30/08/2026: You can really feel the changes in the teams... One shot and it's a disaster, helped along by the amateurishness of the crew member who was supposed to replace the paper rolls in the payment terminals. Six terminals filled with bleach, quite a feat! As a result, there were mistakes, mix-ups, and forgotten orders, typical... Corrective actions must be taken by a manager; this can't happen again...

28/08/2026: Passing through Vendôme on my way home, and wanting a drink of water, I stopped at the McDonald's drive-thru and asked for a bottle. They told me they only had water cups, which was fine. But when I went to pay, I wasn't expecting a bill of €10.95 for three 500ml cups of water.

30/04/2026: There's a major cleanliness problem on the street because of delivery drivers who have no respect and throw absolutely everything on the ground—all their food, cans, cigarette butts… the businesses are responsible for this. If you don't condone this, don't order from them.

19/04/2026: My Deliveroo order was very disappointing. I found hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

08/05/2026: I used to love this place, it had such great food, a great vibe and the staff was so fun. Unfortunately not anymore since it changed hands. The food is not horrible, but just average. Choice went down, prices went up. But most of all, the vibe is gone. It used to be a chill place with chill snowboarders, it used to be fun to hang here. Now it’s skiers (nothing against skiers, just a different vibe), or pop music from some random radio station and pretty empty. Nothing special anymore. And yes, they also got my order wrong (which wasn’t anything hard, just a burger and twister fries). I’ll miss the old place and won’t be returning here anymore.

06/04/2026: Despite the very good food, the prices are far too high. €20 for a burger is simply too expensive. Very well located.

15/08/2026: So it's a very nice place, we were well received, the only problem is that we wanted to eat there but inside without air conditioning it's extremely hot and it's not possible!!!!!

16/02/2026: The bread and pastries are absolutely delicious. The bakery also offers magnificent trompe-l'œil creations, as surprising as they are tempting. The welcome is warm. I highly recommend this place: it's definitely worth a visit.

04/07/2026: I ordered two milkshakes, a large and a small. I realized afterward that I'd paid more than the listed price. I waited 10 minutes and decided to go to the counter, even though there was hardly anyone there. They told me it was a bit early and that they were just getting served. Twenty minutes later, so 30 minutes after placing my order, I went back to the counter. I gave them my receipt, and they asked me what I'd ordered. It's already unbelievable, but whatever. I was served in a minute, without any friendliness whatsoever. And honestly, what's with the size difference between a large and a small milkshake? For almost €2 more! This isn't an isolated incident. The few times I've been there, the wait has always been very long. To top it all off, none of the tables were actually clean, and I heard there were more free gifts with Happy Meals, etc. This restaurant clearly needs to rethink how it operates.

23/08/2026: Ordered via Uber Eats, fries cooked multiple times and arrived cold, inedible, and the sauces were forgotten.

23/08/2026: We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes at the drive-thru, only to be told by a young employee that our order was lost. No apology, avoid this place at all costs. No gesture of goodwill whatsoever.

01/09/2026: Hello, I arrived at 11:30 on the first day back to school, and there was hardly anyone there. Despite this, it took 10 minutes to be served for four children's meals. They forgot the ketchup and napkins, and when it came time for ice cream (not even during the peak rush!), it took another 5 minutes to get two measly mini sundaes and a milkshake. We asked for spoons, sat down, and got one spoon for the three of us... I went back and waited another 3 minutes before someone asked me for a spoon. I had time to see that nothing was prepared; they were working very slowly, and the tables weren't being refilled. It's unacceptable that at lunchtime they had to ask their colleagues for barbecue sauce for dip. Honestly, I also work in fast food. It's a disgrace.

01/09/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's. I waited about 20 minutes for my order, only to get home and find that half of it was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know and then went back to pick up the missing items. Unfortunately, even after returning for the missing items, one more item was still missing from my order. It's truly unacceptable to have to check and ask for my order multiple times, especially after already waiting 20 minutes. Between the wait, the repeated mistakes, and the lack of seriousness in handling the problem, the service was very disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but for them to happen again even after reporting the issue is particularly frustrating.

01/08/2026: We ordered a Frappuccino and asked if it could be made with oat milk, to which we were told: “Yes, no problem.” The employee who prepared it made it once, but seemed to find the texture too thick and added more syrup to dilute it (without asking us) and then blended it again. I took the drink back, but it was very thick and very sweet, almost like a granita. A second employee then took the glass and blended it again, adding more syrup a third time, again to dilute it. The texture was less thick, but it was undrinkable because it was so sweet. I brought the glass back a second time, telling them it was undrinkable and too sweet. The employee replied: “It’s because of the oat milk; you should have used a cream base so it wouldn’t be so thick.” So that's €6 down the drain. I imagine that to get offered a different drink or a refund, we would have had to beg and fight for it… for a measly Frappuccino. Go somewhere else and head to Columbus next door; they're much friendlier and more professional.

10/07/2026: They typed my name with a pencil I thought they don't do that anymore lol it was great but I felt like the coffe didn't taste that great (iced americano) and they also put that on a cartoon cup instead of a plastic one

22/08/2026: I had a very good experience with the manager this evening, who offered a discount after a piece of meat was left out of my burger the day before. Mistakes happen, so please remember to call the restaurant if this happens to you. Aside from that, I've been a regular customer since I was a child, and this restaurant has always been one of my favorites!

20/08/2026: Absolutely shameful! Luckily, we can't give zero stars; the one star goes to the person who cleans up after everyone else's mistakes... fries with cheddar and bacon, but they serve you without bacon or cheddar; a cold burger even though the only choices were a Big Mac or a double cheeseburger. You have to understand, they close the ovens two hours before closing time, and when you ask for what you didn't get, they clearly accuse you of lying!! On the plus side, the parasols are useful against the rain 🤣🤣 Greetings from the North! We tend to be friendly, but there's a limit!! You need to review your work and your organization...
