17/01/2026: Extremely dissatisfied!! We ordered a certain amount worth of food and ended up with a smirking waiter who forgot 5 items on our order... OUTRAGEOUS! Furthermore, on a previous order, due to an unfortunate oversight in not providing our loyalty card, we returned the next day to ask if it was possible to have the points credited back to our loyalty card with the receipt... and were told to get lost... Shameful!

16/01/2026: The restaurant is very well-maintained and clean, the service is more than adequate, and the food is excellent. The menus are very well prepared, unlike other establishments where everything leaves much to be desired. Here, you can see the effort of the staff, and you thank them. I recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.

25/07/2026: Too long a wait! Disappointed with the quality and so expensive for water, milk, and flour. Thank you for your location. Shameful.

18/07/2026: We came for a drink and an ice cream, so I told the waitress we were there for a drink and an ice cream. She didn't mention that she was out of ice cream due to a problem (freezer malfunction). She only mentioned it when we took our order. In addition to our drinks, we asked for a carafe of water, and she brought us a carafe that had been left outside (in 40-degree heat in the shade), which wasn't ideal.

30/06/2026: It is a Starbucks so coffee is good. Today though I had the worst experience of my life with Melissa or that is what her name tag said (brown hair girl at the register). She took my order and proceeded to make fun of the way I like to drink my coffee with her colleagues. Her colleagues that were professional enough and did not respond. Mind you it is 8:30 in the morning and I usually go to this location in the afternoon, so first time I have to deal with this as the afternoon staff is great. When I try to ask her what is so funny about a double espresso with ice (or an americano without water) she acts like she doesn't hear me. I ordered in french so she knew I understand her. I have done this job so many years when I was a student.... Laughing with your customers point blank one meter away from them is an indication of her luck of professionalism. A pity because thanks to Melissa I will never ever enter this store again while I was a daily customer. Thank you Melissa for your lack of education and basic social skills.

30/06/2026: Today around 8:30 I went this morning at Starbucks at saint germain en Laye by exception. I usually go to this shop every other afternoon for my coffee. I enter and the lady at the register takes the person that just entered after me instead of me. I consider this an honest mistake and made no fuss. I ordered my coffee which is just a double espresso with ice (or an americano with no water) to go. The young brunette girl at the register with the tag Melissa (not sure it is her name) proceeds to approach her colleagues that were making my coffee and make fun of my order laughing and exaggerating like it was something noteworthy to not want your coffee to be water diluted. Her colleagues kept their posture and were professional. I ordered in french (not that it should matter but she knew I understand her) and was 1 meter away from her. I have worked in coffee shops throughout my 20s in multiple countries. It goes without saying that you don't ridicule your customers in their face. What is more when I try to ask her what is so funny about my coffee as I exit she (as a coward) looks to the floor and pretends to not hear me. Not even an apology for her luck of education and basic social intelligence. Thank you Melissa as now I have to find another place for me and my husband to order our afternoon drinks on the daily just in case you work afternoons....

02/06/2026: Catastrophic… Appalling service!! I ordered a cold latte, and they served me a hot one. Then I asked them to make it the way I paid for it, and the waiter got quite annoyed (I paid over €5…). Then they served me a latte with three-quarters ice cubes (see picture). €5 for a cup of ice cubes is outrageous 🥵. But the waiter, still very unpleasant, said it was normal. The people next to me also didn't get what they ordered. They asked for it without whipped cream and sauce, and they got whipped cream and caramel sauce. PS: The waiters are always grumpy, you get the feeling you're bothering them as soon as you ask them something, and they never stop talking amongst themselves (of course they can't concentrate!).

14/05/2026: I'm a big Starbucks customer, and today I went to the Aéroville location. It was a disaster. The drink I chose was completely off; the name said banana, but there was absolutely no banana flavor. I told the staff and asked for more banana. They agreed, but said it was already well-balanced and that I couldn't taste the banana. The response was outrageous: this is my fifth Caramelized Iced Banana Oat Shake, so I know the taste. The staff were neither welcoming nor professional. I had stopped going to the Aéroville Starbucks because of all this. Surely there's a recipe to follow; it's not that hard. The managers should pay a visit there, unannounced. I do not recommend this place.

30/05/2026: Average McDonald's and still making mistakes with orders

29/05/2026: McDonald's was empty at 11 PM, it took 30 minutes to get two meals and they arrived cold.

06/07/2026: One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Very long wait times, missing items, and a disrespectful manager who shows no respect or courtesy. They can't even stock the items offered by the points system.

29/06/2026: This McDonald's is always DIRTY (tables, seats, always leftover food, everything is greasy) compared to others nearby that are much better maintained.

20/06/2026: Our family walked in and the woman just rolled her eyes at us. My husband asked if they were closed, and then came lots of groans more eye rolling and moaning we walked on her floor she just cleaned, and they only have a minute before they close. So we walked away and got some sandwiches from starbucks instead, 5 mins later i see a young couple walk in and go straight to the tills and be served! I then walked over and asked why she was reluctant to serve my family, but 5 minutes later can serve someone else, and she suddenly couldnt understand english. The woman had an awful attitude, and looks like im not the only person to notice. AVOID!

04/06/2026: Honestly where to start the girl who served us had an attitude and then proceeded to make our burger without washing her hands and touching everything first and her college who was cleaning and had dirt and harsh chemicals on her hands came over and touched our cheese so we asked the burgers to be made fresh and for the one who was serving us to clean her hands first and she had a problem with it then proceeded to give us very old stale fries as soon as my partner went back over the girls where clearly speaking about him and rolling there eyes the young lad who was working the fryers named jeremy he was really nice and instantly solved the problem and give us and extra portion of fries if it wasn’t for him it would be a half star and worse review the manager came out and served food to another guest and was pulling funny faces at the food before bagging and serving to the customer best advice after seeing all other reviews aswell if you see Jeremy ask for him he seems the only nice one here

27/07/2026: 30 min. For 2 menues and one Happy meal. And they forgot the happy meal.

18/07/2026: The wait was far too long; the staff were just laughing and not working.

13/06/2026: Very long wait (1 hour), very noisy restaurant. I do not recommend it at all.

01/03/2026: The food is very good. The ndole is great. The fish attieke is delicious. Be aware that the side dish is expensive.

29/07/2026: It was past 10 PM. A quick dinner before heading home for good. It was my first time eating there. The fries weren't hot anymore, and neither was the hamburger when I got to the first floor to sit down. The armchairs where I sat were worn out. Before leaving, I went to the restroom, and what I saw was disgusting. I was appalled: toilet paper on the floor, wet floor, filthy. The toilet bowl didn't smell clean at all. Meanwhile, the entrance vestibule was fine. If I were to go back, it would definitely be for takeout.

25/07/2026: Honestly, considering the price of McDonald's in 2026, it would be nice to have clean toilets; they were seriously disgusting.

02/07/2026: Very average, with so-so preparation and undercooked fries. And a small cockroach scampering about two kilometers away, and a long queue…

01/07/2026: I waited significantly longer than anyone else and wasn't even offered any compensation, despite only asking for a replacement World Cup glass as compensation, since I didn't like the design.

02/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! I've never placed an order without a hitch, whether it's drive-thru, click and collect, or in person. Everyone there is incompetent, from the cashier to the manager. Either things are missing, or the fries are cold, etc. ... and don't even get me started on their rudeness! In short, order your meals elsewhere.

01/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered 2 ice creams and received 2 soups. I only ordered ice creams, and they forgot my ice creams on the counter. I got melted ice cream and was charged extra. No apology, and this isn't the first time this has happened. The manager is rude and insulted customers. It's a daily occurrence. In short, avoid this place. I'd rather get my soup somewhere else.

30/06/2026: We went there three weeks ago and discovered it's no longer a pizzeria but a caterer that makes rotisserie chickens... the new owner is riding on the coattails of the previous owner's reputation... not very honest at all... we left without buying anything...

18/04/2026: The pizzas are so good 😋 The service is pretty good. And the atmosphere is that of a typical pizzeria.

23/01/2026: I don't understand why the restaurant is temporarily closed. We used to go there regularly, and suddenly it's gone. We were big fans and really disappointed to find the restaurant closed for months.

24/09/2025: Disappointment. The buffet looked nice, but it tasted reheated; nothing was crispy in the fried food, not even the rice. The wok was fine. I know many products can be frozen, but you can have things that don't come out of a microwave. A year or two ago, it wasn't like this; it was good, fresh, and crispy, so we went without hesitation. Well, no thanks, we won't be going back anytime soon.

12/06/2026: The staff slowed us down so much we felt like we were waiting for a blessing, it was incredibly frustrating.

10/06/2026: HORRIBLE! BY FAR THE WORST MC DONALDS IN PARIS! SLOW, COLD FOOD, HORRIBLE!!!!! Beware and Run!
