03/07/2026: I'm fed up with these menu changes every other day... I came to get a five-euro meal deal, but it's gone. They only offer overpriced options... I'm stuck in the queue, forced to wait until everyone else is served, only to leave empty-handed. I'm never going back to Quick. That's it.

03/07/2026: Based on my personal experience, this Quick in Blagnac is one of the worst fast food restaurants in the area. There are always huge waits, order errors (without an apology, not even a glance, just a sigh), and the staff are clearly more concerned with chatting amongst themselves than with the customers. It's a shame, this brand deserves better.

01/06/2026: This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the location and the prices charged at Disney Village. The restaurant was visibly understaffed on the customer-facing side, yet several employees could be seen gathered in the back chatting while customers waited. There was no visible management presence and the whole operation felt disorganized. The dining area was not being maintained properly. Tables were dirty, covered with food debris, insects and litter left behind by previous guests. Finding a clean place to sit was difficult. The lack of table service would not have been an issue if the collection process had been efficient, but it was not. We waited around 15 minutes at the counter simply to receive our order, despite a relatively modest number of customers. The food itself was equally disappointing. The burgers looked nothing like the promotional images: badly assembled, squashed, unappetizing and carelessly presented. Some of the serving dishes were also dirty, which raises obvious concerns about attention to detail and cleanliness. At these prices, and for a company that presents itself as a restaurant rather than a simple fast-food outlet, the standards should be significantly higher. Disney Village welcomes guests from all over the world and this location should reflect that level of expectation. Unfortunately, this visit felt poorly managed from start to finish.

01/06/2026: I waited an hour and a half only to find the McDonald's staff incredibly rude and unpleasant! There are so many things they need to improve, including the quality of the food. I absolutely do not recommend it! A complete flop!

31/01/2026: I've never seen a McDonald's this bad. Please change the manager.

29/01/2026: They called me from the wrong number and then dared to criticize me behind the counter next to their colleagues. All they had to do was do their job properly and give the correct number. Very disappointed.

08/06/2026: Order impossible at 9:50 PM because I had to use the drive-thru in a 4-meter-high van for a small order. Even after explaining, nothing worked. What a shame, a lost customer. I went across the street to Burger King and had much better service!

07/06/2026: Absolutely catastrophic. A shriveled Filet-O-Fish with barely any sauce, dry fries that didn't even taste of potato, and an interminable wait, all while the staff seemed completely unmotivated. I've never seen anything like it at McDonald's.

30/06/2026: Unable to take an order correctly... always forgetting something. Tonight they forgot two drinks, last time they forgot the ice cream. The service is very slow.

22/06/2026: No soap in the toilets, a spilled drink in the middle of the aisle that wasn't cleaned up during our entire meal. Disgusting bench and table.

15/03/2026: I strongly advise against this place; they claim to be open on Sunday afternoons, but when you arrive, they say "no, not open".

25/01/2026: We arrived very late, almost at closing time, and were greeted with a smile. The food was fresh and high-quality, and the fries were homemade and excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection. If I could give six stars, I would! Bravo, Chef!

06/05/2026: I have no complaints about the meal tray. However, the McDonald's coin gift was already opened when I was given my tray! Needless to say, there's no surprise left for the quest for the red coin. And the receptionist didn't seem to care. The place is very noisy, and access to the restrooms isn't controlled by receipts. What a shame.

03/05/2026: Honestly, I won't be going back just because the employees are incredibly nonchalant! No greeting, no eye contact, they talk amongst themselves without any regard for the customer. It's a huge lack of respect, as if talking were a chore 😑

25/05/2026: I recommend this McDonald's, the staff are very efficient, especially the tall blond guy with blue eyes 😘😘

25/05/2026: The service at the drive-thru was appalling. No greeting, no thank you, no order total, not even a simple goodbye. The fries were cold and undercooked. I asked for mayonnaise and left with 15 packets of ketchup.

06/05/2026: Disappointed, it wasn't clean (fries and napkins on the floor the whole time we were there and weren't picked up) and the wait was long even though there weren't many people there.

13/06/2026: Back to McDonald's after 15 years of effortless abstinence to see if things have changed. My criticism isn't so much about the almost flawless service (you just need to remember to put the fries horizontally in your bag, not vertically, because the melted cheddar didn't spread onto the fries when I got home, but onto the cardboard lining of the box, which is unfortunately inedible and doesn't go well with cheddar anyway). No, my criticism concerns the quantity/price and quality/price ratio, and it is indeed a bit expensive considering these two criteria. The Big Mac was great in every way except for the patty, which resembled a kind of bland, lean, overcooked, and cold "meat" patty, the same as in the hamburger. The meat at McDonald's is truly awful, and for that price, I think we deserve not just a rare, organic Charolais from the butcher, but at least some decent-looking meat (less cooked, more substantial, and actually tasting like meat). Since they don't even meet the bare minimum with this thing they call beef, the bread and the chemically enhanced sauces, packed with additives and sugars, always manage to please, although that's a matter of personal taste. Obviously, avoid it if you're diabetic or weigh a ton, but if you're not overweight or don't mind a little indulgence, McDonald's always does the job when you need a quick and easy meal.

01/07/2026: There were 3 of us in the McDonald's, the server went all the way around the room only to bring my tray back to the kitchen in the end, I even had to go get it myself.

28/06/2026: We arrived at the drive-thru at 11 PM and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone answered. So we went straight to the register where we waited again; we had to call them over to get them to come and serve us. In the end, no egg muffins (as is often the case in Cazères), no Croque McDo because they were supposedly sold out. Very often at the Cazères McDonald's, we wait a very long time for really poor quality.

11/06/2026: They work in retail but completely lack the basic skills: being a salesperson. They don't even know they don't accept Edenred meal vouchers…

03/06/2026: Of all the Domino's Pizzas we've tried, this one was the best! Even until 2 a.m. (I was shocked!), the pizzas were still perfectly made—so much so that I forgot to take a picture 😭—and absolutely delicious. Honestly, thank you for the quality! Another great place to remember, thanks to the amazing pizza chef of the day.

09/05/2026: The toilets are constantly disgusting. Orders are regularly messed up. Today's example: "We're out of toys for the Happy Meal." Great, that was the case the last time with Mario, and the time before that too. So we opted for the book... which wasn't even put in the bag! You have a job: to put the right burgers and other items with the right order. Is that so complicated to do? Wow...

17/01/2026: Extremely dissatisfied!! We ordered a certain amount worth of food and ended up with a smirking waiter who forgot 5 items on our order... OUTRAGEOUS! Furthermore, on a previous order, due to an unfortunate oversight in not providing our loyalty card, we returned the next day to ask if it was possible to have the points credited back to our loyalty card with the receipt... and were told to get lost... Shameful!

16/01/2026: The restaurant is very well-maintained and clean, the service is more than adequate, and the food is excellent. The menus are very well prepared, unlike other establishments where everything leaves much to be desired. Here, you can see the effort of the staff, and you thank them. I recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.
