30/11/2024: Saturday lunch at the Bercail restaurant in Dommartin les Toul. Mixed overall, overcooked steaks and fries. Overall decent food. Neat decoration, fast service. Some work to be planned in the toilets.

03/01/2026: Not my first time there. It's a lifesaver when you need it. However, the bar's heating being broken, with a refusal to repair it and forcing employees to work in such cold conditions while dealing with customers who are no warmer than they are...it's outrageous. Especially when it's -4°C outside. The bartender was more than competent and pleasant with us, which is what makes up for the overall rating.

03/02/2026: Excellent service combined with a pleasant, understated atmosphere. You can feel it immediately from the customers' perspective; the ambiance is pleasant and relaxing. And yet, this in no way detracts from the service, which was quick, and the meal, which was piping hot. Not to mention the smile of the person who served us. Go without hesitation.

07/07/2025: They should launch an internal competition to see who forgets the sauces the most times. When you allow yourself to charge for sauces and there isn't a single time when they aren't forgotten, you have to question yourself. Madness.

03/07/2025: UNACCEPTABLE! 20 minutes at the drive-thru with no one in front of us. I honked at the woman who answered, told us we were giving her a hard time, and hung up. Five minutes later, still no answer at the drive-thru, and once we left, the woman gave us the finger at the drive-thru window. This is completely unacceptable behavior and must be punished by McDonald's as soon as possible! Never again in Chalons-en-Champagne!

27/01/2025: My order arrived completely drowned in drink. I was forced to make a complaint and reorder (without a drink to avoid the drama), each ingredient taken separately, all for 2 euros more. It's scandalous not knowing how to properly pack your delivery bags, and it absolutely ALWAYS happens to me at McDonald's, so I might as well tell you that I'm really sick of it.

27/01/2025: We just took an order for €45 at the drive-thru once it arrived at our house, three cheeses and a McDonald's croque are missing. The team is asleep if you don't want to work, go to sleep, it's better, frankly, it's getting worse and worse before that. was very good now when you're asleep you forget things so we're going to request a refund otherwise things will be more complicated because it's good it's not the first time we'll have to start waking up!

03/09/2024: L'endroit est plutôt sympathique et l'accueil a été très agréable. La serveuse est aux petits soins avec toutes les tables dont elle s'occupe. L'attente a été raisonnable pour un diner aux alentours de 19h30. Les plats étaient plutôt bien servis et bon. surtout le Poulpe était parfaitement cuit, toutefois la sauce persillé servie avec laissait un petit goût de rance. Heureusement le poulpe n'avait pas été arrosé par celle-ci. Salade de chèvre chaud très bien servi et bonne. Le café gourmand était correct. La note moyenne est justifié par le fait d'avoir vu des rats circulés pendant notre diner entre le comptoir extérieur et les tables. Un grand ménage à la de la saison va être impératif. Ce fait laisse planer un doute sur l'hygiène générale de l'établissement.
