15/09/2024: Excellent address: the dishes are very well presented and the flavors exceptional. The atypical atmosphere of the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise and the staff was very welcoming. A special mention for the chef who came at the end of the meal to greet all the customers and who knows how to explain his job with passion. Looking forward to the new menu so that we can come back and taste the new dishes.

14/09/2024: Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. Tous les plats que nous avons pris été très bons, bien présentés, et à la bonne température. Nous n'avons pas trop attendu entre les plats grâce à la serveuse qui était seule mais très efficace et agréable. Elle est au top ! Merci pour ce moment, continuez comme ça !

After beautiful walks, what a delight to find ourselves at this excellent restaurant table, we risked nothing when we saw that the owner cut his teeth in the restaurant of the Crillon hotel in Paris. There were 4 of us and we had different dishes: all delighted! Impeccable service and varied breakfast with a surprise from the Chef. Very comfortable bedding and rooms. Absolute calm. The managers are very welcoming. Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Lagrasse Jean-Pierre

03/08/2024: Very pleasant cozy restaurant, very pleasant welcome from the owner, very generous and tasty dishes, what's more, the kitchen is open to the room, and we see the owner at the bakery preparing the dishes we ordered, that and the smells of cooking, it's very mouth-watering. 26/09/2024: Estábamos caminando junto a este café durante la hora del almuerzo mientras paseaba por Carcasona y fuimos recibidos por una señora que estaba sirviendo una casa llena. Elegimos una mesa afuera para ver pasar el mundo y la señora fue más que servicial explicando lo que era la Plat du Jour. La comida (me gustó un Tartare de Boeuf y mi compañero Salade de Fromagerie) ) y el vino era excelente. El servicio era maravilloso y el propietario vino cuando habíamos terminado para preguntar si todo era de nuestro agrado que, sin duda, era. Nuestro almuerzo estaba bien - precio y vale la pena cada centavo. La gente que miraba era buena, ya que la ciudad cobró vida después del almuerzo Bien recomendado a cualquiera que visite Carcasona

01/12/2024: Hello we rented 2 rooms at tournedos very very disappointed with the room Bad smell, very poorly made bed The bathroom door scraping the floor very noisy and unbearable heat. Only regrets we would have slept better in the cars. The only advice we can give is to avoid the tournedos restaurant.

01/09/2024: Very good restaurant. We had dinner outside, very good atmosphere, the only downside, the seats were very uncomfortable. The food is very good. To share we ordered 3 plates of mussels, foie and the marrow bone (somewhat greasy). Then, duck magret, lamb ribs (super juicy), camembert, salmon carpaccio, 2 children's menus and a waffle, in addition to the drinks. Price - super quality. To repeat without a doubt!

20/08/2024: Very nice little restaurant inside and out with a big organizational problem for the service. In fact, having a server dedicated to one task + lack of efficiency = waiting 45 minutes for an order + 30 minutes between each dish. That said, the cuisine is not bad without being delicious.

20/08/2024: Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to our expectations. After being seated, we had to wait over 45 minutes before anyone came to take our order, even for drinks. The wait between courses was also very long, so much so that we didn't really have an appetite once the dishes were finally served. A more responsive service would have greatly improved our experience.

04/09/2024: The atmosphere and the service are perfect, however as for the meal we were disappointed, a little while ago there were no more cold cuts accompanied with the potatoes, no more dry-cured ham.. We end up with 4 poor slices of sausage and a slice of white ham..
