11/09/2026: As a long-time customer, I've rarely been satisfied with my orders: items are often missing (like a small hamburger or sauce), the fries are cold or undercooked, the drinks taste bad, etc... 😐 Lately (well, for over a month now), the drinks have been served lukewarm due to a "broken ice machine." Are ice machine repairmen becoming extinct?! 🫡 🤔

21/07/2026: Its a typical Belushis but in a VERY strange location, I got catfished by the photos on Google, its attached to a hostel, the canal is absolutely filthy, I wanted to mix an afternoon of sport, while still being picturesque while being with my girlfriend, what a fail!!

29/09/2026: The burgers are excellent, and while there aren't many options, you can add extra toppings, which is great. The bread is very good, and the meat is top-notch. We'd go back a thousand times if we could.

19/09/2026: A terrible experience at this KFC in Neuilly-sur-Marne. I'll never go back. I ordered a Pepsi Zero, but I was served a Pepsi Cherry. So I went back to the counter to simply ask for it to be changed. The person there gave me a dirty look and was incredibly rude. She finally changed my drink, and I tasted it again: still Pepsi Cherry! I went back to her, and she insisted it was definitely Pepsi Zero. After checking, she finally realized the hoses had been connected incorrectly and that I was right: it was indeed Pepsi Cherry. The most unbelievable thing is that after we finished our meal, the problem still wasn't fixed. They brought me another drink, and the same thing happened again: still Pepsi Cherry! At that point, I simply asked for a Perrier instead, but even that was unacceptable. I had to insist and argue with this person before they finally gave me a Perrier. A connection error can happen, that's not the issue. What's unacceptable is the unpleasant attitude, constantly questioning the customer's word even when they were right, and having to insist so much just to get the drink I ordered. Very disappointed with the service. I will never set foot in this KFC again.

22/09/2026: Purchase of a large order of fries, a nagi bao burger, and 6 chicken chunks this Tuesday at 6:30 PM at McDonald's Erstein, total €16.20. Few customers, but enough staff to do the job properly. The photo shows the fries as they came out of the bag when I got home. How can they put this in a bag and serve it to a customer?

17/10/2026: I love it!! Honestly, I recommend the McDonald's in Biscarrosse. It has everything you need, the service is fast, nothing is forgotten, perfect.

11/10/2026: Hello, I apologize for using this public comment... After more than a dozen errors, perhaps this will finally be heard. McDonald's offers veggie wraps, and it's frustrating for a vegetarian to receive yet another order error, like a chicken wrap instead! This happened today at the drive-thru, as it has several other times. In the restaurant, it's exchanged without any problem, but at the drive-thru, it requires going back to the restaurant, and the rest of the food is cold, not to mention the wasted time, even though the drive-thru is supposed to save time: fast food! 😉 Since I've been waiting since August to be contacted about the same thing, I'm not bothering to leave my number today. To err is human, but it's a recurring problem for me. Could you please pay more attention to the preparation of the veggie wraps? Thank you for your understanding.

14/09/2026: A 20-minute wait at the drive-thru at 3:45 PM for two ice creams that turned out to be half-melted... When I asked if anything unusual was going on, they told me it was busy, which it clearly wasn't... This isn't the first time this has happened to me or many other locals (just look at the other reviews). I won't be going to this McDonald's again, and the automated, AI-powered response to reviews saying "sorry, we'll pass the information along" has been going on for months... it's time to take action. Perhaps the small McDonald's in Le Luc is just "insignificant" to you, but it's not for the customers. Do something about it.

12/09/2026: I still share my dissatisfaction because the fries are becoming increasingly inedible—limp and unsalted! Considering the price we pay for a McDonald's meal these days, I think it's outrageous, not to mention the constant oversights.

09/02/2026: Very good burgers, simple but the bun is excellent and they're cooked perfectly. A generous portion of fries.

09/10/2026: Hello We came as a family on September 26th at 12:30 PM; there were seven of us adults. We were served at 2:00 PM. The dishes were cold, and I personally received mine 15 minutes after everyone else, and it wasn't cooked properly. In the end, we didn't have dessert; it was already almost 4:00 PM. Very disappointed with the quality and the wait. A few days earlier, we had watched the show "Undercover Boss" where the manager asked for explanations of the new features at Buffalo Grill. It turns out that the Buffalo Grill in Nancy had recently been renovated, but no one explained the regional specials displayed at the end of the table. Far from the quality and customer service described in the show. What a shame... Cyril Vachet

30/08/2026: Doddys was open when all other places were closed. They don’t have many vegetarian options. I had the poke bowl but it lacked carbohydrates so i am giving it 3 stars
