30/05/2026: Average McDonald's and still making mistakes with orders

29/05/2026: McDonald's was empty at 11 PM, it took 30 minutes to get two meals and they arrived cold.

02/06/2026: Catastrophic… Appalling service!! I ordered a cold latte, and they served me a hot one. Then I asked them to make it the way I paid for it, and the waiter got quite annoyed (I paid over €5…). Then they served me a latte with three-quarters ice cubes (see picture). €5 for a cup of ice cubes is outrageous 🥵. But the waiter, still very unpleasant, said it was normal. The people next to me also didn't get what they ordered. They asked for it without whipped cream and sauce, and they got whipped cream and caramel sauce. PS: The waiters are always grumpy, you get the feeling you're bothering them as soon as you ask them something, and they never stop talking amongst themselves (of course they can't concentrate!).

14/05/2026: I'm a big Starbucks customer, and today I went to the Aéroville location. It was a disaster. The drink I chose was completely off; the name said banana, but there was absolutely no banana flavor. I told the staff and asked for more banana. They agreed, but said it was already well-balanced and that I couldn't taste the banana. The response was outrageous: this is my fifth Caramelized Iced Banana Oat Shake, so I know the taste. The staff were neither welcoming nor professional. I had stopped going to the Aéroville Starbucks because of all this. Surely there's a recipe to follow; it's not that hard. The managers should pay a visit there, unannounced. I do not recommend this place.

18/04/2026: The pizzas are so good 😋 The service is pretty good. And the atmosphere is that of a typical pizzeria.

30/03/2026: We had pizza and tacos. The pizza was okay, but the tacos, which were just meat, potatoes, and tons of salsa, made us sick. Street food has definitely gone downhill. They even charged us for drinks that were already included in the combo…

23/01/2026: I don't understand why the restaurant is temporarily closed. We used to go there regularly, and suddenly it's gone. We were big fans and really disappointed to find the restaurant closed for months.

24/09/2025: Disappointment. The buffet looked nice, but it tasted reheated; nothing was crispy in the fried food, not even the rice. The wok was fine. I know many products can be frozen, but you can have things that don't come out of a microwave. A year or two ago, it wasn't like this; it was good, fresh, and crispy, so we went without hesitation. Well, no thanks, we won't be going back anytime soon.

29/06/2026: To begin with, it's hot, and there's no air conditioning during this heatwave! The staff is terrible, both in their manner of speaking and their behavior. The manager there spoke to me as if I were a Chinese worker, paid three cents an hour. His language needs to be reviewed! And his way of doing things is appalling. The smells are nauseating, not to mention the state of cleanliness. Never again. I'm not coming back.

29/06/2026: Took 20 minutes to give us our ice cream even after we asked about it twice. Took a French lady to ask them, for them to give us our food. Completely dismissed us cause we didn’t speak French??

11/05/2026: I stopped by this morning since I was 15 minutes early for an appointment. I said hello when I walked in, but there was no response (two servers were there, one tidying up and the other preparing a drink). I figured they were busy, so I went to the register to order and waited patiently for them to be available... then impatiently (lingering glances, "well..."). After five minutes during which neither of them looked at me or asked if I wanted to order, I finally left. I did say "have a good day anyway," and again, no response. It's quite incomprehensible; it's basic customer service, after all. And it was clearly open since they served someone just as I walked in (and it was 8 a.m.). It's not like Starbucks is particularly good or cheap, it's just that you usually know you'll be served efficiently and get your coffee before leaving. So clearly there's no point in this one...

02/07/2026: Very average, with so-so preparation and undercooked fries. And a small cockroach scampering about two kilometers away, and a long queue…

01/07/2026: I waited significantly longer than anyone else and wasn't even offered any compensation, despite only asking for a replacement World Cup glass as compensation, since I didn't like the design.

02/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! I've never placed an order without a hitch, whether it's drive-thru, click and collect, or in person. Everyone there is incompetent, from the cashier to the manager. Either things are missing, or the fries are cold, etc. ... and don't even get me started on their rudeness! In short, order your meals elsewhere.

01/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered 2 ice creams and received 2 soups. I only ordered ice creams, and they forgot my ice creams on the counter. I got melted ice cream and was charged extra. No apology, and this isn't the first time this has happened. The manager is rude and insulted customers. It's a daily occurrence. In short, avoid this place. I'd rather get my soup somewhere else.

12/06/2026: The staff slowed us down so much we felt like we were waiting for a blessing, it was incredibly frustrating.

10/06/2026: HORRIBLE! BY FAR THE WORST MC DONALDS IN PARIS! SLOW, COLD FOOD, HORRIBLE!!!!! Beware and Run!

30/05/2026: It's a disgrace. I give zero stars to the downtown McDonald's. It's a disaster. We ordered through Uber Eats. The first delivery driver canceled, which delayed the order. The second driver contacted us, saying he didn't have the order and that McDonald's had lost it. He told us we needed to request a refund on their website, which I tried to do, but to no avail. My husband had to go there and encountered a third driver who asked us to reorder, knowing my husband was there to pick it up. We told him the manager had made a mistake and deleted some orders from his till. Once we got home, we were shocked to find they'd forgotten half of our order. We even found a piece of plastic from the drink machine in my son's Coke—frankly, the hygiene is terrible... I strongly advise against going to the downtown McDonald's; avoid it at all costs. I want to clarify that despite the issue I had with Uber Eats, which was eventually resolved, McDonald's, on the other hand, failed to do its job properly... Especially considering I paid €47.47 for such a terrible experience. I kept the drink and plan to go back later to get a refund.

28/05/2026: Today at 10:30 PM I ordered delivery, it arrived at 11:15 PM. I ordered a beef mozzarella and instead received a CBO. Perhaps you should check the eyesight of your evening staff. Also, the small ranch wraps were not good at all; they were missing fried onions and the sauce was the CBO sauce. I know you hire disabled people and people who can't read, but I didn't know you hired blind people. This is a real low point for the McDonald's in Nevers; it's not great to begin with.

07/12/2025: The brasserie is very well located. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is good. The price-performance ratio is quite reasonable. The service, however, is inconsistent. Sometimes you are greeted warmly with a smile and genuine friendliness, sometimes it is mediocre, arrogant, or even impossible. It all depends on the server. The 3-star rating reflects these service fluctuations.

09/06/2026: Tiny McDonald's with hardly anywhere to sit inside. Take a 5 minute stroll to the other one further along the docks.

03/06/2026: The food is like the rest of the chain, but the bathrooms are dirty, and the tables are the same.

17/04/2026: The service was quick and excellent. The food was hot and very tasty. In short, complete satisfaction! A special shout-out to Hina for her warm welcome and efficiency! 😉

08/04/2026: I've never seen a McDonald's this dirty. Nothing's right; they messed up my order, which took an hour to arrive, and when I pointed it out, they just breathed on me. It's noisy, and the staff are really unfriendly. I don't understand how such a place is still open.
