28/02/2026: This McDonald's is a disaster! A 30-minute wait with only two cars ahead of me, and the staff couldn't even apologize for the delay. I strongly advise against going to this McDonald's; zero for service and the same goes for the food, which is never worth the price!

23/01/2026: I don't understand why the restaurant is temporarily closed. We used to go there regularly, and suddenly it's gone. We were big fans and really disappointed to find the restaurant closed for months.

24/09/2025: Disappointment. Nice buffet, but it tasted reheated. Nothing crispy in the fried food, even the rice. The wok was perfect. I know a lot of products can be frozen, but you can get things that don't come out of a microwave. A year or two ago, it wasn't the same. It was good, fresh, and crispy, so we went there with our eyes closed. Well, no thanks, we're not going back anytime soon.

02/03/2026: After waiting 49 minutes at the drive-thru, everything was cold, the fries were hard, and I got a small fry instead of a large one from my maxi best-of. In short, I think I'll go to Marzy from now on for better service. The cashier handed me a bag with a Happy Meal, which wasn't what I ordered. It's getting worse and worse; I've had much better!

28/02/2026: We only ordered 4 ice creams... They were very well prepared, we ate at very clean tables in a clean restaurant with friendly waiters 👍

29/01/2026: Update January 2026: The WIFI is still inoperable. Even my hotspot is blocked. I asked Ulrich to help me, he said he's worked there since 2013, and he gave the typical French answer: basically the shoulder shrug + it works for me, so I don't care that it doesn't work for you. Also, they keep adding more and more corny menu items with cheesy designs and sugary, high fructose syrups. Pistachio themed items that look absolutely horrific. I tried the new boiled eggs (was excited to see a protein option) and they are disgusting and a complete no-go. Prior Review: The wifi interface changed recently and I have not been able to do any work on my laptop because my laptop won't connect properly. Also, the new interface / UX design (it works on my phone, so I've seen it and used it) looks like a downgrade / de-modernization. The primary reason I go to Starbucks is not to socialize or do takeout coffee, but to sit in the cafe and get work done. It is not possible to do this without a very strong wifi that is reliable, i.e. with a modern UX design that works reliably. I would appreciate if this issue could be addressed in the near future.

25/12/2025: It is not normal to pays +20 € for coffee and the toilet is not working for months. I don’t understand why the authorities are accepting this. In a normal situation they should have close the shop.

04/03/2026: Avoid! I rarely choose this McDonald's because I've had several bad experiences. But nothing as bad as finding a screw in a small ice cream cone. The hygiene is appalling in this restaurant, so go somewhere else!

25/02/2026: I placed a click and collect order for speed, as my children were with me. I arrived at my parking spot and received a notification informing me that my order was ready and that a team member would bring it to me. Ten minutes later, still nothing, so I decided to go inside to see what was going on. When I finally managed to get someone's attention after five minutes, I saw them take a bag from their work surface and put the burgers and fries into another bag. I realized that my order had been waiting there for who knows how long. Eighteen minutes after the initial notification that my order was ready, they handed me the bag, and I noticed it was already practically cold. I asked them to change my order because by the time I got home, everything would be completely cold. The person remade the fries (which they then reheated for other customers, I imagine), but not the burgers. I had to ask again for my already cold burgers to be remade, and they flatly refused. They said, "Madam, I can't remake everything for you." The restaurant was practically empty; there were no other orders in progress. I even had to go back inside because when I got to the car, the children's play area was missing! So I left (more than 20 minutes later), and as expected, when I got home, my order was cold! No gesture of goodwill, no friendliness whatsoever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UNACCEPTABLE! LAST TIME I'LL SET FOOT THERE!

20/02/2026: It's so rare to find a clean fast food place with friendly staff, so I want to highlight this McDonald's.

07/12/2025: The brasserie is very well located. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is good. The price-performance ratio is quite reasonable. The service, however, is inconsistent. Sometimes you are greeted warmly with a smile and genuine friendliness, sometimes it is mediocre, arrogant, or even impossible. It all depends on the server. The 3-star rating reflects these service fluctuations.

15/03/2026: Best advice is AVOID.. Go to the one about 150 meters further up, also over looking the old port as this place is disgustingly filthy!! 50% of the digital menu order boards are vandalised or broke, very few seats, seriously like 15 maybe, or stand at tall table. Daughter came out refusing to use the toilets as again dirty and stunk worse than the fish market across the road. To date, 2nd worse McDonald's ever visited, the worst was Las Vegas 4 month ago on the strip corner, which seemed to allow the homeless to just chill at a table eating own food. Im not being horrible and totally feel for anyone homeless, but the smell was overwhelming.

11/03/2026: The McDonald's was dirty with very old toilets (plus the flush didn't work), but at least it smelled good.

17/03/2026: I'm very disappointed. I ordered a Royal Deluxe meal for takeout, as usual, but to my surprise, the order was incomplete. So I called, and they told me it was a mistake. They asked for my name and order number. Okay, I was supposed to receive some kind of compensation, but apparently nothing. I called again, and they told me I was talking nonsense. It's unprofessional to work like that. I haven't been back since, and I don't think I'll go back.

07/03/2026: A disaster! A 52-minute wait for 3 burgers, plus no apologies, not even a dessert or anything to make up for it, and to top it off, the burgers weren't even the right ones... From the manager to the crew, there are people who should be fired...
