23/08/2026: Having worked at this chain for 25 years and knowing it very well, I find the state of the toilets appalling. At barely 12:30 PM, the toilet bins are overflowing, the floor is flooded with urine or something else. One door doesn't even have a lock anymore. You can feel the absence of a manager, and even more so, of a franchisee on site. This problem would never have existed under Bruno Dagonet, given that the customer traffic was completely different back then. This isn't the first time I've noticed this, and I felt it had to be said.

12/07/2026: First time I've been there and I won't be going back. The order was only half-finished, the wrong burger, and they sent it out without checking. So I paid for two XL meals and only got one in my bag with the wrong burger. 👌🏻

26/07/2026: Well, McDonald's isn't usually my thing; it's super expensive for what you get. I'm leaving a review because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees I visited today. However, the sandwiches were crooked, and that's putting it mildly. But thank you to the ladies for being so nice to my children. I also want to mention the employee who was using a pressure washer on the roof in a crazy wind; we were getting water sprayed all over our faces while we were eating.

22/07/2026: If you're looking for a good meal, look elsewhere, and if you're looking for a job, run away. Mr. Manager, the problem with this establishment is you. Your tone, your manner of speaking, and your posture are unworthy of your position. Thinking you're above others has never made a competent manager, only someone who confuses authority with contempt. Telling me, "Go outside, you can't get a signal to order, so it's your fault. Our app isn't the problem, you're the problem," in that manner isn't just clumsy: it's a deliberate lack of respect. The most serious issue remains the situation of the young employees. No employee should have to work under pressure, in fear, or in a state of humiliation. This is something we see among customers while waiting for our orders. We were all shocked. Many would quickly understand that this type of behavior isn't simply a matter of "personality," but rather methods that can be easily observed by competent authorities. A manager who behaves this way is always eventually brought down to earth, especially when they forget that respect is not optional. Total respect to the employees, particularly the young woman present this Sunday around 6 p.m., who demonstrated a level of professionalism that their manager clearly lacks. For your information: being a manager is not about dominating. It's not about humiliating. And when you're incapable of this, you don't deserve the title or the position.

21/07/2026: There are cockroaches in the lobby, at the counter, in the kitchen, in the dishwashing area, in the storage areas.

07/08/2026: Dry pizza. The salad lacked dressing and had far too many wilted leaves. It's a shame because the service was friendly and they had some original pizzas on the menu.

28/07/2026: We had dinner here and had the very good bruschettone, but the pizzas also look like our typical Roman ones, thin and crunchy. P.S. It's the only one open here in town on Tuesdays, but it was a great discovery.

13/08/2026: No good in my opinion. First of all the level of air conditioning is very annoying (too cold over all considering the high temperature outside, you get frozen in a minute). About food... the fried chicken is quite good but french fries are "soft" as if "cooked time ago". Cup of fruit with no taste and also too cold. Just the service is quick and waiters very kind and efficient. No more time there for me.

12/08/2026: A first for us: a restaurant with a superb atmosphere and magnificent decor. The West Coast burger is very good, the only downside being the arugula which is too overpowering for a better experience; it's best to remove it.

24/08/2026: Extremely delicious, and sometimes a victim of their own success, Papa's burgers are truly a must-try in Val Thoiry! A super friendly team is on hand to prepare your delicious meals!

22/08/2026: Avoid this place if you're in a hurry! The wait was endless! The burger was tiny for the price! You get salt in every bite. I won't be back. A real shame for my first experience with you.

26/07/2026: It's not what it used to be! Disappointed. We won't be going back. The quality isn't there anymore, but the prices are. Appetizers are served at the same time as the meal. The plates are ugly. The desserts are poorly prepared. Besides, there weren't many people for a Saturday night. People are getting tired of it. They need to innovate and revitalize the whole place!

05/07/2026: Top-notch team! 👌 My family and I arrived at the last minute on Saturday evening to eat, but Roster was closing up. Despite this, they were kind enough to offer us the option of staying for dinner, and we were able to order takeout and finish the evening with full stomachs. Great food! 👍

24/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this McDonald's with our family! There were many of us, including friends, our children, and their kids, and the welcome was truly warm. Despite the number of people, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special mention goes to the little touches that made my daughters' birthday even more special: candles on their donuts, and even a book given to each of them by the manager. 📚🎂 They were thrilled! Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality. It's these little touches that really make a difference. We'll definitely be back!

18/08/2026: I'm fed up! Every time, something's missing from my order… Whether it's a sauce, a drink, a burger, or disgustingly overcooked fries… today the fries are missing… I try to check before leaving, but one out of three times I manage to find something missing at the bottom of the bag… I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this is too much… get a grip… It's really exhausting… And the air conditioning at -40°C, that's something…

03/08/2026: Order taken Monday at noon. No one was there, so they just prepared our order: three €50 meals. We didn't check, we trusted them. When we got home, two of the meal packages were missing... It's infuriating, a real shame for us. The burgers are good, at least.

02/08/2026: Too expensive for such a small amount. The chairs are sticky and greasy. The music is very loud, even too loud. I advise against coming.
