17/08/2025: Service was quite sluggish and slightly chaotic. Food was average - perfectly acceptable if you're hungry, as we were when we visited. Decent car park. Did the job.

30/01/2026: Okay, they've gotten on my nerves, I'm leaving a comment... How is it possible to always forget something?! Every time I go to the drive-thru at this McDonald's, something's missing. When it's the deluxe sauces, it annoys me, but it's not as dramatic. But today, a pack of 9 nuggets for €7.20 that will probably end up being eaten by an employee. Are you serious?! At 6 PM, there's nobody at the drive-thru, so seriously... Mr. Manager, you're going to have a serious talk with your staff because you're going to lose all your customers. I never had any problems in Roujan, so we'll go there now.

08/09/2024: Going to KFC Rivesaltes today, very disappointed. Waiting more than 30 minutes while the restaurant is empty (only 2 tables of 4 are occupied). The young woman at the counter seems totally overwhelmed by the 4 customers waiting and calls for help from these colleagues whom we have never seen come to help. Only the young man at the drive-thru serves very quickly and keeps running back and forth. Very dirty toilets and I am soft. After picking up the order, we said we weren't ready to come back because we were very unhappy. Moreover, once at the table, we noticed that the products ordered had nothing to do with the order. The drinks were thrown away because they were prepared too far in advance and the ice cubes melted. In short, I wouldn't set foot there again and I don't recommend it at all.

14/12/2024: We felt like we were disturbing. The waitress wasn't smiling and looked sad. My partner and I had the same dish but when it arrived it was not the same. We had to send back the plate and the next one a little better but we didn't want to overdo it, the meat wasn't tender in my opinion. The buffalo is no longer what it was before....

28/09/2025: Worst KFC ever!!! Rude staff. Wings were old and dry. Tenders were good. Chips cold and average. Don’t waste your time going there. Building looks old and drab. Needs a total rehaul and facelift.

10/01/2026: On January 10, 2026, I went to McDonald's. There was no one there, so I placed my order. A crowd arrived, and people left with their orders. After waiting 45 minutes to an hour, I felt I had been more than patient and went to see the manager to ask for an explanation. Without knowing anything, he told me they had a problem. After a while, I went back. The manager asked me what was in my order, even though he had the order slip I had given him. He just kept going in circles, and the manager didn't react at all. They remade the order, but I didn't have the energy to check because I had the children with me. When I got home, my order was a complete mess. Things were missing, and they had put in different hamburgers than what I had ordered. There were no reactions, no apologies, no gesture of goodwill; instead, they seemed relaxed. The manager was nonexistent and completely useless. If you don't go to them and ask why you haven't received your order, even though they're right in front of you giving orders to people who arrived after you, nothing seems amiss to them. I went into the Ma Do, there were no other customers, I had already paid, and people arrived much later. They called 4485, gave my order to someone else, and then told me that 4482 had already been dispatched, except that when they called 4482, they called 4485. I realized their mistake; they were still trying to figure it out. All they could do was blame the customer they gave my order to. Where's the manager in terms of problem-solving? They just pass the buck to the supervisor, who was completely lost. I'm sorry, but at some point, you have to react! In the past, I had to replace my manager and handle problems in my previous job, and they weren't hamburger problems, but dental issues! When you're supposedly a manager, you have a duty to react, take the initiative, and handle problems, not pretend to be overwhelmed and then realize that some customers have been waiting for over an hour, even though they saw us come in and wait while other customers arrived and left! There's already a problem there; you wake up and react! Action/reaction, you don't just stand there, daydreaming! No gesture of goodwill, no apologies, and an order that wasn't complete. Items were missing, the wrong hamburgers and desserts, and mistakes in the drinks order—some were missing! I expect a response, an explanation, and some kind of compensation! Paying for an incorrect, incomplete order, and waiting over an hour with children, and no reaction whatsoever! Bravo, unacceptable, inadmissible! A manager who's useless, except for pretending to work and being overwhelmed!

06/12/2025: McDonald's is abandoned. No cleanliness, unsanitary condition. Not recommended.

28/01/2026: Very dirty, absolutely filthy. I wasn't wrong at all. My money's up, and what next? I promised my family I'd never set foot in there again. The griddles were filthy, and the burgers tasted like they were dirty.

26/01/2026: Great burgers and good fries, but the cups were wet, you had to ask for a napkin one by one, and worst of all, it wasn't heated—we had to eat with our coats on. A friend made the same comment to me in the middle of winter; it's really not normal.

13/01/2026: Good food and pleasant service, but why has the recipe changed? I went last night for a Leontine sandwich, and it didn't have red cabbage. I went back today, and it did. This is the first time I've seen this, and I usually go to the one at the train station, so I know the recipe well.

11/01/2025: For a pizza order including two pizzas with speck ham, the two pizzas were provided without speck ham even though it was the main ingredient of the pizzas. The restaurant absolutely did not warn us of the absence of these ingredients. Forgetting one pizza can happen, but forgetting the same food on two different pizzas is certainly not a coincidence. So I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.
