22/09/2024: Lack of professionalism highlighted by the staff, lack of hygiene in the toilets when you go to wash your hands and mice passing through the hall. I will never set foot in this McDonald's again
14/09/2024: I noticed a big difference between the McDonald's in Italy and those in France. In Italy, everything is well maintained, there are lots of staff and the service is really fast. In France, it's quite the opposite: few employees, waste on the floor and frankly mediocre service. We have the impression that the employees are not motivated at all. And what's more, the quality of the food is really disappointing.
Too bad we can't rate it at 0 stars

18/09/2024: I would like to thank you again for your work on my partner's birthday cake design. It was a treat, all the friends appreciated it. The sponge cake is well aerated and soaked, the cream is delicious, no fatty or pronounced sweet taste. The final look is luxurious and professional. Best wishes

15/09/2024: 2 incomplete orders! In one the sandwich is missing and in the other they put a bucket for 2 instead of 4!! And even so, there are missing tenders in the bucket of 2! On the other hand, they don't forget to cash in!
The staff at the counter don't understand our request... fortunately a manager who listens despite everything... in short, it's been a while since I've been here and I'm disappointed with the service...

40 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru for ice cream only to end up saying “the machine is broken”.
A poster at the entrance to the drive to warn customers Mr “the manager”, simple and effective.
Excuse from the employee from whom I ask for a small gesture from them for this long wait after a day of work, the employee clearly intends to do so but the well-known manager who farts loudly refuses this small gesture and tells me say it to your face. It goes without saying...
06/09/2024: Avoid between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. Not for the kitchen but for these poorly educated middle school/high school students who are ignorant of how to live together who allow themselves to pass in front of everyone, sniggering despite being in a queue. It is better to favor the drive at this time.

01/04/2024: Very disappointing, there is always something forgotten: drink? Fries or others. The worst part is that we tell them and zero commercial gesture, no excuses: despite calls, emails, comments etc. Prices are changing, very expensive. The burger menu is decreasing for no reason. Very very disappointing and I won't go again!
01/04/2024: Très décevant, il y a tjr un oubli: boisson? Frites ou autres. Le pire, c’est qu’on leur dit et zéro geste commercial, pas d’excuses: malgré des appels, e-mails, commentaires etc. Les prix sont changeants, très chers. La carte de burger diminue sans raison. Très très décevant et je n’irai plus!

08/09/2024: Only one car in front of me, but still 35 minutes of waiting, none of the 5 sauces ordered were in the bag, the MC flurry was half filled, the fries and potatoes also half filled (as usual).
In the end we ate cold since the orders are prepared well in advance...
In short, worse and worse...
If it were possible to think a little about your customers who work to be able to come and eat at your place and who pay a lot of money for not much...

What a dismay to read the other comments in this unpleasant and poorly educated society... We had an excellent time and will come back during our future visits to Armorican soil. 13/09/2024: ZERO, we arrived at 7:30 p.m., left at 9 p.m. without having eaten any dishes or dessert. 1h30 to serve 8 miserable crappy tapas. No excuses.
People who arrived half an hour after us had finished their meal by the time we decided to leave.
Change jobs, Buffalo Lannion you are the shame of the restaurant industry and that’s saying something!
