02/10/2026: On December 17, 2025, I ordered a bento cake. Due to an error on the website, I was told the transaction hadn't gone through. So I reordered the cake. It turned out I was charged twice. I requested a refund for the second order when I went to pick up my cake, and they assured me they would process it within 10 days. I haven't heard anything since. I've contacted them repeatedly by email and phone, but I either received no response or a "we'll get back to you." They simply don't care; they have no professional conscience. I've given up on them since then.

27/09/2026: 60 euros for an Oreo cake, super dry sponge and dense buttercream. Berko used to be much better, steer clear, there are better options everywhere, no point in wasting your money.

16/09/2026: Try the new chicken burger with the slightly sweet sauce. For those who like sweet and savory combinations, I recommend it.

04/10/2026: Appalling service today. Two and a half hours to eat, waiters incredibly slow... All this for expensive "dishes" where the food is literally thrown onto the plate (see photo). I've never seen such a mess and such poor service. The highlight of the show was the waiter named Claude, who has a face the size of a giant and places the plates carelessly. If he doesn't enjoy serving... he should leave!

02/10/2026: We went to Silver Spur for lunch after having dinner at Captain Jack’s the night before, where we had been quite disappointed, so expectations were honestly fairly low. To our pleasant surprise, Silver Spur turned out to be the complete opposite. Food-wise, this was probably the best meal we had in Disneyland Paris. The steak was genuinely delicious, cooked very well, and much better than we expected from a theme park restaurant. The service was also excellent friendly, attentive, and much more in line with the Disney experience we were hoping for. Overall, a really enjoyable lunch and one of the dining highlights of our trip. Highly recommended, especially if you want a proper sit-down meal with good food rather than just the atmosphere.

28/09/2026: We've never had such a bad meal at McDonald's! Everything was cold!!! Fries and hamburgers!

27/09/2026: It's a shame to have to wait 40 minutes to be served, especially since there were few people and customers who ordered after us were served much sooner. The staff is unwelcoming and not at all friendly. I had to ask for my entire order because they were missing coffee and ice cream, even though I wanted everything at once. I've been to other McDonald's where the staff were welcoming and friendly. McDoc Mâcon Sud. It's a shame the service is so slow and the staff are unfriendly.

01/10/2026: Unfortunately, a complete menu was missing from my order, and the person I spoke to on the phone was unkind and condescending.

23/09/2026: A 1 hour wait at the drive-thru when there are only 15 cars! I've never seen anything like it!

08/08/2026: I ate very well. You can decide what ingredients to put in the sandwich or get a menu. You can also choose the bread, the size between large or small. The only thing was that it was a little heavy, but it was delicious. I hope to go back soon :)

30/07/2026: My son placed an order through Uber Eats, but half of it was missing and there was an error with the drink. My son called, and the manager told him to call back as soon as he placed the order again, which my son did some time later, but it was impossible to reach anyone! Not fair to a young apprentice who just wants to treat himself now and then. Thank you for your response, Subway, after a month already! And how am I supposed to contact you when no one answers the phone, which my son has done dozens of times?!

13/09/2026: The service was fine, however, what was with that speed bump at the exit that damaged my car?! I went over it very slowly and it still hit my car!!! If I have to take it in for repairs because of that speed bump, I'm demanding compensation from the McDonald's in Champagne!!!!

10/10/2026: Unpleasant and arrogant staff. The bagels are practically empty considering the price. You can finish them in two bites! As subtle as poetry. Save your money!!

03/10/2026: A family business run with great success! From arrival to departure, everything was fantastic. A huge thank you to this wonderful family who run this establishment. The bagels are excellent. Thank you for your kindness.

04/10/2026: Order errors. Unhelpful. Unaccommodating; forced to go through the drive-thru twice because of their mistake (with a considerable wait, of course!). Avoid this place…

20/09/2026: The ice cream was served 10 minutes before the meals... when the meal arrived, my bacon sandwich had no bacon, and the cheddar fries were almost cold...

10/10/2026: Excellent pizzas and very helpful and charismatic staff. Delicious pizzas. The only thing I find a bit limiting is the opening hours; they start closing at 10:30 PM. But considering it's in a city like Paris, with a very active nightlife, they could extend the hours until midnight.

04/10/2026: A very bad experience. The blonde woman at the counter was extremely unpleasant from beginning to end. I simply came in to inquire about my order and was greeted with annoyance, aggression, and a very disrespectful tone. Furthermore, she literally threw the order into my hands, which I found very inappropriate and unprofessional. I find it regrettable to have been treated this way when I was simply asking a question about my order. I understand that people can have difficult days, but that's no excuse for speaking to customers aggressively and disrespectfully. A minimum of courtesy and consideration should be the norm. Customer service is essential in any business, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking here. This experience was very disappointing. I will not be returning and I absolutely do not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for respectful and professional service.
