04/05/2026: Very disappointed. We ordered McFlurries to go, and when we checked the order in the parking lot, one of them had already melted. Furthermore, the portions were much smaller than at other McDonald's nearby. Aside from the service, I do not recommend this location.

01/05/2026: I ordered a box of 20 nuggets because I was starving, and the woman who handed me the bag, saying "enjoy your meal," was probably still hungry because she ate one of my nuggets—there were only 19 of them. Hopefully, she'll make some good resolutions for 2027.

04/05/2026: The restaurant is clean and has a convenient swing door. The only downside is the staff who drag their feet; they seem a bit unmotivated. Good luck!

04/05/2026: So I really didn't appreciate being treated like a thief at lunchtime. I ordered at the kiosk, but my card was declined. So I used my second card, which validated the payment. And to my surprise, no receipt! So I went to the counter, and there they told me my payment had been declined, even though I clearly explained that the first payment was indeed declined and that I had paid for the second. Then they told me it wasn't paid and left me there, even though I had paid. The employees didn't even bother to check. My order finally arrived, and since I had paid, I would have appreciated an apology instead of being treated like a thief and told I hadn't paid when I had been charged. The least they could have done was apologize.

27/01/2025: My order arrived completely drowned in drink. I was forced to make a complaint and reorder (without a drink to avoid the drama), each ingredient taken separately, all for 2 euros more. It's scandalous not knowing how to properly pack your delivery bags, and it absolutely ALWAYS happens to me at McDonald's, so I might as well tell you that I'm really sick of it.

27/01/2025: We just took an order for €45 at the drive-thru once it arrived at our house, three cheeses and a McDonald's croque are missing. The team is asleep if you don't want to work, go to sleep, it's better, frankly, it's getting worse and worse before that. was very good now when you're asleep you forget things so we're going to request a refund otherwise things will be more complicated because it's good it's not the first time we'll have to start waking up!

16/05/2026: The same old problems with Uber Eats and Deliveroo deliveries. Orders are never complete. I'm not talking about one or two orders, but constantly with KFC.

16/05/2026: Every order is missing something. I never get a complete order! The worst experience I've had is ordering a bucket meal and only receiving fries and a drink without the bucket of chicken, or paying extra for the extras and not getting them. The excuse is "we have a lot of new people making mistakes." Honestly, new or not, it's always the same. It's unacceptable!

12/11/2025: Incredibly rude, the calzone was watery, and they tried to tell me it was the egg white when the egg in question was completely cooked instead of runny. Besides, egg white is thick... Instead of apologizing, or acknowledging that an ingredient must have released a lot of water—like the impressive number of whole olives on the pizza, or the ham if it was frozen—they preferred to talk down to people, claiming they don't deliberately put water in pizzas and that runny, uncooked egg white happens all the time... Well, in that case, learn to control your cooking! Anyway, there are ways to speak to customers. I wanted to give you a chance despite the Google rating, which is clearly deserved.

11/11/2025: The pizzas are pretty good, the service is generally quite fast, nothing to complain about, very good for lunch 👍

18/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it. The welcome was more than pleasant, the dining room was clean, and above all, the food was delicious and piping hot. I will gladly return.

07/04/2026: Meal served in 1 minute, literally, and hot food. I have to say, I haven't seen anything like it at McDonald's since I was a kid.

17/05/2026: Too expensive for the quality, paying over €10, so I'd rather go to a good restaurant for €30.

10/05/2026: We ordered takeout, just checking that we had what we paid for. When we arrived, we saw that some of the sauces we ordered were missing: no tomato in the deluxe burger, no pickle in the royal cheeseburger, and the fries were only half full. The M&Ms McFlurry was also half empty, and we wondered where they were. There were no napkins. We couldn't possibly check everything before leaving. With all the bad reviews over the years, it would be nice if something was done about it. I already left a bad review a few years ago, and I'm writing again, modifying it today because we can't post another one. At the price we pay, it's unacceptable.

17/05/2026: I go there often and it's always pleasant, but I must admit it's been even better lately. No waiting at the drive-thru, the restrooms are always spotless, and the staff are super friendly. A special mention for the young, dark-haired man who was there tonight and took our order; he was pleasant and very efficient. See you soon!

14/05/2026: A Gold member for two years, I regularly shop at Starbucks in the Île-de-France region, and this is the first time I've had a bad experience abroad. Overwhelmed by the crowd, I ordered the new Chicken Pop, which had come especially for me, and was given a donut and a watery Cool Lime with no lime flavor. For the price, I won't be going back to the Parly 2 location.

17/04/2026: Doesn't accept customers on the terrace at lunchtime, at will during the week (accepts them one week and then the next), claiming they can't accept credit card payments, depending on the time you arrive. Unfriendly and doesn't seem to need the money.

24/04/2026: I don't think there's ever been a single time when the order was complete, without something being missing. A Happy Meal without a book, a cheeseburger without cheese… it's really a shame. Sure, you can check if the book is there, but having to go so far as to rummage through the burger is a bit much, isn't it?

23/03/2026: We were very disappointed; there was a long wait for our order. We ordered a tapas mix to go with our aperitif, but the drinks arrived well before the tapas. The burgers took a long time to arrive and were cold, as were the fries. I think it's expensive for what you get! I don't recommend it.

20/03/2026: The Nashville tenders are the best I've ever had, the service is top-notch, friendly, and offers great advice! It's just a real shame that the chain decided to raise prices while reducing portion sizes and removing some best-sellers from the menu (the portions are still more than reasonable, but raising the price on top of that...).

09/05/2026: I went this Friday, May 8th, and considering how busy it was, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. I was served very quickly, the staff were very friendly and super organized despite the crowds on this public holiday. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. My order was served hot and complete, no complaints whatsoever. One of the best McDonald's I've been to recently, a very good experience. They managed the peak hours very well; you can tell the team is really well-organized. 👌🏼

15/05/2026: Arrived at the McDonald's in Foix at 3 PM. Order received at 3:40 PM. The restaurant was empty, and they were out of fries and a donut. We won't be back…
