25/08/2024: Came to order at a terminal and eat outside because we have a dog as soon as we set foot in front of the 1st terminal in front of the door and we are told that dogs are forbidden, we say that we are going to eat outside but that is not enough, she adds "no but right away" a little more we left without ordering but we were in a hurry
Otherwise fast service well served
25/08/2024: Unremarkable Burger King, food was good but cold. In addition, there was no one there but our fries were all soft and cold as well. It was obvious that they had been cooked for a while.
In addition, the staff prefers to chat and laugh among themselves as if there were no one there instead of taking care of the customers!
Really a shame, I've had much better experiences for a Birger King!

07/06/2024: Well it's super expensive compared to other kebabs in Angoulême, the service is very long... we were told 15 to 20 minutes. After 40 minutes still nothing. The tacos are very (too) expensive. Very disappointing.

21/08/2024: I had a hot dog, the sausage was not good at all, the bread was dry and tasteless. Very acidic barbecue sauce. It's a shame because the concept is good. First and last for me.

I parked in front of their restaurant, on the side, even though it was a parking space.
I go back to my car, I grab the handle of my door, I am stunned to see my hand full of fatty frying oil!
This is unacceptable behavior, in addition to the fact that I had asked one of a cook taking his cigarette pose, if it didn't bother him, not for me to park in this place (permitted).
Despite this, they expressed the wish that no one parks in this place.
So I give them this unfavorable opinion.
But being objective, it's a good fast food.

27/08/2024: Visited yesterday for my boyfriend's birthday, the staff was pleasant, nothing to say on this point, but in terms of food it was something else...
The quality is not the same as at the time, my friend had a plate of bbq ribs for 26€ as a result he vomited everything up which is absolutely not his habit so I conclude that he had food poisoning great for a birthday 👏🏼
The dishes are served very quickly, we had barely finished our salads when the dishes were already there, the same for the deserts, no time to digest 5 minutes… a romantic evening which lasted 1 hour at the restaurant not the best…
We will not return to this restaurant, that’s for sure!!

14/09/2024: Complete disorganization when making sandwiches, an enthusiasm for work that you have to guess, forgetfulness in ordering, a children's menu billed like a normal menu, but given that the staff eats pickles straight from the tray during service that is not surprising... I will stop here because I would have talked about the bad words said by the waiters who used the wrong ingredients...
But what do the bosses do? Avoid!
25/08/2024: I was a regular customer. I won't come back again. Power outage when paying. 30 minutes of waiting, only to end up saying I don't have a card and throwing away my sandwich. It's better to throw away than offer to a regular customer who has been waiting for 30 minutes, that's for sure. Too disgusted, for me it's over.

Cold drink, fresh salads prepared in a bowl.
There is choice. In addition, the welcome was friendly and the installation was quick. It was very good.
30/08/2024: Lieu très sympathique. Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour le déjeuner et le personnel était tellement sympathique que nous y sommes retourné pour un petit goûter. Et nous avons pas regretté car nous nous sommes régaler.

29/09/2024: Good kebab restaurant: the dishes are served hot, they are tasty and the bread served with it is of good quality.
On the other hand, strong smell of frying during the meal which tends to cling to clothes. Ventilation in the room upstairs would be nice.
