10/05/2026: I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered €54 worth of food for click and collect, and I live 15 minutes from McDonald's. My partner went to pick it up. The staff did a quick search of the parking lot at 7:50 PM but didn't see the car, so they forgot about us. At 8:00 PM, my partner asked where the order was, and they told him they would check. Finally, at 8:15 PM, he picked up the 7:50 PM order. There was no change to the sandwich. He got home, and it was completely cold. I called McDonald's to say I was unhappy, and the manager told me she wasn't aware of the problem and that I had to come back to get my sandwiches changed! We also realized that we didn't have the rösti in our sandwiches. Having worked at McDonald's for over 7 years, I'm outraged that they didn't offer him anything when he picked up the order. This is unacceptable!

10/05/2026: Today, May 10th, arrived at 1:10 PM and was served at 1:45 PM. Plus, the fries and burger were cold. Not cool.

15/04/2026: Hello, I've never had any problems with the Subway concept; I had one right at the foot of my tower block on Place Strasbourg. It had become my son's favorite restaurant. At the same time, my sister and I were watching the TV series Chuck, which was sponsored by the Subway chain. Yesterday, I wanted to do things the old-fashioned way: get a 12-inch sandwich cut in half and share the drinks with my two nephews (so 15 cm each). There must have been some confusion because, yes, the nephew ordered the strawberry water and the fruit compotes. I ended up with a bill of €21.40 for two meals! With barely two vegetables in each. I know they have smaller portions, etc., but the 12-inch sandwich, cut in half, with 10 cl of drink each would have been enough. A bit of a hiccup, considering I was babysitting for my sister and had to send the bill.

19/02/2026: The lack of hygiene in the kitchen and bathroom was appalling. A thorough cleaning would be much appreciated, and I'm referring to the poor reception. It's a shame for the future. Passing through the town, I stayed at the restaurant, which was a disappointment.

14/05/2026: Excellent McDonald's! The waiter and waitress were incredibly kind and really checked to make sure your order was there. Only a 5-minute wait! I highly recommend it!

14/05/2026: The customer service is appalling. I used to come here frequently, but I won't be going back. I went in to use the restroom, and they stopped me and told me I absolutely had to buy something (just for a quick trip to the bathroom). I asked if I could go quickly anyway, but they refused again, as if it cost them an arm and a leg. The bar next door kindly let me go. They could have said it politely, but no, it was totally rude, as if I'd committed a crime. It just put me off.

18/12/2024: Rather disappointed with this restaurant, in itself it's not bad however the quantity and clearly needs to be reviewed. In terms of quantity/price ratio, it's very light. 10 fries on my plate and a mini steak. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant despite a friendly atmosphere and very pleasant waitresses.

14/04/2026: The kebabs are decent, sometimes even good (especially the kebab and maxi kebab sandwiches), but ask for them well-cooked, grilled, or otherwise—it all depends...it's a gamble. Most of the time, the bread is soaked in grease, and the meat is cooked to the kebab maker's liking. In short, it's worth the price...not great at all, too unpredictable. (8/10: not great, undercooked, or burnt...when they actually deliver the right order...) I won't be ordering again...a shame...sometimes they're really good.

28/04/2026: This KFC is offering a brand new service! You place your order as usual, they prepare it at a considerable pace even though there's... nobody there! Then you get home to enjoy your much-anticipated meal, and bam, surprise! Barely lukewarm, not what I ordered, I paid extra for a burger that's tasteless and as dry as the Sahara, maybe even drier. Thanks for this adventure; I got to travel to those arid lands thanks to this immeasurable drought. Besides, I got to imagine new flavors by spicing up my burger, since there was no sauce. P.S.: I ordered a Tower Cheese and Bacon and got a Colonel Bacon, but without bacon. The tenders are tiny and practically raw, and everything has a very strong peppery taste. You have a knack for doing things wrong. Goodbye.

28/12/2025: I was there about 10 minutes ago... I had an espresso there... without sugar... and everything was fine... So I'm happy with that... and the mixed-race waitress (I don't know her name)... she really has a beautiful smile... I'll go back. The coffee itself... was very good.

20/12/2025: I don't usually leave many reviews, but they were all really good. The price was affordable at €15.80 for a huge tartiflette burger with a very generous side of tartiflette fries, and the unlimited drinks and sauce were truly amazing.

22/04/2026: We arrived around 10:30 PM for a drink, but ended up eating. We received a very warm welcome and excellent advice. The steak tartare was superb, with homemade sauces. The cocktail was also fantastic. Highly recommended.
