25/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. To begin with, we wanted to order a set menu, which was unfortunately no longer available. So we settled for frozen chicken tenders with fries, at €15.50 a plate. The frozen fries were extremely greasy: as we ate them, the oil literally dripped onto our lips. For that price, we expected much better quality. Given the comments saying "being alone in the kitchen, I can't make homemade fries," there were perhaps six of us customers that evening... We also ordered cans of soda, which were charged at €3.80 instead of €3, which seemed particularly excessive for a single can. When leaving, we asked to take away our leftovers, but apparently there were no bags left. Our leftovers would have been put in a simple chip tray, which we would have had to carry by hand. We were lucky to eat outside, because when it came time to pay, we noticed the state of cleanliness inside: the floor was particularly dirty. Unfortunately, this doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the state of the rest of the establishment, especially the kitchen. The only positive point: the waitress was very kind, welcoming, and pleasant, and she is obviously not responsible for these various problems. We regret not having checked the reviews before coming. This would probably have saved us this disappointment and a high rating for what we ate. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

07/08/2026: We stopped by Hazard for a drink on Wednesday. The welcome was very lukewarm; we were stared at from head to toe by a young woman and a young man, plus a gentleman. The worst part, actually, was the toilets: dilapidated and disgusting, a horror to avoid.

23/07/2026: For the first time since I've known Starbucks, they didn't ask my name. I don't know how to describe my joy, since that was the main reason I'd avoided going there for years. Today my favorite coffee shop had a power outage, so I came here—no other choice. What a pleasant surprise! I'll be back.

22/08/2026: Very disappointing. I ordered an iced matcha, but it was like drinking water. Matcha is supposed to have a rich, full flavor, but here they just filled the glass with ice cubes, which completely drowned out the taste. Paying €6 for water is unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was very unfriendly. A horrible experience.

06/09/2026: I used to go there often before Burger King arrived, because the order often came out cold or with things they forgot. Not to mention the fries that were only half full... Tonight I decided to try it and ended up with a half-empty sundae... for €3.45, that's a bit much.

05/08/2026: The food was yesterday's, the Greek was cold, the semolina was expired, and the chef was rude; he didn't even say sorry. The food was made yesterday, and they put it in the fridge while it was still hot. The restaurant doesn't need a star, but I gave it one just for the sake of it.

09/08/2026: Poisonous caterpillars in the restaurant, one fell into my Coke and another was wriggling on the floor, both fell from the ceiling 😭

20/04/2026: I chose sorbets: Strawberry basil Apricot rosemary with lime I like tangy flavors, and these sorbets were very icy with little bits of ice in the lime flavor. The flavors are original; I liked it—a nice change. The waitress was very friendly. There are small streets lined with little shops, but in April, it wasn't too hot and there weren't many people. A perfect visit.

09/04/2026: Expensive ice cream (€7.50 for 3 scoops), not very tasty, and some had ice crystals. It was very disappointing. The worst stracciatella we've ever had.

30/04/2026: There's a major cleanliness problem on the street because of delivery drivers who have no respect and throw absolutely everything on the ground—all their food, cans, cigarette butts… the businesses are responsible for this. If you don't condone this, don't order from them.

19/04/2026: My Deliveroo order was very disappointing. I found hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

20/07/2026: In the Cap3000 shopping center complex, outside overlooking the beach, we stumbled upon this place, which I highly recommend. Dishes are made with high-quality ingredients and are plentiful. For Italians accustomed to eating pasta, I recommend it, even though in France they don't salt the pasta water: you'll find it tasteless everywhere. The waitresses who served us were very kind. I highly recommend it.

30/06/2026: The welcome was very warm, the young manager in the dining room kept a watchful eye on everything. However, the ribeye steak was tough, sinewy, and not fatty at all. For Simmental beef at €38, that's a real shame. It wasn't seared enough and was overcooked; we ordered it rare, but it came out medium-rare. The new potatoes were very good. I'll still go back to try other things; the place is nice.

06/09/2026: The service is becoming increasingly appalling. It's a complete mess; the staff throw our orders in the trash without even trying to find our vehicles. There's absolutely no hospitality or friendliness, it's getting worse and worse. The wait was interminable, over 45 minutes for a sauce. I'm very disappointed.

12/08/2026: Very good food. Recommended for takeout, as they only have two tables outside, one next to the other, in front of the window, so it might be uncomfortable. Friendly staff who will help you choose.

30/08/2026: You can really feel the changes in the teams... One shot and it's a disaster, helped along by the amateurishness of the crew member who was supposed to replace the paper rolls in the payment terminals. Six terminals filled with bleach, quite a feat! As a result, there were mistakes, mix-ups, and forgotten orders, typical... Corrective actions must be taken by a manager; this can't happen again...

28/08/2026: Passing through Vendôme on my way home, and wanting a drink of water, I stopped at the McDonald's drive-thru and asked for a bottle. They told me they only had water cups, which was fine. But when I went to pay, I wasn't expecting a bill of €10.95 for three 500ml cups of water.

16/02/2026: The bread and pastries are absolutely delicious. The bakery also offers magnificent trompe-l'œil creations, as surprising as they are tempting. The welcome is warm. I highly recommend this place: it's definitely worth a visit.
