18/08/2026: The place had all the makings of a great pub: a very pleasant setting, a beautiful location… but unfortunately, it lacked the essentials: a warm welcome and good service. The service was cold and unfriendly, and above all, there was a glaring difference between regulars and those who weren't from the area. It quickly became clear that if you're not a regular, you're definitely not treated the same way. It's a shame, because the setting is truly worth a visit. As for the welcome, however, it left much to be desired… or rather, it didn't.

13/08/2026: Brilliant bar especially for the Brits and English speaking. Fantastic huge lounge at the back with air con.

27/07/2026: It's the finest restaurant in the city; the staff are respectful and generous, and the food is delicious. Wishing them continued success and prosperity.

15/04/2026: I order often and I have no complaints about the meat; they're generous portions, and the naan is nicely filled with cheese, just the way we like it! The staff is polite and professional, and the place is clean. The only downside is BFM TV on! 😂🤣🤣🤣 The rest is just great!

In my memory, McDonald's is considered fast food... 🤔 I don't know if waiting over an hour and a half for an order that was half (and I mean half) forgotten can really be called "fast food." When you point it out, they brush you off as if it were your fault, telling you, "I'm not a mind reader to know your order." And I won't even mention the tone they used when they said it to me, but logically, since you were able to prepare half my order, you must have read it at some point. So it's not a gift of divination you need, just basic reading skills, a minimum of organization, and a touch of politeness, especially when you make customers wait over an hour only to serve meals with half-empty drinks, sandwiches, and cold fries. Let's not dwell on the cleanliness and the staff's lack of effort; remember to bring tissues because none of the restrooms are stocked with toilet paper, and customers have to pick up the fries lying on the floor to prevent other customers from slipping on them. A serious reassessment and improvement would be wise, perhaps even a complete change of staff, who, by the way, don't hesitate to be rude to customers. The atmosphere among colleagues is palpable; it makes you want to work there! In any case, what reassures me is that we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes; other families waited over 2 hours and 30 minutes. And whether it was for a refund or the order itself, the wait and the incompetence were identical. Good luck to the next customers!

16/08/2026: There were oversights in our order, no napkins, the burgers were assembled hastily, and the service at the table was so poor that the person who brought us the trays seemed completely exhausted. We're still waiting for a greeting and a thank you.

04/04/2026: I came to buy a few things for Easter and accidentally dropped something. Of course, I was going to pay for it without arguing. However, the owner's very unpleasant attitude really surprised me. A little more consideration would have been appreciated. A shame for a neighborhood shop.

No professionalism, no respect, no apology. On top of that, our drinks and fries were missing. 30/07/2026: I've been eating at Chicken Best since it opened, and it's always been great. This time, I ordered a two-piece tenders meal and chose four sauces, so two per person, and they told me it was €0.30 for each extra sauce, lol. I understand people taking advantage, but to be so greedy over one extra sauce per person is ridiculous. So, as a matter of principle, thank you, goodbye, you won't see me again, and believe me, I was a very good customer.

04/08/2026: I ordered cupcakes here for my baby’s birthday, and everyone loved them! They were not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

20/06/2026: Pretty decoration, pretty Instagrammable cupcakes however the taste does not match the appearance... Dense and crumbly cake, strange taste, the cream just tastes like flavored cream cheese... I couldn't finish mine.

07/05/2026: This hotel make my trip really special! The staff are kind and respectful, room was clean and room service was good, location is great and room view as well, also the spa was amazing, I like this experience and I would repeat it someday

21/08/2026: I went to the drive-thru on Saturday night and half my order was forgotten, like my four Myk Florie and a drink. They don't check if everything is there, and when you go back, given how busy it is, it's too late. Be careful with your orders because half of them are forgotten.

10/08/2026: Increasingly disappointed with this McDonald's. The staff is unpleasant, and the manager avoids customers to avoid dealing with problems. Only 2 out of 6 self-service kiosks are working. It feels like the less I do, the better I look. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I can't wait for the competition to arrive so they learn their lesson.
