05/02/2026: The meat wasn't too bad, but the three fries were barely enough, and the salad was just tomato and onion even though I asked for no raw vegetables. Plus, they charged me an extra €1 for those three fries even though it said "included in the sandwich." All this for €8.50. No drink or anything else included. Run away!

13/06/2026: An absolutely outrageous experience. Over an hour and a half wait for an Uber Eats order, with tracking indicating that the driver had picked up the order when this was clearly not the case. Throughout this entire time, there was no clear information, no transparency, and no communication worthy of the name. The most shocking thing is the feeling of being completely ignored. No one answers, no one explains what's happening, no one seems to care about the customer or their time. It feels like as soon as the order is placed and paid for, the customer ceases to exist. Waiting is one thing, but lying or displaying misleading tracking information, then leaving the customer without a response for hours, is unacceptable. It's a total lack of professionalism, respect, and consideration for the people who order. I have never seen such a disorganized service and such indifference to customer satisfaction. If you value receiving your meal within a reasonable timeframe and being treated with a modicum of respect, look elsewhere. A disastrous experience from start to finish. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will never order from them again.

12/06/2026: WORST KFC EVER. I was greeted by a dismissive waitress who amused herself by smashing all the trays on the table and throwing the food onto them in a completely unprofessional manner. Feel free to get back to me if you want more details 😅

04/06/2026: €12 for a Coke Zero and a 25cl beer is outrageous. I don't remember prices being this high before the change of ownership.

28/05/2026: The new owners are charming, welcoming, and always in a good mood! The atmosphere is relaxed, and you're never disappointed.

09/06/2026: Getting worse and worse. Ordered three meals. They were missing the three fries, the sauces, and the napkins. Had to drive back to get the undercooked fries, as usual. Still no napkins or sauce. Last time I order from them.

08/06/2026: We were waiting at the counter when they openly complained about our order, which was two Happy Meals. The ice cream was crushed! Awful! Honestly disappointed. I don't recommend it.

The manager, Sandrine, has a gift for giving a warm welcome, and what a pleasure it is to settle into a comfortable sofa and sip a good coffee. Thank you for such a comforting experience; this is an address I will treasure!

24/04/2026: We sat up stairs and had food delivered to table, the place was dirty a bit smelly, my son ate his burger + fries and i went to the toilet, OMG it was disgusting, 2 toilets in the ladies, one was occupied the other one had a wet floor, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for ages, there was no toilet seat or lid + the smell was gruesome, surely that would be a one star with health + safety, or does that not exist in France, i felt like i need a bath after going in there.

30/05/2026: The welcome was good and our order was taken quickly. Unfortunately, that's about the only positive point. On the other hand, several things disappointed us. The carafe of water we were served wasn't cold, unlike those of the other customers. In this sweltering heat, a little cold water would have been appreciated. Luckily, the beers were nice and cold! We ordered two platters: A HUGE RIP-OFF! I've never been so surprised to find myself with platters containing so few cheeses and only two charcuterie items. Especially considering that a third of the platter was salad. Never again will I pay €17.90 for a salad! The absolute worst was the "Korean-style fried chicken with a secret house sauce" (see photo). Apart from a spicy sauce, nothing remotely resembled Korean cuisine. As for the portion size, it was simply ridiculous: €6 for four tiny pieces of chicken lost at the bottom of a ramekin. At this level, it's hard not to see it as contemptuous of the customer. Overall, I strongly advise against this establishment. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it's just another tourist trap!

30/05/2026: We ordered the salmon tartare and the tiger prawns, and they were excellent, not to mention the desserts. The service and atmosphere are impeccable, and the staff are incredibly welcoming! I will definitely be back.
