22/05/2026: To be perfectly honest, I wasn't expecting to find food that was mostly salty. In terms of quality, it was completely unappealing, especially since it had almost no flavor; you barely wanted to finish it. In short, I prefer to make my own salad, but I know the food quality is better.

29/06/2026: Catastrophic experience. The ice cream the size of an espresso shot was 3 euros ! Ordered veggie chicken nuggets in a menue for 10 euros. They brought the drink and fries but not the nuggets. When I went to the counter to tell them they are still missing they said we are out. Why not tell me when you bring the food ? No other vegetarian option available. At some point they found some, so I got them when everyone had finished their food. The sauce I had ordered was also not available they didn't ask me and just gave me another one with no info that they are out. Slow service, bathroom was dirty, and the fries cold and old. This was not a McDonald's experience at all

12/06/2026: Worst McDonald's experience ever. I placed a home delivery order, and I received someone else's order! If there had been any similarities between my order and the other person's, I could have overlooked it… but the orders were COMPLETELY different. It's deplorable and a real shame. Then, when I went back to the restaurant to ask them to remake my order correctly, the staff simply refused and left without even saying goodbye. And don't even get me started on the hygiene inside… I'm so glad I didn't end up eating burgers from that restaurant…

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

14/05/2026: ***Unacceptable*** While at the McDonald's in Tournus on Wednesday, April 22nd at 4 PM, I ordered two McFlurries, one of which was a Kit Kat with only 6 or 7 crunchy bits. As a regular customer, I know the portion is normally more generous, but the manager refused to add more, claiming it was the standard amount. I am extremely dissatisfied; she showed absolutely no customer service skills. Next time, we will go to McDonald's restaurants in other cities, from Mâcon to Chalon-sur-Saône.

10/05/2026: An error in the order! Several messages sent on Messenger, several calls, but no response!!! We ordered two Golden Ligue 1 meals and nuggets to go. We received vegan nuggets when we had ordered regular ones, and one sandwich from the Golden Ligue 1 meal was missing. We went back to the restaurant, and they refused to remake our order. They simply made the missing sandwich and the nuggets. Result: A completely cold meal, cold Croque McDo, cold fries, and a flat drink. (Because by the time they went to get the missing sandwich and nuggets, the rest of the order was completely cold.) Outrageous! Especially since it's not the first time! No gesture of goodwill (well, except for one Sunday). P.S.: Thanks for the gift! For the price, it's unbelievable that they didn't remake our order! The worst part? No response! This McDonald's is completely abandoned!

19/05/2026: Stopped by the McDonald's drive-thru in Dole this afternoon. The staff was pleasant, and the service was smooth despite the crowds. I was in a hurry, and the order was taken quickly and efficiently. My order was complete when I picked it up; nothing was missing. The team was efficient and remained friendly and pleasant, even during peak hours. Very happy with my visit! 👍

11/05/2026: The chicken was undercooked and still pink. Luckily, I always check before eating, otherwise I would have definitely ended up in the emergency room or the morgue. The staff really need to realize that this can be serious, even fatal, for vulnerable people. If you eat at this restaurant, check thoroughly before eating, especially for your children.

09/06/2026: Here is the review I wrote yesterday: This place is spacious, pleasant, and particularly well located. But what a shame to have an experience marred by the unpleasant behavior of a staff member. I intended to name them, but my personal ethics prevent me from doing so. I will therefore return to my usual Starbucks in Passage du Havre or Pyramides, where the staff are smiling, welcoming, and particularly friendly. Today, I received a completely useless automated reply (which can be seen below). So, let me clarify: - The service is catastrophic. The staff are unpleasant, disdainful, have absolutely no sense of customer service, and make inappropriate remarks (between conversations amongst themselves! - they seem to be having a great time!), - The state of the restrooms is appalling. I cannot take a photo for fear of traumatizing readers. Please make a serious effort. Instruct your teams to be professional, courteous, and respectful, and clean the restrooms several times a day. The size of the facility warrants it. I hope this feedback helps you improve significantly!

22/05/2026: Drive-thru visit today Two large buses were entering the restaurant as we were going through the drive-thru. I sincerely want to applaud the team on duty; we were informed from the start that there would be a 10-minute delay. This timeframe was met perfectly despite the crowds! An employee came to help out before his scheduled shift to ease the burden on the team. This demonstrates a very positive atmosphere. I sincerely believe that such high-quality service deserves recognition. Well done, team!

16/05/2026: Why did we only receive part of our order, served on tables that weren't very clean, with lukewarm or even cold food? I now understand why there was nobody there during peak hours.

13/05/2026: I ordered the Big Tasty with rösti but received a regular Big Tasty despite paying more! My meal was cold. Things were missing from my order! There were fries instead of potatoes, and no sauce in my small wrap. The service was appalling, with a long wait and staff who seemed just as annoyed as I was! Thank goodness new fast food restaurants are opening in Pont-Audemer (BK)!!!! For a total of 70 euros, it's a disgrace!

18/05/2026: It's impossible to customize a burger like before since April 2026, even with allergies and even with the veggie burger, which is possible at other food outlets in the park! They only offer an allergy-free menu, which is really bad. It's unacceptable considering the price of over €20 for a meal; they should at least make an exception for disabled customers with allergies. There's no priority for disabled customers. They only offer the ordering kiosk, and then if you pay in cash, you have to go back to the non-priority line and then wait again to get your order… In total, almost 40 minutes of waiting to get your order—horrible! The burgers are basic quality with little sauce and are therefore dry. I recommend them, but not this particular food outlet. Nuggets aren't offered as part of a meal deal, even though they are available as part of a meal deal at Adventure World—truly surprising. There are no tables adapted for disabled people, but fortunately, all levels are accessible thanks to two ramps.
