08/12/2025: Tonight they refused to serve tea. If you don't order anything, the toilet is inaccessible. I've never seen anything like it! Shame on this shopkeeper. Hot chocolate was €3.80, not a drop of milk! There were two of us! I was barely allowed to sit down. I come from Franche-Comté; I'll remember the hospitality of Lyon.

25/02/2026: Extra pizza Bressane cream base

26/12/2025: New to the area, we tried out the local pizzerias to find our favorite, but this wasn't it. We ordered a Lupio and an Oriental pizza, but when we got home we ended up with a Lupio and a kebab. Oh well, mistakes happen. However, the quality was really disappointing: the crust was undercooked, too thin underneath and rubbery on top, and the tomato sauce—if you can even call it that—was as bland as the rest of the toppings. I strongly advise against it.

20/03/2026: I strongly advise against going there. We waited 46 minutes for three courses… the butcher's cut was extremely small for €16… it took 15 minutes to bring a drink, and the service was appalling. Avoid at all costs!

15/03/2026: Terrible service and welcome. 1/ The waitress, though very nice, was disrespectful, acting like she was the boss, even though her colleague had to come and tell us that eating a piece of bread was forbidden. 2/ Speaking of food, the kitchen wasn't even working, and we waited an hour for a bowl of fries, which was barely full. As a gesture of goodwill, the bowl could have been filled completely instead of half full. 3/ One server for the entire terrace, and customers were leaving because the wait was too long. In short, the organization and staff need to be reviewed if you don't want to lose customers.

12/02/2026: Good evening, you have a very rude person answering the phone. If you don't know how to do your job, shut up or do it yourself. You don't treat a customer with such extraordinary rudeness! You think you're something special? I've seen much worse. I spend my life saying "hello, good evening," you don't speak, I hang up to call back, you call back to yell—it's like someone who has absolutely no self-respect! Let's be the last time. If it's not to change an order, I'm going to call the restaurant. Why? You need to be a little civilized; it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, actually. Thank you, have a good evening.

11/02/2026: TERRIBLE. Honestly, I was very disappointed. Everything was dry, as if the food had been sitting for hours. No crispness, no flavor, it tasted like reheated leftovers. I called to report it, and the manager was unpleasant, offering no apology or solution. Considering the prices, this is unacceptable. I won't be back.

27/03/2026: The burger arrived cold. The manager told us it had been made over 15 minutes prior, even though we had the receipt showing it had been delivered 6 minutes earlier. He also accused us of only eating half the burger, given its size. We each took one bite to ensure it was cold, so it's normal. The manager was incredibly dismissive; I don't know who he thinks he is. Luckily, other employees were kinder and agreed to make us another one. This manager is a disaster; people like him should be fired. Horrible experience, avoid at all costs.

26/03/2026: I had a very good experience at this McDonald's; while waiting for my click and collect order, they offered me a free smoothie. I highly recommend it.

06/03/2026: I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews about the service, but everyone is free to think as they please. Personally, I go there for takeout and I've always been greeted with a smile. A little understanding and patience are appreciated; the staff's work isn't limited to just serving. There's also stocking shelves, tidying, cleaning, taking orders, and they'll do their best to offer a solution if you don't want to eat a particular item. The products are good. I haven't eaten inside yet, but I find the atmosphere cozy, and there's also a small outdoor area in the garden.

22/02/2026: So, how to put it… Bagels that looked incredibly appetizing, but were utterly empty inside. A slice of pastrami and a pickle fighting amongst a few warm lettuce leaves! A culinary experience I could have easily done without 🤦🏽‍♀️ In short, avoid at all costs!

16/02/2026: It was so bad experience as a tourist in annecy. I just step inside to the place and I said “bonjour hello”. The guy in the cash desk didn’t replied and said something in french repeatly. I said “ sorry I can’t understand you, can you talk in english?”. and he said “No I can’t because this is France. You are in France” That was hilarious and so disrespectful. I didn’t order anything and leave the place. If you are a tourist, be careful!

12/03/2026: If you're not French dont bother! Staff are very dismissive and unfriendly. I dined solo and they just forgot about me after seeing 3 families come in after and get drinks and food, 45 mins later food arrived, MEH. I said something and they really just dont care. Dont waste your money or time.

09/03/2026: A surprise when we walked in! What a lovely and charming place to eat. Prices were reasonable. We opted for a set menu with dessert. The service was friendly, and everything went very smoothly. The food was tasty, but nothing special. The chicken was very dry. It was nice that the sauces were on the table. Dessert wasn't great either. The fruit, in particular, wasn't fresh; it tasted canned and was incredibly cold.

29/03/2026: Always good quality products, a fast food place that stands out a bit in Plan de Campagne! I just find it a shame that they removed the vinegar fries from the menu and that some burgers are dripping with grease, but that's what we come for 😅

29/03/2026: Finally, fresh and delicious burgers with quality meat, and the fries are fresh too... that's rare! All in a relaxed atmosphere, a welcome change from noisy fast food places! I highly recommend the milkshakes, they're truly excellent!
