19/08/2024: This day, there was an employee taking orders outside with a tablet, the manager came and asked customers behind me if they knew what they were going to order, and he directed them to the cash registers inside, three customers in a row, which means that three customers passed in front of me. 28/01/2025: Pfff as always deplorable service. Once again an item was missing from my order. By the time they were finally served, well the rest was cold. Two Mac Donalds restaurants in the town, two lousy restaurants… BK to the rescue

05/08/2024: Disappointed and as with every order something is forgotten… The time before it was the children's games (still good...) the next time 8 patetos are missing! Last order today, order a “small beef” result instead a fish burger, Mac Fleury kitkat + supplement of 40 cents of chocolate, result no chocolate 😡 in short it was the last time!!!!!

14/01/2025: A phenomenal wait time every time. Professionalism never seen before. The girl tells me “go to the McDo in Bellerive-sur-Allier” but at what time? Where is the meaning of communication?!! In addition, the pistachio mcflurry that I had to sell my clio 4 and my pancreas to pay for given the exorbitant price is almost empty! Also, I order several menu and NO SAUCE. What am I supposed to do with such incompetent people?!! Reimburse otherwise I'll call McDonald's France tomorrow! Special mention to the little lady who answered me, give her a business baccalaureate because we feel the years of RSA behind and the lack of diploma! 17/12/2024: The worst customer service, let me explain: Friday December 13, I went to the McDonald's in Mauropianne, Estaque. It was after noon when I picked up my order at the drive-thru. As soon as I asked the teammate how I could differentiate between the different drinks ordered (two Coke Zeros and one Coke, all the same size), she told me that she didn't know and that it was I had to taste all the drinks to “know” which drink was for whom. I thought for a few seconds that this solution, according to her, was a joke. So I asked her to resolve the problem and, once again, in an aggressive tone, she replied: “What do you want me to do, taste them to tell you?” Really annoyed at this point, I asked him to redo the drinks, using a pen or just pushing bubbles on the lid so I could differentiate the Coke from the other Coke Zeros. She then started arguing with me, saying that it was not her job to do such a thing and that if I tasted the Cokes, the solution would be resolved. Not only did I have to raise my voice to get my drinks refilled, but all the while I was being insulted by this vulgar and rude young girl who was yelling at me. I of course threatened to block the drive until a resolution was made on his part. So she made my drinks again while insulting me, knowing that her manager was standing two meters away from her and that at no time did he deign to intervene. I get my drinks and she insults me again. It was one time too many, so I blocked the drive and went out to warn her manager of her execrable behavior. This gentleman, moreover, did not seem surprised, apologized and turned his back on us. When I got home, I of course noticed that she had intentionally exchanged all the drinks. What is serious is that at that time, I was accompanied by two elderly diabetics; so we had to throw away all the drinks. So thank you McDonald's and thank you to this ill-mannered teammate, and to the useless manager.

15/12/2024: Frankly lousy service, it is missing every time on the orders to be avoided

08/09/2024: The filet o fish is just a bun with ketchup which is nothing like the posters which show it with salad and tartar sauce while the two bigmacs that we took were flat with very little sauce and no pickles. Coca-Cola and Fanta tasted like water.

07/09/2024: We received our 3 menus 40 minutes after our order. It was cold. In addition, my 12 year old daughter waited 20 minutes for her ice cream to be served. The young, scantily clad girls were served quickly. Everyone looked at her, I had to get up so she could have her ice cream. Knowing that it was placed in front of the kitchen/dining room entrance. What an evening!!!!! Mac do de Biganos is seriously deteriorating in terms of respect and meals.

12/12/2024: When taking the order at the terminal the waitress laughs with her colleagues and shouts into the microphone then leaves for several minutes before taking my Order, I waited 20 minutes before being served for only two maxi best of menu I do not recommend

14/12/2024: I've been to this McDonald's twice now. I was disappointed the first time like many comments, the sandwiches lacked sauces and the service was slow. I told myself that it was just a bad passage (even though there were really few people) and also the nugget offer. And there, this second time pissed me off to the point of giving this McDonald's 1*. The service OK, the trays dirty on arrival, I forgot my ice cream and they gave it to me half full (by the manager and given the price eh, it's excessive), I asked for two steaks I got one steak I'm going to get the second meat (and as a bonus the sandwich had a questionable taste) (there were very few people in the room once again). The manager but help, a person is in charge of serving the customers, he hears the fries and goes to take care of them so he leaves his post for 5 min, people start to group together (4-5) and she storms out, banging fingers and calling the guy with an authoritative voice but? You don't talk to people like that even if you're their superior. In short, I won't go back there again, I'll go to BK where it's much better than this horrible place (which greatly disappointed me with McDonald's) Update answer: I was talking about the sauces in the hamburger! If it's to eat 2 loaves of bread with dry meat in them and 2 melted cheeses, but give me my money back so I can make what I wanted to eat myself and advertise your merchandise If you were really attentive to your customers, this McDonald's would have had a team overhaul a long time ago, everyone is complaining about the same thing and has been for a while.
