31/07/2026: On July 31st around 7:15 PM, the service was excellent. I ordered a drive-thru, and everything was perfectly synchronized in the kitchen. The restaurant was clean. The staff was pleasant, almost a model of excellence for McDonald's, which are failing in this regard. Because people check the orders before sending them out. I'm not usually one to give compliments.

29/07/2026: Monfils went to pick this up, got home, and surprise, it wasn't the right order. I called, and guess what? I'm the one who got yelled at. I had a haughty, unpleasant, arrogant, contemptuous, and disdainful person on my end. Miss, I understand it's not pleasant working at McDonald's, but here's a piece of advice: change careers.

02/08/2026: Now you absolutely have to place your order yourself on the touchscreens and then it's like a factory... You wait for your delivery, the drive-through is much faster... and on top of that, there are ingredients I can no longer digest... I'd rather avoid going back because the food is really bad!!!

25/07/2026: Several mistakes have been made in the drink and burger selections on my visits. The last time, I politely pointed out that one of the drinks wasn't filled equally to the other. The manager was condescending and got angry. She's very disrespectful and doesn't have the right profile to be a manager.

10/08/2026: On Monday evening, during our visit to the area, the restaurant was very clean and the service impeccable. The double fish burgers were piping hot and not crooked like in some other McDonald's. Kudos to the team. Surprised by the recent negative reviews, but I suppose everyone has an off day.

09/08/2026: We arrived, parked in the lot, and the sign on the door said "Entrance to the terrace." So far, so good. We headed towards the terrace entrance, and it was closed. Then we went inside, and were told we couldn't order anymore; it was 10:20 PM and they closed at midnight. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, the employees were unprofessional; they were looking at their phones and talking rudely to each other. I do not recommend this place!

19/03/2026: The service is fast, the cooks are pleasant and welcoming, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

10/08/2026: The service was a bit slow and the toilet paper was rather thin... But apart from that, quite satisfactory.

09/08/2026: No air conditioning, it's hot 🥵 and takes longer than other McDonald's. In short, go to Douai, Arras, or Hénin-Beaumont!

30/04/2026: There's a major cleanliness problem on the street because of delivery drivers who have no respect and throw absolutely everything on the ground—all their food, cans, cigarette butts… the businesses are responsible for this. If you don't condone this, don't order from them.

19/04/2026: My Deliveroo order was very disappointing. I found hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

16/02/2026: The bread and pastries are absolutely delicious. The bakery also offers magnificent trompe-l'œil creations, as surprising as they are tempting. The welcome is warm. I highly recommend this place: it's definitely worth a visit.

10/08/2026: I ate really well, there were a few small things that weren't to my taste (to each their own 😀) the staff were very attentive, thank you to uh too.

15/08/2026: So it's a very nice place, we were well received, the only problem is that we wanted to eat there but inside without air conditioning it's extremely hot and it's not possible!!!!!

15/08/2026: The bagel was good, but the manager rolled her eyes when I asked for an extra napkin.

23/06/2026: I don't recommend it. It's better to order the bread without a set menu. In the end, they charge you an extra 0.50 cents for the drink, even though it's already included in the set menu! It's a rip-off! For drinks, you pay almost the price of a 15-centimeter loaf of bread!

20/06/2026: This Subway refuses to apply the discounts that are available in other Subways in Paris (the daily 30-minute sub at 6 euros is refused, for example).

20/04/2026: I chose sorbets: Strawberry basil Apricot rosemary with lime I like tangy flavors, and these sorbets were very icy with little bits of ice in the lime flavor. The flavors are original; I liked it—a nice change. The waitress was very friendly. There are small streets lined with little shops, but in April, it wasn't too hot and there weren't many people. A perfect visit.

09/04/2026: Expensive ice cream (€7.50 for 3 scoops), not very tasty, and some had ice crystals. It was very disappointing. The worst stracciatella we've ever had.

06/07/2026: Bertrand at the drive-thru is absolutely kind, very friendly and professional.

04/07/2026: I ordered two milkshakes, a large and a small. I realized afterward that I'd paid more than the listed price. I waited 10 minutes and decided to go to the counter, even though there was hardly anyone there. They told me it was a bit early and that they were just getting served. Twenty minutes later, so 30 minutes after placing my order, I went back to the counter. I gave them my receipt, and they asked me what I'd ordered. It's already unbelievable, but whatever. I was served in a minute, without any friendliness whatsoever. And honestly, what's with the size difference between a large and a small milkshake? For almost €2 more! This isn't an isolated incident. The few times I've been there, the wait has always been very long. To top it all off, none of the tables were actually clean, and I heard there were more free gifts with Happy Meals, etc. This restaurant clearly needs to rethink how it operates.

08/08/2026: I ate very well. You can decide what ingredients to put in the sandwich or get a menu. You can also choose the bread, the size between large or small. The only thing was that it was a little heavy, but it was delicious. I hope to go back soon :)

30/07/2026: My son placed an order through Uber Eats, but half of it was missing and there was an error with the drink. My son called, and the manager told him to call back as soon as he placed the order again, which my son did some time later, but it was impossible to reach anyone! Not fair to a young apprentice who just wants to treat himself now and then. Thank you for your response, Subway, after a month already! And how am I supposed to contact you when no one answers the phone, which my son has done dozens of times?!

20/01/2026: Relaxed atmosphere with a cool Western decor. The dishes are simple but satisfying.

26/12/2025: I highly recommend this very pleasant place and the food is good.

03/08/2026: Tested via delivery: rather disappointing. The burgers were okay, but nothing special. The fries were completely uninteresting and quite expensive: €5.10 for a small portion of soggy fries with a hint of cheese. They seemed undercooked. Keep in mind that the delivery time probably didn't help, but it really wasn't satisfactory.

23/07/2026: I've only tried Roomies through Uber Eats and I'm always satisfied. The only downside is that the fries aren't always fully cooked, but they're still very good. Thank you so much :)
