08/05/2026: I used to love this place, it had such great food, a great vibe and the staff was so fun. Unfortunately not anymore since it changed hands. The food is not horrible, but just average. Choice went down, prices went up. But most of all, the vibe is gone. It used to be a chill place with chill snowboarders, it used to be fun to hang here. Now it’s skiers (nothing against skiers, just a different vibe), or pop music from some random radio station and pretty empty. Nothing special anymore. And yes, they also got my order wrong (which wasn’t anything hard, just a burger and twister fries). I’ll miss the old place and won’t be returning here anymore.

06/04/2026: Despite the very good food, the prices are far too high. €20 for a burger is simply too expensive. Very well located.

05/07/2026: Order never received. They blame each other, but the result is 60 euros gone in their mess. When you call them, they don't care; after all, they're the ones with the delivery partnership. As for Uber Eats… they refunded part of it! In short, you lose out! Goodbye, both of them…

21/05/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at Ralph’s in Paris on May 2026. The restaurant is located behind the small Ralph’s coffee shop by their official Boulevard Saint‑Germain store and offers a charming mix of classic elegance and modern comfort. The historic building and beautifully maintained terrace create a wonderful atmosphere. The food was excellent - we enjoyed the tuna tartare and carpaccio as starters, and grilled salmon and filet mignon as main corse, paired with glases of Vouvray and Volnay. Everything was perfectly cooked and prepared. However, the highlight of the evening was the service. Every staff member we met was warm, professional and genuinely attentive. You can feel they truly care about making your visit memorable. You can make a reservation two months ahead, but it fills up verry fast. If it is fully booked, try several days later again, it’s absolutely worth the effort. We will definitely return.

21/05/2026: Food was disappointing, do not recommend the Ralph’s burger… you can go there for the nice garden but that’s it.

09/06/2026: A disgrace. The Long Fish arrived cold, the salad was soggy, the bun was hard, and the taste was questionable. It tasted like a day-old burger. I couldn't finish the meal, it was so bad. I strongly advise against going there.

07/06/2026: The manager was unpleasant; he refused to exchange my long-stemmed shepherd's chicken for a long-stemmed one, even though my niece and nephew had a €53 menu. He replied, "I don't care, you'll have to pay for another shepherd's chicken."

14/06/2026: I placed an order on the McDonald's website for 5 ice creams near the Colosseum. It was delivered via Uber Eats by a very nice man, but it wasn't our order. We called the driver back, who had to return to McDonald's to pick up other orders, so he could inform McDonald's to deliver our order. We asked to speak to the manager, but he refused to talk to us and didn't answer our calls. McDonald's refused to pay the delivery fee to the driver and informed us that we had to pay the fee again for our delivery, even though it was their mistake. We received 5 ice creams, but 4 out of 5 toppings were missing. I strongly advise against ordering from them. It's much better to go there in person to check the order.

14/06/2026: A very bad experience. From the very first contact, the person I spoke to on the phone was particularly arrogant and condescending. You get the impression you're bothering them more than being a customer. They were very self-assured, but unfortunately, this wasn't reflected in the quality of service. I asked for hot sauce several times, and only one was provided. As for the pizza, it arrived uncut, which isn't very practical for a takeout order. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the manager's attitude. He seemed convinced he knew everything and showed little concern for his customers' needs. A little more respect, attentiveness, and humility wouldn't hurt. For me, this will be a first and a last visit.

04/01/2026: We reserved a Too Good To Go basket for Sunday, January 4th, between 3 pm and 4 pm. We arrived at 3:20 pm and discovered that the restaurant had permanently closed. The announcement for the basket was posted online yesterday morning. How is it possible to scam us like this when the restaurant has been closed for several days?! This is a huge scam! We are extremely angry and want a refund!

30/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. We, along with our children, enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

06/07/2026: The manager should review their behavior towards employees, especially in front of customers. Cockroaches were found alive in the restaurant while waiting to be served. The cleanliness of the premises in general is a major problem.

05/07/2026: It's not bad. Located near the Vieljeux high school, it's a good option if you run out of Brussels sprouts in the cafeteria. It's still fast food, though, so it's not premium quality. Anyway, it does the job.

16/05/2026: …yet another crazy thing, 2 McFlurries that cost €9+ and they forgot to put the M&Ms inside LOL. They've forgotten my click & collect order 2-3 times, forgotten sandwiches in orders, and so on! People are riding bikes and scooters in McDonald's LOL, a McDonald's scares you! My thoughts are with those who work there, but unfortunately, there's a lot of incompetence!

01/05/2026: For May 1st, the service was incredibly fast, and the staff were very friendly and smiling. The meal was hot and of good quality.

01/05/2026: Generally good and effective, although I think the last time I came, I got indigestion the next day because I hadn't eaten anything else in the meantime and I was in severe pain the next morning. Perhaps you should pay more attention to the freshness of your products and ensure they aren't left too long in UHC or tempering ovens. Some people may be more sensitive.

05/07/2026: I've been coming to this fast food place since I was little, however, the quality of service has greatly deteriorated. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, which was constantly flying around because more than half the items had decided to take matters into their own hands and not show up on my table, which was also appallingly clean. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Respectfully

02/07/2026: Unpleasant staff. Very little coulis and Daim in the ice cream. The menu was good, with the sauces included. The order was missing a napkin and spoon.

16/03/2026: Excellent experience. We went a week ago and both the service and the food were great! I recommend it!

15/10/2025: You can play pétanque. If it's still available, on Mondays there's a buy-one-get-one-free burger, which might be a good idea for students. However, it's quite busy, so orders take a while to arrive.
