07/07/2025: I wasn't sure if I'd ordered a burger or a worn-out couch cushion. The top of the bun? It looked like it had survived a war and then been fished out of an empty swimming pool. Flat, sad, and featureless... it looked more like an old pancake that's been sitting behind the fridge since 2008 than a burger bun. The bun had literally gone on strike. Even the sesame seeds wanted to leave. It was as if it had been squeezed between two bales of administrative mail and a forgotten pair of underwear. One thing was certain: this CBO had lost all dignity... and I had lost a little hope.

21/01/2026: First and foremost, I want to make it clear that I have absolutely no complaints about the staff at the McDonald's in Marmoutier. However, the problem clearly lies with your establishment, which has become both shameful and pathetic. In the fast-food industry, you're setting records: the record for the worst rip-off, and you're not even trying to hide it anymore. Your meal prices are increasing almost every week. Do you really think customers are idiots? The infamous 14-cent surcharge on a regular Coke… seriously, are you kidding me? Serving meals with only one sauce maximum, as if adding one or two more would bankrupt you. You're incredibly stingy. When there's a mistake in an order, it's always conveniently to your advantage. Strange, isn't it? And finally, the holy grail of this new year: the McSmart meal. At its launch, it was €5 for four items, wraps included. Today, no more wraps are available, and on top of that, the second burger costs an extra €1.20. In short, you've got me. I'm done with your chain; it's become a complete joke. For me, it's not a big deal, since Burger King isn't far away. But I still wanted you to know. PS: This review is addressed solely to managers and decision-makers who give the directives. It is in no way directed at employees, who are simply following orders, often in equally disastrous conditions. #BoycottMcDonald's

30/12/2025: First and last time at this McDonald's. The place was dirty and we couldn't find a clean table to sit at, which is a problem. The fries were cold. Very disappointing.

21/12/2023: A chaque commande passée en livraison (Uber eat) la même chose.. Produits manquants, aucune sauce alors que celles ci sont demandées à chaque plat. Ne pas s'étonner que les autres chaînes prenne de l'ampleur lorsque celle ci fait des erreurs a chaque commande ....

30/11/2023: Très peu de clients dans le restaurant pourtant nous avons bien attendu 15-20 min avant d'être servis. Le restaurant est dans son jus mais propre, attention au sol glissant à l'extérieur. Burger avec de la salade (enfin ce n'était pas de la salade mais le trognon de la salade) décevant.

27/01/2026: Tonight, I decided to go to KFC for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered at the drive-thru, and the staff were attentive, smiling, and offered great advice! My order was served quickly, and the team was always in good spirits. And the taste of the food—they truly live up to their reputation for fried chicken. I highly recommend it!

02/02/2026: Good morning, I've never written a review for a McDonald's before, but this one deserves one. It smelled like sewage. It wasn't open in Portugal. Lack of hygiene. Too many customers daily for the restaurant's capacity. The hamburgers were cold and dry like I've never seen before.

24/01/2026: I just left, as I live near 110 Rue de la République. The manager belittled me for a mistake in front of customers—inappropriate! Plus, I ordered double chicken and it was cold because, of course, it wasn't cooked! And the sauces I ordered were missing. Thanks, sarcasm.

22/01/2026: The manager, a bald guy with glasses, lets homeless people into the restaurant who beg for money from customers. There's no security guard, and he makes a comment about a dog leash, even though the dog stays at his side and doesn't move. McDonald's should really review its standards, and then they give you McDonald's meals with dog toys. Ungrateful wretches!

29/08/2024: Experience more than adequate, we went there as a family, everything was there. We will definitely return there on our next vacation. A big thank you to all the teams, especially the tall tattooed brunette.

07/12/2025: We just left McDonald's. We go there regularly on Sundays; we're a large family. It's very rare that we get our entire order. We ordered in the parking lot, so they bring it to us and we check it. Tonight, we were missing: ALL the fries and potatoes, and a Big Mac. A staff member came back to give an order to someone next to us, and we told her we were missing things. She told us to come into McDonald's with all our bags to park if we weren't lying. This annoyed us, but we did it. So they checked the bags. They brought us the missing fries and potatoes, but not the Big Mac. We pointed this out to her, and she just sighed and rolled her eyes, without even apologizing. In conclusion: there's always something missing, and the staff is disrespectful and unpleasant. Advice: don't go there and don't waste your money, given their limited capacity. The last four times we went there, we were already missing extra items. They never apologize and never offer any kind of compensation.

02/12/2025: Great, it's just that the ice cream machine isn't open, so no ice cream dessert.

18/01/2026: Appalling!! 30-minute wait only for them to get our order wrong. We gave them the receipt to redo it, but still nothing, and there were burgers missing 😡😡
