistently warm welcome. They are always smiling, kind, helpful, and very professional. It's a real pleasure to visit this Starbucks thanks to their cheerful atmosphere. Well done to the whole team!

25/05/2026: The restaurant had a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, and the staff were very professional and patient. I ordered the "togoodtogo" meal for €3.99, which included two sandwiches (one meat and one vegetable) and two donuts. The staff didn't treat me differently because it was a special offer; they even filled my own bottle with drinking water. The restrooms were shared by men and women but were very clean, and there was a wheelchair accessible restroom.

16/05/2026: Frankly disappointed by the amount of fries. Very stingy compared to what you find in a real chip shop where even a small portion is overflowing and ten times more generous.

24/05/2026: I booked online and it didn't mention that you were closed until May 25th. What a surprise when we arrived!

12/06/2026: So, I'm revisiting my disappointment from last time, which you can read below. Today, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, personal service. Pleasant, efficient service, really good. Thank you. Disappointed by the service, which was too slow (1 hour 20 minutes for the children, far too long), and much too noisy. For your information, the Buffalo Grill in Montgeron is excellent: fast, friendly service, and less noisy. Just to say that I'm not judging everything negatively. Good luck!

10/06/2026: We arrived at 12:30 on a Saturday and ordered a crunchy chicken salad: the lettuce and avocado were rotten! The chicken was inedible, so spicy. We tried to tell the waitress, but she was so rushed that we preferred to wait for her to clear our plates and express our dissatisfaction when the inevitable question was asked, "Was everything alright?" Well, Jon, I showed her. She informed the cashier and told us we would get a 10% discount. Unacceptable! There were four of us, we paid over €100, and two of us couldn't eat anything because our plates were so rotten! I am extremely disappointed. I told her what we found and informed the cashier that I would post my review because the only response she gave me was that she had informed the chef!

22/11/2025: I went there for my birthday and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly, we had a great laugh and a wonderful time, I highly recommend it!

17/05/2026: A bar that plays music by an artist accused of assault... I find it a little deplorable to still be a listener of this kind of artist and to promote listening to someone accused of such a serious crime. Otherwise, good drinks and good food, that's something :))

04/05/2026: The bar is quite nice, however it would have been nice to mention before booking that the bar expected a minimum spend (this avoids spoiling the atmosphere for the person celebrating their birthday).

09/04/2026: I absolutely love your burgers, especially the Roomies! But this is the second time you've made a mistake with my order and I've ended up with a raclette burger, which I don't like. It's a real shame (it was takeout, so I only realized it once I got home, of course). I also noticed the fries weren't cooked enough. I don't want to go anywhere else, so if you could be more careful next time, that would be great! Thanks!

31/03/2026: Super Roomies, the quality has remained consistent for several years. The burgers are actually flavorful, unlike many others. A big plus for vegetarians: all the recipes are adaptable ☝🏼 One minor drawback: the burgers could be a bit more generous.
