27/01/2025: My order arrived completely drowned in drink. I was forced to make a complaint and reorder (without a drink to avoid the drama), each ingredient taken separately, all for 2 euros more. It's scandalous not knowing how to properly pack your delivery bags, and it absolutely ALWAYS happens to me at McDonald's, so I might as well tell you that I'm really sick of it.

27/01/2025: We just took an order for €45 at the drive-thru once it arrived at our house, three cheeses and a McDonald's croque are missing. The team is asleep if you don't want to work, go to sleep, it's better, frankly, it's getting worse and worse before that. was very good now when you're asleep you forget things so we're going to request a refund otherwise things will be more complicated because it's good it's not the first time we'll have to start waking up!

17/12/2024: It's ok, it's McDonald's. Not great cuisine. However, it's dirty, it often smells like pee on the stairs (like in a lot of other McDonald's). Often water on the ground... The waiting time is always longer, the prices always more expensive, the quantity always less. Ultimately, 12 euros per menu, you might as well go to a small restaurant. Fast and inexpensive food has lost its essence and its interest.

13/12/2024: Disaster that's all I can say despite we paid they wouldn't let us in, the restaurant is seriously dirty it could have been a real disaster everywhere!!!!

16/09/2024: Valentin received me politely and kindly at the drive-thru, the service was fast and the mcsmart was very good, I recommend. Very professional employees.

30/08/2024: Sending a hungry family away at 10 p.m. with the warning that you can only order in the drive-in while the self-counters are in operation and people are eating all around??? Really now? The camper doesn't fit in the drive in, but fine... Thankfully the campsite had made another pizza.

29/11/2025: Once again, the opening hours were listed as 11 PM, but the doors were closed at 10:20 PM. Please update your opening hours to avoid wasting your potential customers' time.

25/09/2024: It's a somewhat aging chain that should review or renew its concept. The cocktails are very bland, they are really very very light. The motorbike I ordered and the worst moritos, very little alcohol, liquid sugar, lots of non-carbonated water. The meat isn't great. No more Charolais sirloin for a meat-oriented establishment, it's ugly!!! I'm not giving it a star so as not to be too mean, but it comes very close. I don't recommend it for family time but just a lunch canteen

03/09/2024: A former regular, I must say that I was quite surprised by the drop in quality. In all honesty it wasn't good. I don't know how many times the fries had already been cooked but they were made of cardboard. As for the burger, it really wasn't great. The place was just dirty and in the end I was happy to get out of the restaurant. I won't go back there again, there are better offers elsewhere in Paris.

01/09/2024: We really liked Hank Burger before and we went there every time we visited Paris. Unfortunately this time, the spicy burger with samurai sauce with the vegan “Double Smack” patty was really bad: The soft bun, the burger with no taste except for the chili. The burger was falling apart as it was crushed. A real disappointment compared to before. The service was without a smile, without warmth, without interest. Our table was dirty and the condiment jars were greasy and sticky. We won't come back again. The three stars are because of the fries which are still good and the country burger which was still good, even if the bread was decomposing, without holding up.

28/08/2024: I strongly advise against this McDonald's, I had one of the worst experiences of my life there. During my visit, two people at the cash register (those who call the orders) were extremely rude. In my Maxi Best Of menu, I only had 9 potatoes. I kindly explained the problem, but they refused to give me any more. I had to argue with them for a long time, while they spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, so that they ended up only adding 3 more potatoes. As if that wasn't enough, the reception manager came to tell me that if I wasn't happy, I had to leave. I understand it's a fast food restaurant, but this situation was far from professional. I sincerely hope that management will take this comment into consideration and do what is necessary to improve this team which clearly lacks respect and professionalism. McDonald's to avoid!

23/08/2024: The food is good, but the toilets are really not that good. A stupid token system, it's better not to have a pressing desire otherwise it's already in the pants No paper, very dirty toilets.. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the toilets

12/10/2024: Restaurant transféré les tablettes sont arrivées dimmage plus le côté humain, et en plus c long attente. Merci pour la personne qui a pris mon menu a la caisse. Pensez aux personnes âgées merci
