It's only once we have paid that he comes to inform us that he will close the room in 10 minutes and offers to deliver us by drive. It's 0° outside and we have a long way to go. He could have informed us as soon as we arrived before we paid

17/01/2025: To flee. We arrive at reception, the staff cannot find our reservation. We would have been better off leaving. The room stinks of tobacco, we are provided with an air freshener bomb. The next day when we returned the room had not been made! The 12€ breakfast is simply a scam: You have to cry to get a slice of bread, the napkins are replaced by a roll of household paper, no coffee (the water is cut off because there are roadworks in the street etc.....)

03/01/2025: Three star hotel??! Absolutely not! It's not worth more than two The services are very poor We booked for 5 nights (because prepaid) Pillows without pillowcases, which we had to request. Every morning to "make the bed" they only pull the duvet over the bed, leaving the sheets wrinkled from the previous night. For the kettle: once only 1 sachet of coffee for two people, the next day there is no sugar, the next day they put the sugar but there are no teaspoons to mix it. One day we didn't even have glasses Empty soap dispensers in the bathroom. Roll holder removed, toilet paper stuck in the broken piece left resting on the shelf It's a shame because the location is convenient for getting around Alsace

25/09/2024: Impossible to reach them by phone I tried several, the number does not exist. They messed up on my main menu potatoes instead of the requested fries and the wrong Burger I asked for the new spicy mcchiken I ended up with the Classic! Clearly we're fed up! So now we have to open the Burgers to check? You lack professionalism! Not putting the number is to avoid giving discounts to all dissatisfied people??

26/09/2024: They attended very very quickly, so quickly that it is strange hahaha. It is more expensive than other McDonald's because it is close to Disney. The restaurant was not dirty but it was not extremely clean either, there were flies on the ceiling and the floor looked unmopped and had a strange smell. The burger had a strange aftertaste, like bitter almonds, I didn't like it.

23/09/2024: Those who have already worked at McDonald's will immediately understand what I'm talking about if I say that the timer... has run several times! 😂 But at this level… it’s unacceptable! There are many other places to eat nearby for the same price and you will eat so much better! By the way, the waitress immediately understood when I talked about a timer and immediately changed the sandwiches. Probably not the best McDonald's in France, perhaps one of the worst? 🤔 In any case, if you want a fresh burger made in the last minutes before your order, this is not the right place.

03/10/2024: The meal was very good if you know how to be patient because with only 1 preparer in addition to the server, in the evening, the wait is quite long. In addition, the security guard started wanting to fire me at 10:55 p.m. Whereas I had to go and ask for a small spoon at the counter, because I had been given a fork to eat my ice cream!! It should not be surprising if Quick lost customers and if the majority of restaurants of the chain were replaced by Burger King. The restaurant on the main avenue is more lively!! Too bad, you may have lost another customer this evening!

22/09/2024: Because I can't put 0. We will pick up menus from you (we are 10 minutes away). The menus are cold, not lukewarm but COLD. I asked for a MAXI Mcfirst CHICKEN menu, I got a “strandart” menu with fish knowing that I don’t eat it. Double cheese bacon without bacon obviously. Considering the price we pay, this is unacceptable. If you were to launch a new project, that of making “surprise menus” without changing anything, you are excellent.

02/09/2024: Honnêtement … serveurs horrible aucune empathie 0 pointé de tous les serveurs de nuit surtout la nouvelle 0/20 décevant déjà que l’on attendait rien! C’était encore plus nul que prévu Bravo à vous McDo Pacé en plus la nourriture n’était vraiment pas bien préparé vraiment vous êtes le McDo le plus nul où l’on peut manger bravo vous avez fait fort !! Je ne conseille à personne ce McDo !

01/09/2024: Following complaints from other customers, we were forced to check that nothing was missing... no luck, 8 nuggets out of 9, forced to ask for a stirrer for the coffee, lunar... Conversely, the ice creams and drinks were well stocked.

23/09/2024: The bill goes to McDonald's headquarters and not to the establishment. Only on a Monday at 9 a.m., I ask to turn down the sound which is very loud. 09/10/2024: Franchement, je vais souvent y manger avec les enfants. Mais depuis la réouverture 2024 rien ne va. L'équipe ne suis pas. Trop long...Les managers crie et nous renvoie le stress. Moi qui voulais manger dans le calme...louper.Commande sur place incomplète, froide. Mon fils mange et pas ma fille. Rebelote pour les sauces. Moi on me sert 10 min après. Donc finalement personne n'as manger en même temps. Wrap sans tomates avec tomates. Verre de ICE tea qui pue avec traces...je redemande gentiment pour changer de verre. Il me garde le verre et change le ICE tea imbuvable on aurait cru....

23/09/2024: Order received after 45 minutes. All the sandwiches were cold and they told me that I had to be good because I asked for hot sandwiches, I found that just deplorable and that when they brought me my second sandwiches they were barely lukewarm. I think there is a big problem with management and incompetent and really bad faith staff. And to date, we are not the only ones; we have encountered several unhappy customers. I think they really need to review the way they work. And above all the definition of fast food!!!!

07/09/2024: A choice of quality and varied products, the restaurant is clean and the staff are pleasant and responsive. 2 steps from the cinema and parking spaces. A good atmosphere and very affordable prices. I recommend!

12/08/2024: Very disappointed! The sandwiches are excellent and the service is disappointing! It was the first time we ate here, yes indeed not everyone knows Subway, the waitresses are not at all smiling or welcoming! We order a kids menu for €4 and end up paying €8 because it doesn't warn us that if we choose another cheese it no longer counts as a kids menu. This evening's rude waiter shouted at my wife during her order and her friend who laughed afterwards. Oh and we were more than respectful! More than smiling! It really pissed them off that we ate there. The sandwiches are good but some servers are disgusting, oh and 9:40 p.m. that tells us we can no longer eat there even though it closes at 10:30 p.m.! All this because we were recommended 3 times in a row, normal we wanted to taste first. Anyway, I plan to go back and treat them like they treated us!

01/08/2024: I have eaten there regularly in recent years without problems, but in recent months the service has deteriorated, and today I ate paper towels mixed with salad!! It disgusts me to the highest degree. I will definitely never go back there again.
