22/09/2024: We are told 1 hour for delivery, after having called them and stayed 10 minutes waiting because it was not delivered on time we are told 20 minutes more, 2 hours later finally the Pizza,
No respect for the customer. I don't recommend these people

24/09/2024: The worst Mc i have been in all my life, they served my order without 3 of the 6 items i payed for, i had to ask 3 times and the waiter looked rudely because i did it (one for each even tho i pointed that i had missing items no item), they also take to long, go to any other place in the Airport besides this McDonalds 0/5 experience!!
17/09/2024: I don't even understand how a 20 minute wait does not automatically translate to hot food. At the McDonald's at CDG Airport in France, we waited that long for cold burgers (cheese wouldn't even melt), hard, cold fries and diet Coke when regular Coke was ordered. When we left our flight was boarding so we could not go back for a refund. If you are in the airport, this McDonald's is steps away from a small bakery called Paul's. Go there instead for a better dining experience. It's McDonalds, geez! How hard is it to get a hot burger?

07/09/2024: Friendly staff, however excessive waiting time just to take our orders, to get the dishes too! The prices are excessive and not even justified by the cuisine which is basic, nothing exceptional. You can find better at the local brasserie. I absolutely don't recommend it, it's my humble opinion.
05/08/2024: They acted on the basis of RACISM .most disgusting place I have ever seen in my life...I faced a very bad experience in the entrance with my tickets which i brought in DICE application...the SECURITY OFFICERS did not ALLOW to enter the club the person who is incharge took a photograph of my ticket and he said he will refund tomorrow.he did not respect the customers..still i did not get my tickets refund.any BLACK SKIN or ASIAN people please do not buy tickets and waste your time...

24/09/2024: Burgers excellents et cadre exceptionnnel, situé au sein du Centre Commercial de Cap 3000, mais à seulement quelques pas de la plage! Le burger végétarien très bon!
Seul petit bémol: les prix un peu élevés (boissons), mais justifiés par le cadre. Vivement conseillé pour une pause agréable pendant une journée shopping.
13/09/2024: Not satisfied with the evening. We arrive already, hair on the table and huge screw on the table too...
Expensive dish. Children's menu where we are not warned of the absence of compote which is in the choice of desserts. Fridge problem so no choice of a la carte dessert. I am asking for a commercial gesture for the non-complete children's menu, no gesture made because they do not have the authorization...
Burger not very tasty... we won't try the experience again...

27/09/2024: Wow, I didn't think that was possible but it is. It was terrible, a supposed "Mexican pizza" but drowned in Algerian sauce (because why not) with chorizo (I imagine) which make an appearance, and where the pepper seems absent.
For a low price of 15€ (with drink and maybe a food infection)

25/09/2024: It's a somewhat aging chain that should review or renew its concept. The cocktails are very bland, they are really very very light. The motorbike I ordered and the worst moritos, very little alcohol, liquid sugar, lots of non-carbonated water. The meat isn't great. No more Charolais sirloin for a meat-oriented establishment, it's ugly!!! I'm not giving it a star so as not to be too mean, but it comes very close. I don't recommend it for family time but just a lunch canteen

02/10/2024: Strange system: You have to order directly at the door and get a receipt for it. You will then be led to a table. Nothing happens for 15 minutes. Then someone comes and gets the receipts. Even though the lady was very friendly, you get the feeling that the "system" doesn't work properly.
The food was ok - nothing more and very overpriced for the price, even in Disneyland. :(
02/10/2024: Waiting nearly 20 minutes just for someone to take our ticket. 3 couples given drinks and food who came in after us. Absolute joke.

07/07/2025: They should launch an internal competition to see who forgets the sauces the most times. When you allow yourself to charge for sauces and there isn't a single time when they aren't forgotten, you have to question yourself. Madness.
03/07/2025: UNACCEPTABLE! 20 minutes at the drive-thru with no one in front of us. I honked at the woman who answered, told us we were giving her a hard time, and hung up. Five minutes later, still no answer at the drive-thru, and once we left, the woman gave us the finger at the drive-thru window.
This is completely unacceptable behavior and must be punished by McDonald's as soon as possible!
Never again in Chalons-en-Champagne!

21/09/2024: Clearly industrial cuisine! The only incredible thing here is the value for money! Frozen fries are easier to eat than the rest... The burgers are huge, it's true because they are essentially only made of bread, the quality and taste of which remains very questionable. As for the 2 salad leaves drowned in bottled vinaigrette... What can I say... Even the coffee is served with a tagada strawberry 😅 Really disgusted to be robbed like this...
