07/08/2026: The restaurant is filthy, the bins aren't emptied, yet your staff doesn't seem overwhelmed. They're playing UNO in the production area while customers are piling up. Is playing UNO in the production area a violation of HACCP rules: playing, not washing your hands, and making sandwiches? 🥪

15/06/2026: Let's be honest, you shouldn't be claustrophobic… The amenities are adequate, but the rooms are far too small! You're practically tripping over yourself! Not to mention the paper-thin walls and the doors that slam constantly! The reception is decent, though, and the parking is accessible. It's a 3-star hotel, and for a 3-star, there are better options.

18/07/2026: I'm here right now and I was served by an absolutely lovely young man who remained polite and helpful even though a nasty customer spoke to him like he was a dog just before I paid. This man truly deserves a raise!

16/07/2026: The food is delicious, but there's a catch: at McDonald's, the tables, chairs, and sofas are dirty and full of crumbs.

04/08/2026: We visited this place three times during our one week stay (August 2026), which says it all. It’s a great, relaxed spot for a drink and a simple meal. We really liked the casual concept: you order at the bar, receive a buzzer, and pick up your food when it’s ready. Easy, efficient, and it works well. The food is good, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Prices for the food are reasonable. The drinks are a little on the expensive side, but that’s to be expected in France, especially in such a popular ski resort at nearly 2,000 meters above sea level. Overall, a lovely place that we’d happily return to. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxed meal or just a drink after a day in the mountains.

15/06/2026: What we chose was very good (Caesar salad and steak tartare), but we almost left before the food arrived... our lunch was ruined by the discovery of a dead mouse under the table near ours. The "owner" quickly swept it away with a broom, without cleaning the floor... questions arise: is there rat poison in the kitchens? How often is the (complete) cleaning done?

13/06/2026: It was very good, but the dead mouse under the next table was something we could have done without, especially since it was simply picked up without the floor being cleaned. Later, a couple was seated at that same table with the mouse tracks still visible… perhaps the floor hadn't been cleaned in a long time, which is why it was other customers who noticed it.

09/06/2026: Very disappointed. Apparently, it was just chicken and mashed potatoes, the mashed potatoes were cold and needed reheating, and the dessert was frozen... Around 50 euros for 3 people. Seriously?!

04/08/2026: Affordable and delicious breakfast! The quality of the pesto and mozzarella is a particular standout, especially at this pricepoint. I highly recommend the Isidora bagel for those who like a stronger taste, or the Leontine for those who want a light and filling breakfast. The worker is very kind and speaks English fluently.

27/07/2026: The bagels were good, but the dessert, especially the muffin, was stale. A cashier with glasses and brown hair had a nonchalant air about her and told us they were the desserts of the day. You really need to review your quality standards in this case. I was very disappointed by this person's unprofessional service, especially since her colleague was smiling and doing her job properly. It's a shame. Never again.

05/08/2026: Zero stars if I could! Completely inhumane and unacceptable! We visited this branch with my young children while walking from Arc de Triomphe to the Seine. Our experience was completely ruined 1. Defective Drink: The large Coca-Cola we ordered was completely flat with no carbonation, and the paper cup was soggy. My child drank part of it before I noticed. I politely asked at the counter to replace just the remaining amount, but staff refused after checking with the kitchen. Expecting customers to accept ruined food/drink is unacceptable. 2. Inhumane toilet Charge: After eating, my young child urgently needed to use the restroom, but staff insisted that even paying customers must pay €1 in cash. As a tourist, I only had credit cards and large banknotes. Forcing paying customers—especially a family with a young child—into an urgent situation like this over €1 cash is completely anti-customer and inhumane. Extremely disappointed with how a global brand treats its dining guests. Avoid this location if you are traveling with kids.
