09/05/2026: We were very happy with this restaurant. Especially with the service from Enzo, who was attentive to everything, bringing the food super fast and constantly checking if everything was alright. We will return and recommend it.

23/04/2026: The service staff were all very enthusiastic, but I found a hair in the pork ribs. The waiter called the person in charge (maybe?), who said that since I had already eaten, I couldn't exchange or get a refund, and could only offer me a drink as compensation. Could I have found the hair if I hadn't eaten? He didn't apologize to me either…

23/04/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!! I was there on Saturday, March 7th, and my bag was stolen during the evening. The bartender's reaction was strange; he repeated dozens of times that it was the first time this had ever happened. Talking about it with others, I learned that an acquaintance of mine also had their bag stolen there in September.

09/05/2026: And yet I'm a huge KFC fan. But this place... given the state of the exterior, you have to wonder what the kitchens, hidden from the public, must be like. The outdoor play area is closed (maybe for future renovations), but in the meantime, it's disgusting. The security gate is broken. The tables and cash registers are in a terrible state. Not to mention the high chair. The patio is filthy. The toilets are sticky when you walk on them. It looks like it's been completely abandoned. That was just a few hours ago... I'll see how my stomach feels soon.

09/05/2026: None of the ordering kiosks were working! Everyone was wandering around the room like lost souls, and no one was paying any attention to the customers. As a result, we left without eating! The only positive point: the door handles for leaving were clean.

22/04/2026: I find this place superb and pleasant for eating and relaxing on a quiet afternoon. The staff is super lovely, all the staff are good, and it's very clean.

You order a mixed salad without Asian dressings and they disguise it with olive oil! 😡 I have cancer and can't eat certain foods, like soy, while on my medication. The lie was blatant, but they persisted in telling me it was a special sauce without giving me the ingredients. This service is mediocre! Very long wait for the order and dessert; I had to go get the dessert menu myself. Unbelievable, just like the lazy wait staff! Avoid at all costs.

24/03/2026: There was a bit of a wait before getting in, but it was worth it! Nice decor, pleasant atmosphere. Efficient and attentive servers. The burgers are excellent, good value for money.

19/03/2026: The waiter let us in close to closing time, assuring us there was no problem. No problem, except for the fact that every 30 seconds someone came to ask if we were finished. I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant.

16/03/2026: It was such a phenomenal experience and taste. I love it here so much. Definitely coming back again.

16/02/2026: It was so bad experience as a tourist in annecy. I just step inside to the place and I said “bonjour hello”. The guy in the cash desk didn’t replied and said something in french repeatly. I said “ sorry I can’t understand you, can you talk in english?”. and he said “No I can’t because this is France. You are in France” That was hilarious and so disrespectful. I didn’t order anything and leave the place. If you are a tourist, be careful!

05/01/2025: We were most impressed by the friendliness, happiness of the main lady who greeted us as we came in from a cold night. The service was perfect and the meal was wonderful for two cold hungry travellers. To be greeted with such a wonderful smile and a feeling that you were very welcome and valued as a customer was so refreshing. Thank you for the very satisfying burger and particularly the very smart, respectful lady who made the place so warm and welcoming for us.

22/12/2024: I recently dined at this restaurant and it was a lovely experience. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere immediately put me at ease. What struck me the most was the kindness of the staff, who really cared about our well-being throughout the meal.

18/04/2026: Quick and efficient service. The food is simple, but that's exactly what you're looking for when you come here: a quick, good meal at a reasonable price. Located near the slopes, it's the perfect place for a quick 45-minute to 1-hour meal.

15/04/2026: Food is amazing, unfortunately only one guy is taking orders. We were waiting for 20 minutes even though it was quite empty, as it was early lunch. We kept asking if we can order for solid 10 minutes and guy kept us waiting. People who came after us got their food and we werent able to order yet. Very sad, considering this was my favourite place in whole of Tignes.

01/05/2026: Generally good and effective, although I think the last time I came, I got indigestion the next day because I hadn't eaten anything else in the meantime and I was in severe pain the next morning. Perhaps you should pay more attention to the freshness of your products and ensure they aren't left too long in UHC or tempering ovens. Some people may be more sensitive.

01/05/2026: For May 1st, the service was incredibly fast, and the staff were very friendly and smiling. The meal was hot and of good quality.

17/05/2026: Ordered two set menus at €26.90 (main course and dessert). Sirloin steak and fries – frozen fries, which was a shame. Chuck roast with paprika sauce and mashed potatoes – very good, but I would have liked a bit more meat. French toast-style brioche and a scoop of vanilla ice cream – very good. Excellent staff. 03/05/2026: The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. However, the service is not at all friendly to tourists. The waiters are extremely impatient and give the impression that they don't care about providing good service or helping the customer. If the person doesn't speak French, the lack of willingness to help becomes even more evident. I regretted choosing to eat at a place with such poor service.

10/04/2026: As promised! For me, you can take it to the next level and offer all your recipes in Calzone format; it looks really good! 😁 There might be a couple of tweaks to make for some ingredients, like the sauce, but the result is truly impeccable!
