18/12/2024: Great experience at McDonald's! The service is fast, the premises are clean and the team is really welcoming. Special mention to Anthony, the manager, who is always smiling, professional and attentive to customers. He ensures that everything is impeccable, which makes the experience even more pleasant. The burgers were hot, well prepared, and a very generous quantity of fries. Honestly, I recommend this McDonald's for a moment of relaxation and pleasure. Well done to the whole team!

07/08/2024: 2h pour manger alors que la salle est à moitié vide ! Les toilettes étaient sales et la note était fausse. Inacceptable, nous n'y remettrons plus les pieds.

20/12/2024: McDonald's like all the others, quantities have decreased over time, prices have increased. New items are no longer included in menus with loyalty points (e.g. cheddar/bacon fries). Positive point, the staff is particularly friendly and professional in this McDonald's.

18/12/2024: Everything was impeccable but the service always forgets Burgers or ice creams, you have to be careful about that because it's not up to customers to see if everything was put in the bag and some employees talk to you as if you made them shit to be there afterwards I can understand that some customers are stupid but that's no reason to speak badly or look badly at all the customers as if we were the problem

14/12/2024: We felt like we were disturbing. The waitress wasn't smiling and looked sad. My partner and I had the same dish but when it arrived it was not the same. We had to send back the plate and the next one a little better but we didn't want to overdo it, the meat wasn't tender in my opinion. The buffalo is no longer what it was before....

19/09/2024: On 09/19/2024, around 8:30 p.m., I came to buy a sandwich with my partner here. We are greeted by a new employee, who immediately states that she is in training. So far, everything is going well. Then, the preparation of the sandwich begins, but when the time comes to choose the vegetables, a young man, visibly in a bad mood, approaches and addresses my companion, saying in an unpleasant tone: "VEGETABLES?? ?" Embarrassed, she looks at me. I then ask him to add a little sauce, but he doesn't listen to me and adds an excessive amount. I said to him: “Do you listen to me when I speak to you?” He responds to me in a dry tone: “BAH I WORDED WHAT YOU SAID”. I pointed out to him that no, I had asked for little sauce. At this point, he raises his voice even more and says to me: “I KNOW MY JOB ANYWAY.” I calmly remind him that he is at his workplace and that he should calm down, to which he responds: “YOU CALM DOWN, BROTHER”. He then throws the sandwich towards the cash register. I refuse to take it and ask his colleague to make the sandwich again for me. Finally, I decide to leave, because the employee in question is not calming down at all. It was really a crazy situation: a moody teenager who attacks customers and calls them "brother". I strongly advise you not to go to this establishment. According to relatives, they have already had problems with this young man and that had also gone badly. he had to start the sandwitch twice because in fact he doesn't listen to anything. A little advice for this young man, if he comes across this message: you should moderate your words and your attitude in your workplace. You could come across clients who are less temperate than me when faced with this kind of situation. A word to the wise, even if I doubt that this message will have any impact, given the behavior these employees allow themselves.
