16/07/2026: I came today, received a pleasant welcome, had a great time, the team was fantastic, the staff were friendly, come and you won't be disappointed, it's peaceful and the music is nice, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly

14/07/2026: Arriving at 7:40 PM and being served at 8:55 PM is unacceptable, especially coming from a "FAST Food" restaurant. I strongly advise against going there.

08/05/2026: I used to love this place, it had such great food, a great vibe and the staff was so fun. Unfortunately not anymore since it changed hands. The food is not horrible, but just average. Choice went down, prices went up. But most of all, the vibe is gone. It used to be a chill place with chill snowboarders, it used to be fun to hang here. Now it’s skiers (nothing against skiers, just a different vibe), or pop music from some random radio station and pretty empty. Nothing special anymore. And yes, they also got my order wrong (which wasn’t anything hard, just a burger and twister fries). I’ll miss the old place and won’t be returning here anymore.

25/04/2026: Stopped by on the way to Montreuil sur mer, disappointingly bad iced latte for 5€- was way too milky; matcha cookie for 3.5€ didn’t taste like matcha at all. Won’t recommend.

14/08/2026: I rarely eat at fast food restaurants, but what a nasty surprise to discover how overpriced they are now. Paying €3.70 for a McDonald's croque monsieur, which would barely feed a two-year-old, it's so small and flat, is a rip-off. The same goes for the burgers. There must be a factor of two or three between the ones shown on TV and the crepes sold at exorbitant prices here. The only advantage is that you probably won't become obese by eating there regularly. It's truly appalling. I don't think Pierrelatte is popular enough to justify such prices. It's not a question of resources, but of respect for consumers. And don't give us the "quality ingredients" line; there aren't any in the recipes. Even the fries are pathetic.

18/08/2026: The dining room closes at 11 PM, forcing us to eat outside. Furthermore, there's no service at 11:30 PM, only drive-thru, even though it's supposed to close at midnight...

15/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service after an order issue I wanted to update my previous review of the McDonald’s in Pamiers because I felt it was important to highlight how well my problem was handled by the restaurant team. Following my previous review about an order that unfortunately went very wrong, Aurore responded directly, offering to invite me to the restaurant to discuss the issue and find a solution. So I went to the restaurant, and I really want to commend her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. She took the time to understand the situation, sincerely apologized, and was incredibly understanding. Most importantly, she took charge immediately and offered a solution that even exceeded my expectations, which I greatly appreciated. The problem was resolved quickly and very professionally. This is exactly the kind of reaction you expect from an establishment when a problem arises. I think it's important to point this out because, while I don't hesitate to report a bad experience, I also think it's only right to commend an establishment when it recognizes a problem and takes the necessary steps to resolve it. A big thank you to Aurore for her warm welcome, attentiveness, and professionalism, as well as to the entire restaurant team. 🙏 I left with a very positive impression and will gladly return to this restaurant. I therefore recommend this McDonald's today, particularly for the quality of the service and the follow-up when a problem is reported. This just goes to show that a bad experience can also turn into a very good customer experience when the establishment truly knows how to take charge. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

01/08/2026: I ordered a salmon poke bowl to go and was disappointed because the rice was bland with very little sauce, there was hardly any salmon, and a third of the avocado was black and inedible, but they left it in anyway. It was canned mango, which was very poor value for money. I didn't enjoy my meal, although the staff were pleasant.

14/07/2026: Terrible...deserves zero stars. The terrace was packed for the match at 8 pm...we waited 50 minutes for a drink, finally going to the bar, and when we ordered our food, after a one-hour wait...they offered us tapas because of a problem in the kitchen...it was match night...and only two servers...for a full terrace...shameful and disrespectful to the young servers.

24/06/2026: Hello, I came on June 24, 2026. We ordered three burger meals with macaroni and cheese for €37.70. We were completely ripped off: frozen buns, flat, frozen patties, no salad, and really bad macaroni with cheese that tasted like chemicals, not dairy at all. It was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here; avoid it at all costs.

08/08/2026: The staff were friendly. The cherry tomatoes and red onions were nice little touches. However, I had stomach pains the next day. A friend of mine did too. Was it really the kebab? I have my doubts, but I haven't dared go back since.

15/04/2026: Hello, I've never had any problems with the Subway concept; I had one right at the foot of my tower block on Place Strasbourg. It had become my son's favorite restaurant. At the same time, my sister and I were watching the TV series Chuck, which was sponsored by the Subway chain. Yesterday, I wanted to do things the old-fashioned way: get a 12-inch sandwich cut in half and share the drinks with my two nephews (so 15 cm each). There must have been some confusion because, yes, the nephew ordered the strawberry water and the fruit compotes. I ended up with a bill of €21.40 for two meals! With barely two vegetables in each. I know they have smaller portions, etc., but the 12-inch sandwich, cut in half, with 10 cl of drink each would have been enough. A bit of a hiccup, considering I was babysitting for my sister and had to send the bill.

We contacted the kitchen staff more than three times, insisting that the order was being processed. The order had been forgotten. The manager on duty that day, May 22, 2026, at 11:14 PM, refused to offer any compensation. After reminding him of the rules regarding delays, and despite also being an employee of the company, the manager seemed unaware of them. 02/07/2026: It's not the same quality as before. I've known Berko since its beginnings, and the owners are no longer the same, nor is the quality of the ingredients used: very little choice and very expensive for the price. The cakes are ordinary and cheap, just like the packaging.

07/08/2026: This is my fourth time at My Ami, and the experience is always excellent. The burgers are delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the owner is incredibly kind. Plus, the 60s decor is really cool. I highly recommend My Ami to you, whether you're with friends or family. Go for it!

07/08/2026: We stopped by Hazard for a drink on Wednesday. The welcome was very lukewarm; we were stared at from head to toe by a young woman and a young man, plus a gentleman. The worst part, actually, was the toilets: dilapidated and disgusting, a horror to avoid.
