18/09/2024: I went to Clos Bernard this week with a few friends. There were 6 of us having the fondue. The waiter first brought two stoves. Then he brought a frying pan. The second stove being empty so far. After several minutes of waiting, we wondered if this second stove was there for decorative purposes or to warm our feet. So we asked a waiter if a pan was missing given the uselessness of the second one and the ridiculous amount of cheese in the only one we had for 6. His response was very clear “no there is no mistake, you are at Clos Bernard”. This sentence sounded like a foghorn hitting me right in the eardrum. After insisting on the ridiculous quantity of cheese to two waiters, as well as the manager, we managed to find a use for the second stove (they deigned to serve us a pan for our second stove which was empty until now, but a dose for two, what kindness…). After endless minutes of complaining, we were finally able to start eating properly. A simple fondue pan at Le Clos Bernard will cost you €210 (35/pers) for 300g of cheese (around €700 per kilo). Maybe they hope to whet your appetite with the price. After this more disastrous and stressful experience, no action on their part. Nothing. Expect to leave Clos Bernard with a light stomach and wallet.

12/09/2024: The first times we came at the beginning of the summer, the cuisine and service were top notch, but it's been 3/4 times that we've come where there is no welcome, no hello once. time at the table (we are looked at while waiting for the order) being in the hotel and catering industry I find it unacceptable to ask for a tip when paying when the table has not been cleared of all the service on a table of 30 cm, leaving 6 glasses and a finished pizza board even though there are only two of us. I don't know if drinking during service is recommended in this establishment but the employees smoke and drink next to the customers... An establishment that shouldn't even attract you despite its location and its prices!!! Avoid if you want to come as a customer!!!

06/08/2024: The burgers are good and very fatty/runny, no doubt. But, how to say? Half the time, the next day results in a transit complication (euphemism). It would be better to respect all hygiene rules and cook your meat well. Especially since giving change with gloves and then working with these same gloves all evening undermines the concept of using gloves to avoid contamination. In short, they are growing like crazy - and so much the better for the bosses who are making money - but we need to review many, many things in my opinion. Better training and better supervision, everything is freewheeling. The guys even argue in front of customers when there are too many people. Damage !

26/07/2024: Good morning, Before I took delivery very often and I had never been disappointed, always everything you needed in addition to the Burgers which were just delicious!! And then last night I decided to go directly there and I was impressed! An extraordinary welcome by two young men and a very welcoming clean restaurant! The service was quick and efficient! We returned home and the Burger was still hot despite a 45 minute drive!! And what's more, it was delicious as always! If I want to eat a good Burger it will be here at The Roster Annecy station and not at the other! Many thanks again Quickly done on 07/25/2024

17/08/2024: Tabac still closed opening hours opening hours are not at all up to date. I have the impression that he never works!!!

07/08/2024: 2h pour manger alors que la salle est à moitié vide ! Les toilettes étaient sales et la note était fausse. Inacceptable, nous n'y remettrons plus les pieds.

12/06/2024: Endless waiting. 1/3 or even 1/2 of the order is forgotten each time, so you have to check it in front of everyone. The staff indicates that your order is available when no, not at all, you have to wait even longer. The ice machine only works occasionally. The children had neither their toys nor their desserts, I have no words to describe their pain. Surely one of the worst BKs in France and it's a real shame with the Zénith next door, you are destroying the image of the brand!

11/06/2024: Very good burgers, fries with delicious cheddars 😋 we have a great time at Burger King!

05/09/2024: We wanted to eat quickly despite a late arrival on a busy Saturday lunchtime and our request was met. Decent dishes and meats cooked as requested. The cheese cake is delicious. The only negative point: the insufficient accessibility signs. we walked around for 1/4 hour before finding the entrance at the end of an alley behind the chu.

04/09/2024: It wasn't the best buffalo grill in terms of taste but it wasn't bad either. A little friendly moment. Quite nice.

02/09/2024: Honestly I give it 3/5 because I have known the place since it opened and I remain attached to it, but the service and quality are quite random and it is very regrettable... €5.50 for a cooled tea bag with ice cubes and a slice of lemon, you had to dare to call it homemade iced tea 😬 (I had the same thing the day before, nothing to do with it, it was very correct though... Too bad). We don't always know what to expect 🫤

25/08/2024: We usually go to the Chatou Office quite regularly, it’s a bit like a Saturday lunchtime canteen! Each time we are a little more disappointed and I think today was one time too many. This afternoon, few customers, we tell ourselves that the service will be fast… No ! We are seated, we take our order and the wait begins. Finally the dishes arrive, my steak is not cooked as I asked and this is the second time this has happened. I close my eyes...I don't want to wait any longer. Once the dishes are finished, we hope to be cleared and that we are offered the dessert menu. We wait. We wait. An incessant ballet of waiters and waitresses who don't look at us... finally my partner gets up to order dessert...! And the wait starts again…a waiter arrives with our order and tells us “oh well sorry it’s melted”!!!! Scary ! A dessert whose whipped cream has spilled into the cup, whose scoops of ice cream no longer look like anything and not the slightest embarrassment! When it's time to pay, we still wait. It's lamentable. And in all this, I observe throughout this time, a manager whom I know to see very regularly, sitting outside, on the window of the neighboring building, smoking on several occasions. It’s distressing! Hire students for the summer, yes, train them too! I think the Chatou Office will recover from losing two regular clients, however I wanted to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction.

26/09/2024: Order always received quickly. Their burgers are really good and often new, the room is always clean.

21/09/2024: The burgers are exquisite. Least liked the nuggets and fries. Fried onions. Sunday ok. For the service I say top. Because a young girl took my order because I didn't know this fast food. She was super patient and very smiley. We took several things to taste a little tt. The price still remains high for a food item. Fairly large space.

12/09/2024: Salle propre, Service rapide et équipe très sympa, particulièrement à awa qui m’a servi ce midi. Le boxmaster épicé était très bon, par contre attention aux frites un peu chaudes.

09/09/2024: l endroit est bien placé, la nourriture es bonne dommage le service laisse a désirer , la serveuse derrière son comptoir a le sourir forcé , et pas motivé du tout , traine du pied prend tout son temps d'une lenteur impressionnante !
