14/06/2026: A very bad experience. From the very first contact, the person I spoke to on the phone was particularly arrogant and condescending. You get the impression you're bothering them more than being a customer. They were very self-assured, but unfortunately, this wasn't reflected in the quality of service. I asked for hot sauce several times, and only one was provided. As for the pizza, it arrived uncut, which isn't very practical for a takeout order. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the manager's attitude. He seemed convinced he knew everything and showed little concern for his customers' needs. A little more respect, attentiveness, and humility wouldn't hurt. For me, this will be a first and a last visit.

30/07/2026: I ordered a foie gras delight... I ended up with a tomato base pizza, without mushrooms, without onion and without foie gras... A bit shameful, really!

27/07/2026: It was okay, but nothing to write home about. It was very slow, and the hygiene was questionable: seeing an employee fill sauce containers with their fingers, without gloves, then go serve customers and redo the cooking... it's not very hygienic.

19/08/2026: Very poor service, long wait for your food. Unfriendly employees, and when you finally get the food, it is cold as well.

30/06/2026: During the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival), I went to this restaurant to use the restroom. I was told I had to make a purchase to access it. As a regular customer of this chain, I was very surprised by this practice, which I experienced as a forced purchase. I understand that an establishment may reserve its restrooms for its customers, but given the particularly busy evening, I would have appreciated more understanding or at least more respectful communication. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my opinion of this establishment. I hope that management will take this type of feedback into account in order to improve customer service.

21/05/2025: Hello, I'm a customer at Memphis, but I went there today and the meal was disgusting. They still dared to charge me €27! The Memphis sauce wasn't even fresh; I have photos—it was all yellow.

28/08/2026: Good burger, but an outrageously expensive bill. Kids' meals are around €15, which is really steep, especially for children aged 3 and 6. Regular burgers, served with fries but without a drink, start at €18, and extras cost at least €2. In short, we ended up with a hefty bill of €70 for four people (two adults and two children under 6), without drinks or dessert. All this just to order at a kiosk, eat at an uncleaned table, and from plastic containers. It's better than McDonald's, but it's not worth three times the price. Ouch…

11/07/2026: I came in early June to order a personalized chocolate bar for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, which was planned for early July. I ordered well in advance to make sure the delivery time wouldn't be a problem, which they assured me wouldn't be. "Even a week before would be fine," they told me! By "they," I mean the owner. I came back 10 days before my order to clarify the details again, and there were still no problems. My order was correctly noted in the order book for Friday the 4th, instead of Saturday the 5th, "that way we're sure it will be ready," they confirmed again (still the owner). I came on Saturday morning, July 5th, as agreed, eager to see the famous €50 chocolate bar... I was greeted by the saleswoman, who gave me a funny look when I told her I was there to pick up my order. Then a young man came along and told me it didn't ring a bell... that he'd check in the back, but there was no order like that... He confidently opened the order book to prove to me that the order didn't exist, only to find, to his dismay, that it did, with my phone number, all the details, and the sketch... I started to turn pale, unlike him. He went back, came back, and finally informed me that my order had "been forgotten! That it never happens, that it's just bad luck! And that's that..." I'm not talking about luck, but about professionalism, about seriousness. And clearly, you lacked it. The order book wasn't overflowing with orders; it wasn't Christmas or Easter. And to top it off, the boss didn't even bother to show his face, preferring to send his apprentice to do the dirty work! I'm not thanking you, not at all. Absolutely no professionalism! And I will never set foot in your shop again!

30/06/2026: The employee barely said hello, the fries were frozen and not good, and the sandwich was disgusting. I think there was even a worm in my burger. The employee gave me a dirty look and wasn't polite at all.

15/04/2026: Honestly, I'm very disappointed. The food wasn't good at all, and on top of that, the staff were rude to customers, which is completely unacceptable. The worst part is that I've even found hair in my food... the hygiene is appalling. I definitely don't recommend it.

14/08/2026: Hello, I wish to express my opinion, not about the food, but about the service and the poor behavior of someone who works at your restaurant. I don't know his name, but I'll describe him as a large white man from whom I collected my order. He was disrespectful and spoke to me rudely, as if I were there to eat for free. At the end, he told me I was stressing him out, even though I only asked for a glass of water. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, specializing in French cuisine. I started as a manager and am currently a director. I have never disrespected a customer, despite the stress and pressure inherent in this field. Even when you encounter disrespectful customers, you maintain control to protect the restaurant's image. This person is tarnishing your reputation. Sincerely.

06/08/2026: Hello, I came with my children to eat a meal deal. The fries were like cold cardboard, and I ordered a dry, inedible hamburger. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place for families.

22/08/2026: The food is very good, Samba is very kind, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend it!

17/08/2026: The restaurant is very well located in the old town and the food is excellent. The waiters were incredibly friendly, offering us the desserts from the next table who had left before they could enjoy them.

09/08/2026: I ordered Maxi meals through Uber Eats and they didn't honor the deal. I ordered a "Maxi" Double Cheeseburger with fries and melted cheese, and another Maxi Filet-O-Fish meal. There were very few fries, almost tiny like in a kids' meal, even though I paid extra for more. Even the double cheeseburger was stingy.

16/05/2026: …yet another crazy thing, 2 McFlurries that cost €9+ and they forgot to put the M&Ms inside LOL. They've forgotten my click & collect order 2-3 times, forgotten sandwiches in orders, and so on! People are riding bikes and scooters in McDonald's LOL, a McDonald's scares you! My thoughts are with those who work there, but unfortunately, there's a lot of incompetence!
