12/09/2026: Is it acceptable that the bins are not emptied at 6pm on a Saturday?

08/09/2026: Cold fries ordered with extra cheddar, but no fork or pick to eat them with. Not great eating melted cheese with your fingers. Burgers always served with Lilliputian patties 😠

16/09/2026: Incompetent staff, fast food, 30-minute wait to be served!!

16/09/2026: Great atmosphere in the kitchen, friendly service, quick service... and very clean! Even during busy service hours... well done! 😉

07/05/2026: This hotel make my trip really special! The staff are kind and respectful, room was clean and room service was good, location is great and room view as well, also the spa was amazing, I like this experience and I would repeat it someday

07/04/2026: I will start with the good points Well located hotel, Clean rooms! Rude and unprofessional front desk team especially the morning shift 2 ladies Maria and Gada impolite missing all hospitality manners... Asked several times to speak to front desk manager.... As if I was asking to speak with God representative I strongly disrecommand this hotel A big thanks to the concierge Sébastien who did a great job

15/09/2026: I've been to this brasserie several times for breakfast. The welcome is always pleasant. The servers are friendly and professional. The English breakfast is very good and plentiful. Excellent value for money. The dishes on the menu look delicious. Worth trying! I highly recommend this establishment!

13/09/2026: I love coming late at night to experience the lively boulevard atmosphere in this tavern. You can eat and drink whatever you like until morning. Mussels, omelets, pizza! There's something for everyone! Simplicity and generosity! A great atmosphere guaranteed! The staff is always very friendly and professional!

05/10/2026: Welcoming and friendly, thank you Wided.

05/10/2026: This McDonald's is a complete disaster! An hour and a half wait at the drive-thru!! And just when you're excited to place your order, your joy is shattered: - "It's not possible to use your points tonight, so you'll just have to accumulate them." - "We're not offering that menu item tonight." - "We're out of Chicken Chunkz." - "We're out of McChicken Gold." And by the way, it's 7:30 PM, what do you have at your McDonald's?

31/08/2026: Kevin, the best Starbucks salesman, is a very good listener.

17/08/2026: Excellent stay, very clean, welcoming staff. Very good ice cream and cookies.

30/08/2026: The food and service were fine, no complaints, however, it was a bit noisy for our liking.

30/08/2026: I returned to this restaurant a few years after my first visit and was surprisingly disappointed. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take our drinks order. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed. As for the food, I felt the quality had declined significantly. A meal costing almost €30 for two dry steaks, a handful of fries, a small sauce, and an onion ring appetizer that was watery at €8 seems excessive given the poor quality of the ingredients.

11/06/2026: I stayed at this establishment for several nights and I must say I received top-quality service. I have absolutely no complaints, nothing to criticize, from the chambermaids to the receptionists and the assistant manager – a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A warm and welcoming team, all within a family-run establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for ROSE, whether for personal or business trips; you won't be disappointed.

07/06/2026: A disaster! Despite requesting it, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, the coffee maker was broken at breakfast, and the restaurant only served flammekueche, which was frozen. On the day of arrival, despite booking two double rooms, only one was available. The bathtub in the bathroom was loose and dirty when I showered. A complete catastrophe, best forgotten as quickly as possible.

15/03/2026: CLEARLY AVOID. This is clearly not good quality. They don't even give you the correct order, and when you calmly point it out, there's no possibility of a refund. Worse still: they yell at you and tell you to go somewhere else. In my case, I ordered three plain burgers, two of which came with fries, and I was given a blue cheese burger, which I didn't eat. When I politely went back to ask for an exchange (especially since it's fast food: the burgers aren't even made fresh, they were already prepared in batches in front of us, so there were clearly others available), I was aggressively told that it was my fault and that I should have ordered the right one. It was impossible to get a refund for the burger that I obviously wasn't going to eat. It really feels like their only goal is to take your money, and tough luck for the customer. The chef was very aggressive with several customers, rolling his eyes and speaking rudely to people. Considering the price, it's a complete rip-off. There are plenty of much better burgers in Paris, and much cheaper. I sincerely hope my review will prevent others from being ripped off like this.

06/02/2026: Very good, I recommend them, and they are very friendly.

04/04/2026: I came to buy a few things for Easter and accidentally dropped something. Of course, I was going to pay for it without arguing. However, the owner's very unpleasant attitude really surprised me. A little more consideration would have been appreciated. A shame for a neighborhood shop.

21/03/2026: Excellent welcome and very helpful staff. The store is clean and very well organized. It makes you want to buy everything! 😋🍫 Thank you for the bubble wrap I received so I could pack my parcel! 🤗

17/03/2026: Fast and friendly service, good selection of bagels. Never disappointed! The fries are also excellent!

14/03/2026: The bagel was excellent! The head waiter was very friendly and helpful, and gave great advice! I was a little disappointed with the fries, which were definitely not homemade, and the dessert too…

12/10/2026: Excellent service, thank you Esther!

12/10/2026: Quick service even at 6:30 pm, super friendly waiter. 20 euros for a meal for two is reasonable.

26/09/2026: We came today, just before closing time, and the lady was incredibly kind. We had a lovely chat, the prices are low, the quality is excellent, and the music playlist is fantastic. Honestly, the best Bagelstein in France! I highly recommend it! 🙏✨️

08/09/2026: Delicious food, made fresh. Large selection of fresh ingredients.

09/09/2026: The wait is unbearable, all the customers there are complaining, it feels like being at the doctor's office

06/09/2026: Do not order from Uber Eats or for delivery under any circumstances (AVOID AT ALL COSTS)

11/10/2026: Thank you to Sana for her professionalism and hospitality!

10/10/2026: Excellent fast food! The burgers and waffles are generous, and the service is friendly! You definitely get your money's worth! I highly recommend it :) Arrive early to get a seat, as the place is quite small!
