29/06/2026: I got the lemon cheesecake donut and the vanilla iced coffee, but unfortunately neither were good! This location has a lot of light and it’s very spacious. But There was only one worker making coffee and serving donuts, since it’s a bigger location it’s probably stressful for the workers to have to do all that, alone. I don’t know that I would go back.

16/08/2026: What a waste! Five or six years ago, this was THE burger place to go in Troyes. Now the ingredients just aren't up to par. I'm giving it two stars because it's not bad, but it's light years away from what it used to be. One less loyal customer. A real shame.

31/07/2026: Inside it was about 40 degrees Celsius, the food took too long and was incomplete, and when we asked where our drinks were, we were told that drinks weren't included with the meal, even though we could select them from the machine. After some discussion, the drinks finally arrived, but by then we had already finished eating.

20/08/2026: Super fresh product! You might think the prices are higher than other fast food places, but it's actually more cost-effective. Very generous portions and the quality is excellent. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and we were served quickly.

20/08/2026: Very disappointed, especially considering the prices. €46 for 3 people??? That's completely outrageous. We ordered 3 burgers (one for a child), ONE medium fries, ONE drink, and ONE dessert for a child. And what's truly absurd about Five Guys is that there isn't even a set menu for adults. You have to pay for each item separately: around €11 for the burger + €5 for the medium fries + almost €4 for the drink. So, for a simple full meal, you quickly reach €20 per person, and that's without dessert. It's ridiculous. The only set menu offered is the children's menu, and honestly, even that isn't great. For the price, you'd expect something better. And on top of the price, the service wasn't even decent: I asked for no tomatoes in my burger → there were some anyway. I asked for fried onions → they weren't even fried… And unfortunately, the taste didn't even justify the price. The burgers were really bad, which is all the more disappointing considering the prices. €46 for 3 people with so little food and such mediocre quality is absolutely not worth it. Very disappointed with this experience, I won't be back!!!

04/08/2026: Superb food with smoked flavour up there with the finest. Came across this place accidently and would now come and find it when we next return. Lovely staff, great music and the portions are very generous.

06/07/2026: Very disappointed with the service provided by the young, bowl-cut waiter who smoked cigarettes instead of attending to customers (if you can even call him a waiter...). He spent the entire evening at a table with his friends, smoking and chatting instead of doing his job.

29/07/2026: At the end of July in Paris, everything is already dreary! Imagine my surprise when I arrived at this lively pub. Excellent cider, good beers (White and Sundialer), and bar service. Perfect for a pleasant time in a great atmosphere. The air conditioning is excellent, which is important on hot days. I'll definitely be back.

28/08/2026: Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. This restaurant has had a reputation for rude service for years, but after a long time away, we decided to give it another chance, hoping that things had improved. Sadly, before we even had the opportunity to sit down, we were met with an astonishing level of hostility from the hostess. Her manner was unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful. She spoke to us rudely, insulted us, accused us of being rude, and abruptly told us there were no tables available. The interaction was so unpleasant and humiliating that one of my family members was left in tears. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of concern or apology afterward. Having now experienced this kind of treatment on two separate occasions, years apart, it is difficult to view it as an isolated incident. I genuinely regret giving the restaurant another chance. For an establishment associated with the Ralph Lauren name, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service is particularly disappointing. A beautiful setting and a prestigious brand mean very little when guests are treated without courtesy or respect. This experience was completely unacceptable, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

21/08/2026: Awful ! Had a table for 12 booked, pre requested a steak off the normal menu for one of our particular guests- got there and was told no ! No kids menu, no veggie option but a burger! Very rude

16/02/2026: It was so bad experience as a tourist in annecy. I just step inside to the place and I said “bonjour hello”. The guy in the cash desk didn’t replied and said something in french repeatly. I said “ sorry I can’t understand you, can you talk in english?”. and he said “No I can’t because this is France. You are in France” That was hilarious and so disrespectful. I didn’t order anything and leave the place. If you are a tourist, be careful!

06/08/2026: I ordered a kebab from them. And there was no salad, no onions, no tomatoes. The fries were hard, etc., well, you know.

29/06/2026: I ordered a four-cheese pizza; the homemade crust was very good. I recommend it.
