26/08/2026: Good evening, Wednesday, August 26th. I left the drive-thru after a 40-minute wait, even though there were only three cars in total and no one inside. The ice cream was barely filled. The Coke was lukewarm with no ice. The service is truly disappointing for a world-renowned restaurant chain; it's a complete mess. This is the second time we've been disappointed by the McDonald's in Verniolle.

29/06/2026: Your bread is absolutely disgusting! How can you use the phrase "good bread"?! You need good ingredients, right? You deliver to a retirement home in Lyon (69008) belonging to the ACPPA group. The bread is not good.

04/06/2026: I regularly come to this bakery during my lunch breaks. I'm a big fan of the sundried tomato/pesto/mozzarella sandwich on sesame bread; it's delicious. The pastries are good too. See you soon! 😊

01/08/2026: We ordered a Frappuccino and asked if it could be made with oat milk, to which we were told: “Yes, no problem.” The employee who prepared it made it once, but seemed to find the texture too thick and added more syrup to dilute it (without asking us) and then blended it again. I took the drink back, but it was very thick and very sweet, almost like a granita. A second employee then took the glass and blended it again, adding more syrup a third time, again to dilute it. The texture was less thick, but it was undrinkable because it was so sweet. I brought the glass back a second time, telling them it was undrinkable and too sweet. The employee replied: “It’s because of the oat milk; you should have used a cream base so it wouldn’t be so thick.” So that's €6 down the drain. I imagine that to get offered a different drink or a refund, we would have had to beg and fight for it… for a measly Frappuccino. Go somewhere else and head to Columbus next door; they're much friendlier and more professional.

10/07/2026: They typed my name with a pencil I thought they don't do that anymore lol it was great but I felt like the coffe didn't taste that great (iced americano) and they also put that on a cartoon cup instead of a plastic one

03/08/2026: Food is good. Lady taking my order was rude. As a tourist, I understand frustrations with language barriers. But when I began to speak english, I was laughed at in my face. I get it this is your home, you can have your own feelings towards tourist, but don’t be rude. It costs nothing to be kind. When done taking my order she quite literally slammed my change on the counter and turned away. I work in Los Angeles with a heavy crowd of foreign tourists and NEVER would I treat someone the way I was treated.

09/08/2026: The taste is gone; the nuggets tasted like nothing but chicken, the texture was bizarre—I hope I don't get sick. There were clearly a lot of mistakes in the dining area. The hygiene in the restrooms was appalling, with hand soap that smelled awful and a faucet that only worked if you held it down. On my last visit, I could excuse it—just an off day—but this time there are no coincidences...

21/08/2026: Waiting 15 minutes for 3 melted, half-empty McFlurries when the McDonald's was empty 🥲 Update 1: 3 months later, it's no better Update 2: This time it was great 👍

24/06/2026: Tasteless and expensive. I bought a kebab wrap; the salad was anything but fresh, there was one small piece of chicken but no trace of the other ingredients. I won't be back.

02/06/2026: The bakery is in a great location and the products are really high quality... But there's a serious problem with the organization and service at this establishment. Nobody likes waiting in line, but it's even more annoying when at lunchtime 10 customers are waiting while 2 saleswomen take their cigarette break on the sidewalk.

01/08/2026: Assuming it's Saturday, an order taken at the kiosks and in the restaurant at 1:23 PM, served at the table at 1:40 PM, isn't exactly ideal for a fast-food restaurant. If you're short-staffed, to improve efficiency, you just need to create better schedules. I don't blame this particular employee who's working extra hard to compensate for the shortage, but rather management.

01/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! I'm giving it one star because it's impossible to leave a review without one. We decided to go back to the St. Louis McDonald's because it's the closest to our home. But frankly, it was a disaster. No ice in the drinks, we had to ask for sauces because they forgot them, the McChicken was incredibly dry with lettuce that wasn't very fresh, and the fries weren't hot... In short, this will be the last time we go to this McDonald's.

13/08/2026: It will be impossible in 2026 to enjoy a coffee without speakers (music, video calls, etc.)! You can't even hear the background music anymore. Digital voices are different from human voices, and above all, it's deeply disrespectful! Imagine one person watching a football match, another using video calls, and yet another playing music; multiply that by five = Call Center/Game Center! It's the same for all coffee chains! They shouldn't complain about losing customers. Before 2021, this behavior was exceptional; now it happens several times a day.
