07/11/2024: Nous avions envie de nous changer les idées, de dîner dans un restaurant sympathique. Nous avons été enchantés de La Luciole, à Luc Sur Orbieu (11200). L'accueil était franc et joyeux, même si nous étions en avance. Les plats étaient délicieux, joliment présentés et comme un légumes ne plaisait pas à l'un de nous, il a été remplacé par une portion plus généreuse du 2ème légume prévu. Avec un apéritif, (un régional, original, et un classique), un bon vin et le choix du menu complet, nous n'avons pas dépensé plus de 60 euros par personne. Je recommande chaudement ce restaurant.

25/11/2025: A lovely little restaurant. I've been several times and I've also tried their €10 "anti-crisis" menu. It's good, generous portions, and the service is impeccable. Honestly, a place I highly recommend!

01/07/2025: Ten days in France and this was the best dinner by far. Duck Confit was delicious, Cod Gratin unique to me and wonderful. Goat cheese salad had a different spin that really worked and Gazpacho just right. Excellent wine by the glass, which is not true everywhere! Don’t miss!

What really stood out besides the perfect location, was the excellent service and family feel of the house, in particular from Camille and Waly who went above and beyond expectations to make us feel right at home! 19/09/2024: We've dined here for both lunch and inner many times over the years 2017, 18, 19, 23 and 24 and the hallmark of a good restaurant is consistency. Pascale and Sophie make a great team providing excellent cuisine with interesting and often innovative dishes that are definitely not just the same old same old offerings. Service is always helpful, accommodating and with charm, one always feels special. The cuisine and presentation along with good value make this a destination not to be missed and worthy of it's Michelin guide listing.

07/09/2024: This was our second visit from the UK and it did not disappoint. The combination of ingredients makes each morsel heavenly. The staff and location make for a relaxed evening. Would highly recommend. A jewel along the canal du midi.
