17/07/2026: Shameful! They forgot items, they don't know how to do their job, and on top of that, we have to ask for a refund instead of just trusting the customer and returning the item. They're the ones giving the customer a hard time! (via Uber Eats) This is the second time something like this has happened (and the portions they give are also disappointing). You need to rethink your way of working; it's unacceptable. Never again!

27/02/2026: Very disappointed, the wait lasted more than 40 minutes, the staff were chatting amongst themselves while we waited for our order, which, if I may say so, only contained 2 hot items (the wrap they gave us was already in the chute just before we started ordering), 1 pastry and 4 cold items. I do not recommend it.

03/06/2026: Dinner this Sunday evening for Mother's Day, I won't forget it! We agreed to wait 15 minutes for a table, and the welcome was friendly and welcoming. It was very crowded, very noisy, and it took a very long time to take our order and get the complimentary salad. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our main course. All the customers in our aisle were getting impatient, children were crying nearby, and the atmosphere was very tense, noisy, and unpleasant. Some people were leaving without ordering dessert. Growing impatient, I got up after 1 hour and 10 minutes to pay for our drinks and leave (9:30 PM). No one came to the bar. Then I saw our plates arrive. I went back to my table and explained that I was about to pay and leave. The waiter wasn't to blame, of course. Why? It was crowded. The grill was broken. What would we have appreciated? - If the waitress had warned us there was an hour's wait for our order to be seated, we wouldn't have stayed. - If the manager had come to inform us of the problem in real time, informing customers is the bare minimum; everyone then decides whether to leave the restaurant or not. When it came time to pay the bill: the manager was very closed off, no smile, no empathy, no message. We were expecting a gesture of goodwill, an apology, a smile... nothing. We then asked for a gesture of goodwill as compensation. We received it without a smile, without any attempt to "win over" the customer! "Is this alright with you?" he asked, handing us the new receipt! No explanation, no words, no emotion, nothing. Wow!!! In the end: 2 desserts and a free bottle of water. THANKS! By the way, the portions have become meager! The menu will soon be geared towards children 🙄. And let's highlight the good taste of the burgers for those who ordered à la carte. We'll have a very hard time coming back, that's for sure!

31/05/2026: We had a meal for Mother's Day and were rather disappointed. My husband ordered a steak and eggs cooked rare, but it arrived well-done with cold fries. We asked for bread but never received it. The wait for our main courses was very long. My steak was rare, but my fries were cold. The other man in the family had ordered the same thing as my husband, but it was also overcooked. He sent his plate back, and the dish that came back was slightly better. To give you an idea, we were very, very disappointed for Mother's Day 😞.

17/08/2026: The service was terrible. It took forever because there was no one there. We ordered two Spiderman meals, but we only received one, so I politely went to the counter to get the missing figure. The person I spoke to insisted that we only ordered one Spiderman meal. Well, no, I know perfectly well what I ordered. And what I read on my receipt. On top of that, we also had a Happy Meal, but we didn't get the toy. We still pay for the toy, even if it's just a few cents. I had asked for a beach towel with my points, which I didn't get because they were out of stock. That's one thing, but then they just took my points away since I don't have a towel?

19/08/2026: An excellent "French brasserie," a rarity in this business district. The varied menu, complemented by daily specials, is a definite plus, and in my opinion, the food is high quality. The beer selection is interesting, and I also appreciate having a real bartender who can make proper cocktails, not just premixed ones. The staff is always very pleasant and professional, even during the busy lunch rush. Special mention goes to the young man in charge on the evening shift for his patience and kindness; he alone would make me want to come back.

16/08/2026: I'm a regular at Doddy's and have always been very well received, but tonight my opinion changed. I encountered a young waiter named Jeremy (the "manager," I believe) who really needs to learn to show some basic respect for customers, whoever they may be. Even when it comes to "optimizing" space by not moving a table for two, just to squeeze everyone together... apparently, when dealing with customers, you're supposed to remain calm and speak politely, which this young man clearly doesn't know how to do. Smiling and being cheerful aren't exactly his strong suits, and I think this young man risks driving customers away with his extremely poor manners. Furthermore, smoking a cigarette right in front of the customers, on the terrace, really doesn't give a good impression of this café. Perhaps he should consider a different line of work and avoid being in contact with the public. As for us, he drove us away. A word to the wise.

16/06/2026: I've been ordering from them for quite some time now, and it's truly amazing. The atmosphere is great, the service is even better, and the food is very good. I highly recommend coming here.

I admit that yesterday I drove to one of your competitors, and this morning, an acquaintance told me the same thing! It's a shame; you're losing customers, and it's becoming unpleasant. Perhaps these are people who have nothing to do with shopping at your store and who work nearby!

15/05/2026: They refused to serve us at 12:40 AM twice at the drive-thru, even though the restaurant closes at 1 AM.

13/05/2026: Disastrous service! A 20-minute wait to be served, even though the restaurant was empty at 11 PM! And then they discovered they were missing a complete menu item, which caused another 15-minute wait. The staff were unpleasant and condescending, not even apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any compensation. Avoid at all costs!!!
