02/09/2025: So, where to start... We ordered a burrito, a "salad," and nachos on Deliveroo. - First of all, the salad: a big joke, if not false advertising! I'm attaching a photo of the salad Fresh Burritos advertises on its website vs. the salad I received 😉 A disgrace. The salad is supposed to be in a crispy wheat tortilla, nothing. €10.50 for a cheap little salad that I would have preferred to make myself. - The burrito: once the packaging is removed, the sauce leaks and drips everywhere, and the burrito is cold! We have to eat it on a plate, with cutlery (ciao Mexico 👋). - Nachos: €3.50 a bag with 10 ridiculous chips, and of course the sauces were miraculously omitted 🤷 To top it all off, the restaurant is unreachable. Yet another franchise hiding behind a broken hotline. First and last time for us✌️

16/12/2023: Le vendredi 15 décembre 2033. Sur le site Internet il est marqué que le restaurant ferme à minuit. Vous entrez dans le restaurant à 22h55. Vous faites la queue aux bornes. Et là une personne que je suppose être un manager d'après sa tenue vous dit: il est 23h nos bornes sont fermées. Veuillez faire la queue au drive. Non seulement ils vont encore s'excuser car à part cela il n'y a aucune amélioration dans ce restaurant. Après s'être fait jeter vous passez au drive et là avec quatre véhicules devant vous. Vous faites la queue de 23h08 à 23h38.... Si vous ne voulez pas que les clients entre alors fermez la porte et ne les laissez pas faire la queue. Et concernant les délais d'attente je confirme ce que beaucoup d'autres clients ont déjà dit!! En comparaison avec d'autres McDonald's c'est inadmissible.

23/01/2026: Usually it's good, but this time too many things were wrong. Extremely long wait. Value for money ===> zero. The Coke tasted very strange. The espresso and ristretto were undrinkable; we had to throw them away. The packets of powdered sugar were actually one solid lump. Several beeping sounds never stopped. One of them was about the drinks; they said the syrup needed changing. Was that the reason for the Coke's bad taste? Anyway, I'll come back once to check. If it's the same thing, I won't stop there again.

04/09/2024: Very nice service, delicious vegetarian burger, delicious fries and there are reusable dishes and cutlery. This is quite unusual for a fast food restaurant and very exemplary for the environment :)

01/02/2026: Do not order their new "Môme de Terre" (a type of potato dish) through Uber Eats. The packaging was poor; I received mashed potatoes... very disappointing for a portion costing over €4!

12/12/2025: Hello, we were served by a very pleasant waitress, but afterwards a dark-haired waiter dared to reprimand us for laughing. I find that really unfortunate; his attitude of getting angry over something like that is intolerable. McDonald's, which is supposed to be a place to share with friends, is a shame.

29/11/2025: A disaster. Half our order wasn't served. The salad was missing the dressing and the cutlery. They were out of forks! I had to eat my salad with two knives! The fries were cold, and the burgers weren't what we ordered. And we had to go back because we were finishing our meal and still hadn't received a drink! This has been happening every time we come for the past few months. Appalling, especially considering McDonald's prices these days!

14/01/2026: The toilet wasn't clean, but above all it was very cold, we had to keep our coats on to eat, which is unacceptable.

30/12/2025: I've been to this McDonald's several times and it's always been a good experience. I've always gone to the drive-thru very late, and it was very quick and the order was complete. The young woman who served us was smiling despite the late hour, which was nice and brave of her. Thank you to the team who have always been friendly and efficient.

04/12/2025: The service was beyond terrible, especially unpleasant coming from the dark-haired waitress with glasses. I arrived at 4 PM on December 4th. Also, the tables were dirty despite the restaurant being relatively quiet; a quick wipe with a sponge wouldn't have taken long.

14/01/2026: A 30-minute wait for two burgers is far too long, especially for a place that claims to be fast. The prices are still high for such slow service. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you: it's definitely not suitable for a quick lunch. For a chain like The Roster, orders should be ready in 15 minutes max. We were planning to eat in, but we ended up getting takeout so we could eat quickly in the car. I wouldn't go back if I'm in a rush, which is often the case when I go to this kind of place to eat. Perhaps they should hire more staff in the kitchen.

20/11/2024: Very good time spent at Amélie's creperie. Good welcome with smiles. Very professional service. The “Gourmet” formula was excellent. The vegetarian pancake, the glass of cider and the gourmet tea delighted us, all at a reasonable price. Friendly, smiling and communicative staff. Thank you and see you soon

28/12/2023: Restaurant décevant. Vous réservez et votre table n'est pas prête et il manque les verres et les serviettes.je vous déconseille la choucroute car le chou est fade. Mais cela reste copieux.

28/12/2023: Service incomplet, ce qui veut dire qu'il manque très souvent dans le menu par exemple des frites 🍟 pour que le menu soit complet, ou alors il y a une toute petite portion De frites 🍟 pour 4 personnes lorsqu il y a 4 fois le même menu et on vous répond que c'est comme ça, c'est le menu. Oui c'est d accord il faut réclamer, mais sans résultat. Cela dépend je pense au caractère de chaque serveur. Autre exemple, on a déjà avaler la viande, alors que les frites 🍟 encore elles ne sont pas là, alors c'est un autre serveur qui apporte les fameuses frites, car effectivement elles sont fameuses ces frites 🍟 🍟. Les serveurs encore eux sont très souvent de bon humeur et très serviables, principalement celui qui parle avec un accent...circonflexe dans la bouche 🤑 (blague) celui là, il est très aimable, il a beaucoup d humour et réponse à tout, il virevolte, a droite à gauche entre les tables, évitant de justesse chiens 🐕 🐕 et enfants, sale gosses, toujours en train de hurlés et que les parents laissent toujours hurlés. Sinon dans l ensemble la maison 🏠 est en ordre et bien tenue, propre. Par contre, je plein les gens qui sont à proximité des toilettes 🚻, à cause des passages incessant s de tout le monde....entier, mais pratique en été, à cause des courants d'air frais que cela provoque et procure ainsi que le passage des cuisines, il me semble. Allez je jette l éponge car je suis à cours d idées 💡 pour l instant car je t aie à l œil 😉 L ANCIENNE !!! .
