16/05/2026: It was located right near the park, so it was great to get takeout and eat there! They packaged it neatly in a paper bag with a napkin :) Payment was possible at the kiosk in front of the store. I had the salmon bagel, and it was generously filled, tasty, and felt like a healthy meal. The price was 7.9 euros, and considering how expensive food of this quality is in Korea, I thought it was a great deal :)

07/06/2026: We went to the drive-thru this Sunday around 2:45 PM, and we encountered such an unpleasant young woman! From the moment we reached the kiosk until we picked up our order, she was extremely rude. She refused to process a separate payment and even slammed the window in our faces twice in a row. She spoke in a very informal and informal manner, which is completely unprofessional!

06/06/2026: I've never seen such terrible takeout service. I usually go to the McDonald's in Bollène, which confirms my suspicion that they're much more competent than the one in Pierrelatte. The number of times they forget items in the order is becoming worrying, and the prices have become outrageous for such awful service. I'm attaching a photo of the beef, mozzarella, and cheddar meal they offer. I looked for the cheddar patty under my table but couldn't find it.

27/03/2026: I'm quite disappointed with my experience. The saleswoman offered me whipped cream without mentioning that it was an extra charge, whereas it used to be free. When I went to pay, I was surprised to see an additional charge added. When I pointed out that it was usually free, she replied rather haughtily that "nothing is free" and justified it by citing inflation, as if I were unaware of it. Her tone was clearly inappropriate and arrogant. I fully understand that prices can fluctuate, but the least one can do is inform the customer clearly and remain respectful. It's not so much the extra charge that's the problem, but the way customers are treated. Disappointing experience.

15/06/2026: We arrived after booking at the last minute. We were disappointed by the quality of service and the wait time. We had to ask for bread and water ourselves. The wait was long, both for drinks and food. The young waitress was very kind and smiling, despite a mistake in taking our order. However, her colleagues were less friendly and welcoming. Regarding the drinks, we were very disappointed with the virgin mojito, which tasted strongly of alcohol (three of us tried it). I asked if there was a rum-flavored syrup, but apparently not. Fortunately, I was able to replace it with another cocktail, which was very good. It's a shame that the virgin mojito was actually a ready-made cocktail served from a box of wine. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Overall, the meal was decent.

07/06/2026: After our arrival, our order was taken 15 minutes later, and we finally got our starters 45 minutes later. The portion size was like something from a Happy Meal box, and the menu photos were misleading; they didn't match the dishes presented at all. The meat was cooked so poorly that when you ask for rare, you get medium-rare, or even well-done. Truck stop restaurants are much better quality. As for the price, it's not worth €26.90; €15 would be more accurate. In short, avoid this place. For just €1 more, go eat at the Asian buffet. We had been going to these famous country restaurants for 20 years. And what a disappointment! The more time passes, the more disappointed we become. We hadn't been going very often for a while, but now we've learned our lesson.

15/05/2026: We have been customers for several years and are very disappointed with our experience. On Saturday, May 9, 2026, we came to pick up our order scheduled for noon (proof available), but the restaurant was closed (the shutters were down). The manager maintains that they were open. The security cameras weren't on, so she couldn't verify our presence… she claims we were supposed to pick up the order at 1:00 PM. The error lies with the establishment, however, the manager clearly wanted an apology from us. Even worse, her tone was borderline insulting, considering we are long-time customers. We placed another order today, Friday, May 15. In our opinion, a good businessperson would have tried to understand the source of the problem from the previous week and adopted a more diplomatic approach. Knowing that the business is at fault (order for pickup at 12:00 on May 9th, yet the restaurant was closed). We have never had the slightest problem with Eric in recent years. Indeed, if there was an issue with an order, the establishment contacted us through our customer records. We are told, "You'll have to wait, I'll actually take your order!" Listen, we won't wait any longer because we will never set foot in your establishment again. After years of patronage, we are leaving very disappointed, and other customers are joining us in no longer ordering from you.
