26/06/2026: Update 2026: Getting a lot of foot traffic now; iced banana matcha coffee latte €7.45. The staff is young and has good customer relations. Most of them work in the café. This is my first Starbucks in Paris. The pastries seem much more strawberry-flavored than in the United States. They have this decorative palm oil product that also comes from New York (I saw it in a Milano Market), which I find really strange.

20/06/2026: I've tried many Starbucks in my life, but I can assure you that the one on Avenue de France is one of the worst. The drinks are tasteless and full of water, the restrooms are almost never available, and the service is extremely poor. The baristas are really unfriendly. The only good thing is that it was recently renovated.

03/06/2026: This loud music is awful! No respect for your customers, not all of whom want to be subjected to this, and some of whom want to be able to hear themselves speak, which is impossible! It's absolutely ridiculous!

27/05/2026: The blonde manager seriously needs to stop yelling at the employees, seriously? What kind of way is that to speak and act?

11/06/2026: Cafe Gourmand is only available cold. Unbelievable! They have hot and cold cafes, but Cafe Gourmand is only available cold. Are you serious??? The only difference is the whipped cream on top!

23/05/2026: Catastrophic... The music is so loud you can't hear your order, which is taking forever to arrive... It's nice to see orders placed after yours being served first... Avoid this place; it's a great image for McDonald's.

20/05/2026: I came to your shop this morning to buy food. I ordered food and went to pay. I went to your waiter who was standing there but there was not even a small smile on his face. He led me away very angrily. I bought food with money, not for free. Please tell me how to behave with a customer.

26/02/2026: I gave it one star because zero isn't an option. The hamburger was made with bread that crumbled, the pepper sauce came in a tube from the supermarket, and the wine was vinegary. The waiter told me that was all they had, like he didn't care. Luckily, a manager came to change it for me. Seriously, avoid this place; I won't be going back.

25/02/2026: February edit: Burger'n'Co is closed at this location to my greatest sadness. They only do deliveries for two other restaurants as a dark kitchen; you can't eat inside anymore. Haven't found any other spot that does melted cheddar on fries... Original: Great spot! The burgers are really good; juicy meat, fresh produce and great sauce. I highly recommend the loaded fries: the cheese is nicer than most other burger joints I tried downtown. You can add a red pepper to your burger, which is put on top of the bun. It's sweet to mild if you're used to texmex, probably mild to hot for French people who are not used to spicy food. Overall great experience!

27/06/2026: Sooooo long! Over 30 minutes of waiting at 6:30 PM, I can't imagine what it's like during rush hour…

27/06/2026: Captain Slug and Sergeant Snail run this 'restaurant'. The slowest and most disorganized McDonald's in France. This is far from fast food. The staff seem lost. Depressed or nervous people need not apply. You'd be better off going to Auchan and making your own sandwich.

30/06/2026: The service was deplorable, the establishment was dirty, and some of the employees reeked of sweat from miles away. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's.

28/06/2026: Worst McDonald's experience ever My visit to the McDonald's in Orgeval was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. It was impossible to pay with holiday vouchers, with no real explanation or solution offered. On the patio, the parasols were closed, and despite our request, no one was able to open them or explain why. The service was interminable, even though there weren't many customers. The cashier and the waitress were unpleasant, unfriendly, and unprofessional; we clearly felt like we were bothering them. The cleanliness also needs improvement: dirty dishes, which is frankly unacceptable. And to top it all off, the World Cup cup was missing from our order. Between the wait, the cold welcome, the lack of organization, the questionable cleanliness, and the oversights, it's simply the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. A very bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend it.

11/06/2026: McDonald's is filthy, our feet stick to the floor. And the windows are even worse. Hygiene needs improvement.

11/06/2026: Two peanuts were charged extra for the sundaes, but none were included in my order. No ketchup, mayo, or sauce was requested. These omissions are almost always present. Order placed via drive-thru on Wednesday, June 10th, around 6:30 PM.

03/06/2026: Shameful, cold service, nobody in the restaurant. Cold fries, no sauces (which cost extra), no toy in the Happy Meal, drinks ordered with ice arrived without ice and at room temperature 🤮, overflowing bins, impossible to sort, forced to leave trays on top. Cheddar bacon fries, ordered without forks for two adults and two children, it's a disgrace. Imagine how many times they had to get up for the missing items, not to mention everything else, a real farce with barely 10 people in the McDonald's.

02/06/2026: Waiting an hour in the drive-thru line for cold sandwiches. I told the person they were cold, and she said, "Well, we just took them out, they're still hot, sir." I said, "No, don't touch them." She replied, "Well, no, they're lukewarm. Anyway, we can't make them for you." What a great attitude.

07/07/2026: Perfect, everything was great! Especially the welcome, which was very efficient and pleasant.

05/07/2026: I just ordered from you, is it normal to find a cockroach crawling around when I opened the bag?! Attention next customer: check your bags carefully! 🧐🧐
