11/09/2024: We want to order delivery through click and collect, it doesn't work, I call and on the phone they can't find my address which is well known on the site... So we decide to pick up the pizzas on site , scheduled time 8:45 p.m., once there we were told that the oven had a problem, to come back later (you took my number, it takes 2 minutes to call to notify of the delay)
The staff is not pleasant and receives their customers with cigarettes in their hands near the ovens!!
It's been a while since we had Tregorin pizzas, I find that they are less garnished and really not as good.
We will not come back!
31/08/2024: I have been a customer for quite a year now and several times, I have found the service to be deplorable.
When we arrive to collect our order, we can stay for a while waiting with the staff who pass in front of us without a single word (no hello, not a word to say that they are arriving to serve us...).
Is it because we are in peak season?
This kind of welcome is starting to make me think if I will recommend pizzas at Tregorr'Inn.

07/09/2024: It was 5 p.m., very few people in the restaurant but despite that we had to wait almost 30 minutes for two sandwiches and 5 tenders....
07/09/2024: Je déconseilleire . Dommage, mon fils aimait bien manger KFC mais là nous sommes dégoutés. Hygiène déplorable (tables non nettoyées, écrans sales, sols ignobles), mauvaise organisation, oubli d'un hamburger alors qu'on y est allés à 14h00, sol glissant très arrosé dans les toilettes, repas pas mémorable.

06/09/2024: Fries are often cold and the salad is rotten for the second time in a row.
Today the new charging station does not mention the menu that I have in the application wanting to pay through the application it does not work wait 5 minutes for a payment at the checkout and that a person supposedly rushing past you I find the U-turn unacceptable and nothing ordered.
Fed up with this incompetence!
03/09/2024: the large fries are always half full, the hamburgers are tiny, you should think about changing your employees to put in more competent people because everyone is complaining about this McDonald's which is really bad.

30/08/2024: Très très très déçue de mon Frappuccino cookies and cream qui n’avait rien d’un Frappuccino aux cookies et à la crème. Les glaçons avaient fondus donnant donc un goût d’eau laiteuse sans goût. Je l’avoue il y avait beaucoup de chantilly mais je n’aime pas ça. En plus de cela il manquait les bouts de cookies sur ma chantilly, la serveuse m’a rajouté seulement trois miettes de «cookies ». De plus la caisse est beaucoup trop près du stand de gobelet, j’ai donc renversé tous les gobelets en me retournant, ne venez pas avec un grand sac, ne venez pas tout cours.

23/07/2024: Le serveur très peu aimable, qui sert les clients avec une oreillette et qui prends un appel pendant qu’il prépare les sandwichs, il touche la monnaie puis les aliments sans changer de gants, niveau hygiène on y est pas du tout.
Plan de travail très sale pas nettoyé, avec des aliments qui traînent sur la chaîne.
Aussi les étalages vides avec certains produits qui manquent.
Un points positif quand même, il est assez généreux sur la dose de poulet😁
Vraiment pas professionnel! De gros efforts à faire tant sur la propreté que sur l’hygiène que l’amabilité du serveur.

11/09/2024: Ambiance agréable, cependant, la qualité et la quantité n'y est absolument pas... 70€ pour 5 personnes (3 adultes et 2 enfants)... Bien trop cher pour ce qu'il y a et pour la qualité... Des steaks hachés secs, 30 mn d'attente pour un cheeseburger sans tomate sans salade.... Nuggets enfant plus petit qu'à Mcdo pour 9€ le menu enfant .... Devenu trop cher pour la qualité... En plus, le repas nous est rester sur l'estomac toute l'après midi...
10/09/2024: We came yesterday afternoon and were very, very disappointed with the quality of the cuisine...
The environment, the room, nothing to complain about. However, paying 70€ for 5 people (3 adults and 2 children), to have a cheeseburger with a dry minced steak, waiting 30 minutes to have a cheeseburger without tomato without salad I find that derogatory. The price is far too excessive for the quality and quantity served... We didn't even have paper napkins... I don't recommend it at all...

21/07/2024: The restaurateur who insults my mother by turning around because I ask her to eat there and from behind who looks at me smiling “with what for a drink sir”.
Is this common practice? I come every week, I won't come anymore.
17/05/2024: TO FLEE ! The manager should do uner eat training. We made him a first order and he canceled it because he ran out of products, no problem. We recommend it, we ask for a modification, we get billed and nothing happens. We call the manager and he says it's not his problem. I call Uber eat and they tell me that he is the one who did everything wrong. This is truly unacceptable. You work with service providers and it's not your shameful problem! Charged and nothing to eat! Neither signed by the manager to resolve the situation and even less does he admit his mistake and make a commercial gesture. Never again !

01/08/2024: I have eaten there regularly in recent years without problems, but in recent months the service has deteriorated, and today I ate paper towels mixed with salad!!
It disgusts me to the highest degree. I will definitely never go back there again.

03/10/2024: The meal was very good if you know how to be patient because with only 1 preparer in addition to the server, in the evening, the wait is quite long.
In addition, the security guard started wanting to fire me at 10:55 p.m. Whereas I had to go and ask for a small spoon at the counter, because I had been given a fork to eat my ice cream!! It should not be surprising if Quick lost customers and if the majority of restaurants of the chain were replaced by Burger King. The restaurant on the main avenue is more lively!! Too bad, you may have lost another customer this evening!
