30/11/2024: Saturday lunch at the Bercail restaurant in Dommartin les Toul. Mixed overall, overcooked steaks and fries. Overall decent food. Neat decoration, fast service. Some work to be planned in the toilets.

13/03/2026: So, where to begin… The burgers were poorly made, and God knows how much I wanted one. Then, I came with my girlfriend, and we had a party that evening, so we had a bottle of wine with us. A manager (or something like that), with bright red bleached hair, rushed over to take it from us. She probably finished it in the kitchen, judging by the state of the burgers. Anyway, the experience wasn't amazing, and the burgers really disappointed me. The only positive point: the very handsome and rather mysterious waiter who works there. I loved the eye contact, by the way. I left my Snapchat in the toilet bowl. ::

08/03/2026: I mainly go there for the McCafé. The coffees are very good. The cookies too. A very warm welcome.

25/03/2026: Appalling service, a place to avoid. Third order, and third failure with the Click & Ready service: the order is never brought to me, forcing me to go inside to pick it up. And as if that weren't enough, items are consistently missing. Faced with this string of problems, I asked to speak to the manager. Her attitude was simply unacceptable: a dismissive tone, inappropriate language, and no attempt at self-reflection. Hiding behind a staff shortage in no way justifies such poor service or such behavior towards customers. A catastrophic customer experience from start to finish. Absolutely avoid.

21/03/2026: Amazing 8th birthday party organized for my daughter! 🎁🎊🎂 The entertainer, Cédric, was absolutely fantastic! Two hours of fun with 9 keys to collect by winning games (knock-down-the-cans, scent-matching bingo, connect-the-dots puzzle, hot air balloon, musical chairs...) followed by a cake break and then a happy meal. When the girls opened the treasure chest, it contained lovely gifts for my daughter and her friends. In addition, wonderful gifts were given especially for my daughter's birthday. A huge thank you!!! I highly recommend Cédric! ❤️

11/03/2026: The sandwiches are very well made! We get takeout very often, and we've never been disappointed! The owners are lovely! The meat is beyond excellent! I only get my kebabs from them now! I highly recommend it!

30/01/2026: 90% fries in their tacos, 5% meat, and 5% air. It's simply shameful. Plus, it was dry; they clearly used very little sauce to save money. You couldn't even taste the cheese sauce, even though I asked for a lot. I'll never go back.

07/03/2026: If I were the manager of this restaurant, this wouldn't happen. Even if there were staff shortages, I would take the necessary precautions to clean the floor and tables. Cleanliness is fundamental in a restaurant. And the noise of dirty dishes being dropped into the collection bin is also unacceptable for the peace and quiet of the customers. Sorry, but if things don't change, I'll find another restaurant. A word to the wise.

05/03/2026: De pire en pire... Un soir à 19h30 = plus de jus de pomme, plus de jus d'orange, quasiment jamais de livre ... Et un service ultra long... Ça manque d'un bon management dans ce fast-food.

14/03/2026: What a disgrace! If I could have given it zero stars, I would have. The steak tartare? Half a Charal cheese tray served with a tub of Amora mayonnaise on the side… €16. All the other dishes at the table were just low-quality frozen food.

27/01/2025: My order arrived completely drowned in drink. I was forced to make a complaint and reorder (without a drink to avoid the drama), each ingredient taken separately, all for 2 euros more. It's scandalous not knowing how to properly pack your delivery bags, and it absolutely ALWAYS happens to me at McDonald's, so I might as well tell you that I'm really sick of it.

27/01/2025: We just took an order for €45 at the drive-thru once it arrived at our house, three cheeses and a McDonald's croque are missing. The team is asleep if you don't want to work, go to sleep, it's better, frankly, it's getting worse and worse before that. was very good now when you're asleep you forget things so we're going to request a refund otherwise things will be more complicated because it's good it's not the first time we'll have to start waking up!

30/03/2026: Uber Eats customer service is catastrophic. The food was cold, they messed up the order for the third time in a row, and half of it was missing. They have absolutely no respect for their customers.

29/03/2026: This is the second time I've come, and both times it hasn't opened on time due to technical problems. Honestly, what are you doing? Fast food? How are we supposed to manage with children?

23/01/2026: Well done, girls, and boys too! 😜 Absolutely delicious! Very generous portions! The bread was fantastic, the meat and toppings were top quality, and the service was excellent! The children's menus are very generous, and the kids were truly spoiled! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient! The little tea while waiting was a real treat! Keep up the good work! 👏

21/03/2026: Such a dirty, neglected McDonald's! Dirty seats, a sticky floor covered in fries, several benches without cushions/blocked off. An absolute disaster!

15/03/2026: Yesterday, March 14th, I ordered a click and collect order and was stuck in my parking spot for 45 minutes! In the meantime, five employees came to see me, saying it wasn't my order, sorry! I repeatedly pointed out that I had a baby in the car and that it was becoming unbearable! Unable to leave her alone, my husband called the restaurant to speed things up. 45 minutes later, my order arrived, but no manager came to apologize, no gesture of goodwill... we are absolutely furious! 😡

08/03/2026: We came for ice cream, but there was no ice cream. What a shame, so we went straight to the competition.
