27/01/2025: The big issue I have with the Bernard is that you make a reservation, arrive on time, and are then you are left standing outside in the cold for 10 mins while they figure how to seat you. This didn't just happen to us but several others at the 2pm. They didn't offer us a seat somewhere. It starts the whole lunch off really badly. You're cold, hungry, and do not feel very welcome.
In the end, the food was good but the start really made for a poor experience.

16/12/2024: Hello ms Donald to flee I ordered a royal bacon hamburger arrived without sauce dry as death no taste and going to ask for ketchup at the counter they don't like it a shame for 30 euro for 2 people at the time of today 'today there are much better restaurants in terms of quality, price and service I think I won't go to McDonald's anymore, they are all the same, it's the chain and the customer doesn't care

An employee made a mistake by retrieving my order from the register while I was paying. As a result, I paid for my order twice, and worse, I had to come back once I'd been charged both amounts.
The manager is incredibly friendly. She doesn't know what customer service is.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I don't recommend.
Run away.
Moreover, it's expensive for what it is!!!

02/12/2023: Installations incroyables, rien à dire ! Par contre, un five doit rester un five je pense. Un événement capoeira était organisé sur un terrain de foot mais où est le rapport ? C’est quoi la prochaine étape une soirée boom de collégiens? Un peu de sérieux on s’entendait même pas sur le terrain. Un bruit infernal…

I had a spicy Italian. I'm waiting for a real questioning of the restaurant's hygiene!!! You impact my health!!! Seeing the state of the salad, I should have suspected it.
I'm going to contact the hygiene department, I absolutely don't intend to stop there!!!
30/10/2024: SHAMEFUL, the person serves a sandwich to my wife with the same gloves that touched a food containing allergens that she cannot eat. I remind you that it is strictly forbidden to touch foods with different allergens with the same glove, this causes serious health risks, be careful next customers to check this carefully!!!

Mixed overall, overcooked steaks and fries.
Overall decent food.
Neat decoration, fast service.
Some work to be planned in the toilets.
