19/02/2026: It had been a very long time since I'd eaten at KFC. Quite disappointed; the bacon fries were cold. And the plastic fork wasn't very clean. Too bad for me!

18/04/2026: I was extremely disappointed with the service. The order was for a child's birthday. I wasn't informed that there were no white ribbons for the decoration, and instead, I was offered blue or red ribbons. I ended up with a green cake! I had to ask them to rewrite the text on the cake because it was poorly written, and even after the second attempt, it still wasn't neat. We ordered a red fruit cake, and we're still looking for the red fruit. Furthermore, the box was too small for the cake, which damaged the edges. We had to add some small decorations to hide the damage. It's such a shame for such a simple cake that doesn't require much preparation! Terrible! Needs improvement.

04/05/2026: Very, very bad experience. I waited over 30 minutes for a milkshake and ice cream for my daughter. The ice cream tasted terrible, and then I got sick. Food poisoning. Avoid this place.

21/04/2026: “Very bad experience at this restaurant in the Qwartz shopping center. We paid for a full meal, but several items were not served (macaroni and slushies). The staff said the items were no longer available but refused to offer a replacement or a refund. It is unacceptable to pay for items not received. I do not recommend it.”

04/01/2026: We reserved a Too Good To Go basket for Sunday, January 4th, between 3 pm and 4 pm. We arrived at 3:20 pm and discovered that the restaurant had permanently closed. The announcement for the basket was posted online yesterday morning. How is it possible to scam us like this when the restaurant has been closed for several days?! This is a huge scam! We are extremely angry and want a refund!

07/05/2026: I recently tried the Ankara pizza, it was delicious! I highly recommend it. I've been ordering from Pizza Pizza for years and I've never been disappointed with the quality of the product or anything else. Truly excellent! I wouldn't change Pizza Pizza for anything. No comparison, bravo! 👏🫡🫶

16/03/2026: The staff is friendly. The service is quick... but the food is cold (normal for a salad, less so for a burger and fries). The drinks menu, and especially the whiskies, looked promising. Being a big fan, I ordered one with a reputation for being very, very peaty. But disappointment: the glass served was nothing like what I know from the brand: this "Big Peat" had aromas of "Jack Daniels." Was there some kind of trickery involved? Despite the waiter's assurance, bottle in hand, doubt remains: my nose and palate aren't convinced of the staff's good faith. As for the atmosphere, music is blasting, screens are showing a basketball game, so fans are in their element, it's a deliberate choice. And despite the sunshine, it's March and still quite chilly: the French doors are wide open. Never mind the planet if we have to turn on the heating afterwards.

27/04/2026: Honestly, a great experience at Steak 'n Shake! I just popped in for a milkshake and I wasn't disappointed. It was nice and fresh, creamy, and really delicious 👌 I had a great time; the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was excellent.
