01/05/2026: We have been loyal customers of your pizzeria for a long time, and that is precisely why our disappointment is so great today. In the past, your Quiche Reine pizza was generous and delicious, with plenty of ham and olives. It was a real pleasure to order. But yesterday, we bought two Quiche Reine pizzas and two Caesar salads, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The pizzas contained no olives, no meat, and no ham—only tasteless cheese and a few mushrooms. This is truly unacceptable and a far cry from the quality you used to offer. As for the Caesar salad, the situation was no better: the chicken was dry, there was only a tiny piece of Parmesan cheese, and the portion size absolutely did not justify the price, which, unfortunately, has not decreased. Our family is deeply disappointed, as we genuinely enjoyed your pizzas and salads before. It's a real shame that we have to find another pizzeria that can keep us coming back with its quality and taste. We wish you all the best and continued success in your business. Thank you for this very disappointing dinner!

29/04/2026: I was very satisfied with my click and collect order. I was served in less than 10 minutes after placing it. I received a very warm welcome at this establishment; the woman who served me told me that drinks were free at the time I ordered, which was a very pleasant surprise. The pizzas were excellent, with a very good, thin, and perfectly cooked crust. I have absolutely no complaints. I commend the pizza chef. I'll be back soon for another order.

22/05/2026: Deliveroo order: Fries arrived cold, no cutlery, no sauce. Two McFlurries, comparable to water; it looked like the milk had been diluted. The ice cream was a coagulated clump in the middle of a watery soup.

The ordered sandwich features a soft sesame bun that is warm upon arrival. 🍔 Inside, the cheese slices are slightly melted over the ground beef, and the lettuce is cut into small, crisp pieces. 🥬 The sauces are distributed to cover the surface of the bun without overflowing the sides of the box. 🍟 🍟 The fries are served in their red cardboard cone and are thin and elongated with a light yellow color. They are cooked to remain firm, with an interior that retains a mashed potato texture. 🧂 Salt is present on most of the fries, although the amount may vary slightly from batch to batch. 🥤 Drinks are served in cups with airtight lids and ice cubes to keep the liquid cold throughout the meal. 🧊 🍦 For the sweet treats, ice cream is served in plastic tubs topped with chocolate or caramel sauce. 06/07/2026: Horrible experience. We were 4 minutes past the last seating of the restaurant and our reservation and "Saba" the rude alleged manager of the restaurant denied us entry. They were incredibly cold, careless and miserable. While we were technically in the wrong for being late, with the amount of money you spend at this park and planning you'd think there would be a little grace or compassion for being a tiny bit late (3 1/2 to 4 minutes late, I mean come on). Especially because it was due to waiting over an hour for a 2 minute ride that you spent a fortune on. HORRIBLE experience. To rub salt in the wound even more, we asked if we had made a 9:20 reservation instead of 9:15, we would've been allowed entry? And she coldly smirked, shook her head and said yes. And then repeated again that we could not dine there. Shame on you Saba for being so horrible. You should not be a manager of anything, nevertheless working at Disney where you are supposed to be happy, kind and care about your customers. You are none of those things. Your staff looks miserable with you being the manager as you said you were. You were horrible! Avoid Disneyland Paris and go to Tokyo Disney or Disney World in Florida where you will be treated with actual kind service. Shame on you Disneyland Paris for hiring these rude people.

06/07/2026: Possibly the worst service I have experienced across 6 countries in Europe. Ten minutes to even be acknowledged by a curt, unfriendly server who acted like we were an inconvenience, and it went downhill from there. Walked by our table more times than I can count leaving out empty glasses and dirty dishes which a completely different server finally came and removed. Took us calling over another server (there were 2 for our small 6 table room of 16 seats and the room was never full). Just atrocious for the price and quality of the food (which was actually excellent). Recommended if you enjoy being ignored while waiting forever for your food and don’t want refills on your drinks.

22/05/2026: A very bad experience at this bar. I was served a drink with mold in it, and when I say mold, I also mean a very short bartender who spat in my drink. Unfortunately for him, I saw it right away. I even kept the evidence! This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. When I reported it, the staff's reaction was inadequate. Frankly, this seriously calls into question the cleanliness of the establishment and the quality of the service. I will not be returning and I strongly advise against going to this place.

14/05/2026: Fantastic breakfast! Everything was fresh and prepared with love. We ate in once and ordered delivery the second time. We highly recommend the brioche bun, the acai bowl, and especially the chocolate banana bread (gluten-free) – it was absolutely divine! The coffee is also absolutely delicious (even the decaf version). Highly recommended!

27/04/2026: First visit for my family and me to Rustik Park, and what a revelation! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the magic of the place. We were with friends, a group of four adults and three children (ages 8 to 10), and everyone, without exception, was completely won over. The immersion is simply incredible: every detail counts, from the meticulously crafted sets to the remarkable performances of the actors, who were always spot-on and fully committed. The village is alive, teeming with quests and surprises, and the interactions with the characters make the experience even more intense and personalized. You don't just watch; you truly become part of the adventure. Adults and children alike loved going on missions, solving puzzles, and participating in battles. There's a perfect balance between exploration, quests, and action, allowing everyone to find something to enjoy. The organization is seamless, the staff are welcoming and passionate, and you can feel a genuine focus on the visitor experience. In short, an extraordinary, immersive, and memorable adventure. You'll leave with stars in your eyes… and only one desire: to go back as soon as possible!

06/07/2026: My partner and I decided to discover Clos Bernard as soon as it opened this summer. The smiling and welcoming staff accompanied us from beginning to end! We thoroughly enjoyed the meat and octopus. To pay, we went inside, and the two chefs in front of the fireplace also greeted us with huge smiles! To our surprise, it was quite busy for this first weekend. The activities brought life to the place, whether it was their mini-farm, the ponies, or their bouncy castle, but they didn't detract from the tranquility of the place, which is very pleasant for spending a Sunday! My partner even treated herself to a massage, which was also a very enjoyable experience! Thank you again to them and the whole team; we couldn't have hoped for a better Sunday.

24/06/2026: Visited two times for dinner, in 2024 and 2026. The food was exceptional every time. The only setback this year, was one dish with meat wasn't very good. The interesting and fun thing for us was the experience of accessing the restaurant. When you arrive, they offer you glu wine and then you walk with torches in the snow to the restaurant. If you can't do that, you are transfered with a carriage dragged by horses. It is fun and it adds to the whole rustic dining experience.
