Appetizing and delicious dishes... pleasant managers with whom we were able to share an equally pleasant conversation, without feeling rushed to leave even though they had finished their service. 14/09/2026: A fantastic little restaurant, tasty food, and brilliant service. The Duck confit and Cassoulet were lovely, it was easy to tell they were freshly prepared from how tasty they were. The desserts did not disappoint either, the Creme Brulee was very tasty, putting to shame the poor attempt of one we had in the medieval city. Lastly the service was brilliant, Brayn was efficient and friendly, even with a full restaurant. Tasty food and brilliant service, I would highly recommend to skip the tourist trap restaurants in the medieval city and visit Restaurant le 37 instead.

14/08/2026: I stopped at this brasserie by chance with my two children. And it's the best brasserie I've ever eaten at. The whole team was friendly and efficient. The waitress brought markers and a sketchbook to keep my children occupied. The grilled meats were delicious, as were the homemade fries. And the dessert was simple but excellent: a homemade apricot tart. Adding thyme to the top is a great idea that I'll definitely use for my own tarts.

26/09/2026: A very good dinner; the bouillabaisse royale and the cassoulet Leucatois were hearty and delicious! Great atmosphere, the owners have a great sense of humor and are very attentive to their customers. I highly recommend it! We've been there as a family several times and we'll definitely go back.

14/05/2026: Beautiful location with views of nature and Quéribus Castle in the distance. The room with exposed stone walls is superb and offers high-quality amenities (comfortable bedding, lovely decor). Breakfast offers a wide variety of quality products (organic jams, eggs to boil, pastries, etc.). The restaurant is located in a room with old wine barrels, and the dishes are excellent, such as the confit pork cheek. The hosts are welcoming.

12/04/2026: An absolutely incredible place! A beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable and elegant rooms, especially the family room with access to the garden. A wonderful hotel in a gorgeous setting!

22/10/2025: Such an amazing experience. Liz and Joe were the most gracious hosts and treated my partner and I exceptionally. With an incredibly informative tour, exceptional food and world class wine. Anything written in this review doesn't do the evening we spent with them enough credit to an unforgettable night and lovley people. If we ever have the opportunity of being in the region again, we will be returning.

24/09/2025: Winery visit: it is impossible to overstate the warmth of hospitality of Joe and Liz! We arrived as strangers, and left feeling like family. The winery tour was everything we could have hoped for: starting with a chilled glass of white on the terrace overlooking the hills, tasting grapes on the vine about to be harvested, a tour of the equipment, pouring wines straight from the tank and dipping a cask, with Joe telling anecdotes about the history as well as explaining how it’s done. Finally Liz’s amazing and generous cooking in their beautiful dining room, including her home-cured salmon. She even tweaked the menu to ensure that our young Asian friends got a home-cooked rice dish. Convivial doesn’t begin to describe it. Thankfully, Liz also arranged with our taxi driver to come back rather later than originally planned 😂. Practical note: it’s about 20 minutes drive from Carcassonne and they can recommend taxi drivers.

08/09/2026: A truly wonderful place with excellent, creative cuisine featuring produce grown right next to the restaurant. The wine pairings are perfect for discovering local wines, and a huge thank you to our server Aurélien, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. We'll definitely be back! The Bordeaux couple 😉

30/08/2026: A timeless moment in this tiny village, but the trip is well worth it. Remarkable cuisine in a simple and refined setting. Attentive and caring service, with the chef greeting guests at the end of service. An extraordinary, timeless experience for cuisine that truly deserves the journey. Thank you to the chef and the maître d'hôtel who do everything to make this a unique moment. 👏👏👏👏
