11/01/2025: For a pizza order including two pizzas with speck ham, the two pizzas were provided without speck ham even though it was the main ingredient of the pizzas. The restaurant absolutely did not warn us of the absence of these ingredients. Forgetting one pizza can happen, but forgetting the same food on two different pizzas is certainly not a coincidence. So I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

28/12/2023: Service incomplet, ce qui veut dire qu'il manque très souvent dans le menu par exemple des frites 🍟 pour que le menu soit complet, ou alors il y a une toute petite portion De frites 🍟 pour 4 personnes lorsqu il y a 4 fois le même menu et on vous répond que c'est comme ça, c'est le menu. Oui c'est d accord il faut réclamer, mais sans résultat. Cela dépend je pense au caractère de chaque serveur. Autre exemple, on a déjà avaler la viande, alors que les frites 🍟 encore elles ne sont pas là, alors c'est un autre serveur qui apporte les fameuses frites, car effectivement elles sont fameuses ces frites 🍟 🍟. Les serveurs encore eux sont très souvent de bon humeur et très serviables, principalement celui qui parle avec un accent...circonflexe dans la bouche 🤑 (blague) celui là, il est très aimable, il a beaucoup d humour et réponse à tout, il virevolte, a droite à gauche entre les tables, évitant de justesse chiens 🐕 🐕 et enfants, sale gosses, toujours en train de hurlés et que les parents laissent toujours hurlés. Sinon dans l ensemble la maison 🏠 est en ordre et bien tenue, propre. Par contre, je plein les gens qui sont à proximité des toilettes 🚻, à cause des passages incessant s de tout le monde....entier, mais pratique en été, à cause des courants d'air frais que cela provoque et procure ainsi que le passage des cuisines, il me semble. Allez je jette l éponge car je suis à cours d idées 💡 pour l instant car je t aie à l œil 😉 L ANCIENNE !!! .

28/12/2023: Restaurant décevant. Vous réservez et votre table n'est pas prête et il manque les verres et les serviettes.je vous déconseille la choucroute car le chou est fade. Mais cela reste copieux.

31/08/2024: Friendly welcome, but change of concept I knew East Street in its beginnings we made our own burger, then a choice was offered like at McDonald's but special mention to the diversity of the burgers and the quality of the meat. The tenders were to die for with the Cajun sauce. And there's a new Meatch concept, where the quantity is no longer there in a tray that's not very practical for eating. As the drink is no longer included on the menu, the price has also increased. In short, we won't go back there again... too much change kills change!!

10/08/2024: We are disappointed with the change. Few choices of burgers, it was better before. We will not return there.

23/10/2024: We had a salmon bagel and a panini. It was very bland and not delicious at all. The panini was very dry and very little pesto and the bagel had more cream than the ingredients. Very 😞

23/08/2024: I ate here this afternoon, a bagel + a nuttella pancake fast service, a very nice boss, if I come back I know where to eat

22/09/2024: Leak in the room wet handbag and dress. A simple excuse. No commercial gesture. Especially since the leak is certainly not recent. The carpet is soaked in water

06/09/2024: J'avais été prévenu, j'ai voulu tester. C'est une caricature de Fast Food dans le sens le plus péjoratif. En plus c'est pas bon!!! Inutile d'entrer dans les détails... Il n'y a même pas de moutarde si on veut accompagner ses frites. C'est cher : presque le double d'une célèbre enseigne qui a standardisé la nourriture.

11/09/2024: Good complete merguez, very nourishing. The merguez are very fragrant and the homemade harissa is delicious. But at 20€ it's a bit expensive.

19/12/2024: I found this fast food restaurant to be well organized and clean. The staff is very pleasant and smiling. The burgers and fries were hot and delicious. Not too long a wait to be served. Parking available for parking.

11/11/2024: A filth. I honestly thought it would be difficult to miss a pizza, it's a done deal. Inedible, unless you like pizza with 1 pot of cream per pizza. No interest, disgusting after 1 part. I'm giving 1 star because it's impossible to give 0.

24/07/2024: Second experience on a Monday evening (July 22 at 8:00 p.m.). A young woman alone took the orders and served the drinks and dishes, there were 4 of us with a unique dish each and planning, as usual, when we eat at the restaurant, the dessert, the coffee or even the digestive (spoiler alert, we will go and eat dessert elsewhere.). A young man behind the bar, to cash customers (very few want to pay, because everyone is waiting for their order.). We take our order around 8:00 p.m., the drinks arrive relatively quickly, thanks to the lady for that (fortunately we had chosen unlimited drinks, given the rest of the meal). After the departure of the neighboring table who could no longer stand waiting for their dessert, we will have to wait until 8:45/50 p.m. to have our 4 dishes. During our long wait, another young man from the kitchens (cap and kitchen outfit) appears at the bar and starts chatting with the man waiting for payments. Like the old movie, “is there a pilot on the plane” we have come to wonder “is there a cook in the kitchen”. Having more than 10 years of experience in catering, I understand the temptation to reduce staff on evenings at the start of the week like Mondays, which are very sparsely attended, but perhaps we should take care of the few of customers that we have, in order to try to keep them? Apart from that (and I think it's already quite good.) The dishes served are very good even if the dishes had to wait for a few minutes given the temperature when they were served to us. I will continue to come, because I like the dishes offered and the world of the restaurant, but all the same wondering if the competitors offering similar services are not worth the detour.

08/06/2025: I don’t know what happened to this place. Maybe there was a change of management. It’s been two times I come here and the food hasn’t been great. I used to crave their cheeseburger but last time I had it wasn’t good. The meat was overcooked I even though I had asked for rare. The taste was not great either. I didn’t eat it. That being said, my friend’s club sandwich deluxe was good so we shared that instead. I thought it was an isolated incident. Second time I came here was yesterday, and my scrambled eggs were not eatable, there was liquid egg water on the bottom of the plate, not very appetizing. Also a piece of bacon from my friend’s plate looked stale, and she preferred not eating it. Service was friendly but not well organised. The runners are clearly overwhelmed and the person supposed to seat people and take orders is completely out of it. I don’t think I’ll come back to this address, which is a shame because I loved their menu. Hopefully the one on the left bank is still good.

23/04/2025: Great place to have a complete breakfast or lunch in the 16th close to Trocadero ! Fresh food, delicious desserts great people ! And we live in the area coming here for 20 years 😊
